I haven't encountered the issue that you have. But, I'm curious where to create a GIF without photoshop?

I am not sure if that will fix ur issue but give it a shot.

Does that happens with all ur videos to layers or just that one particular clip?

Thanks for the suggestion you guys! The issue was resolved by me simply restarting the computer. 😆

@Leena - the issue wasn't the white layer. I couldn't see the animation screen at all and it was happening with all the clips.

Reduce the picture size to 500 pixel or less..If gif..Keep the no. of frames minimum and gif size 250 pixel..
