imgur sometimes does that. I don't that's the problem. Can you crop the scene you want to animate and save it as mp4 and import it on photoshop and save it as gif..? let's see if that works.

The vids are already in .mp4 format. =/

Still, I cropped it down, and it turned out the same way.

Made another a few seconds after the above moment, and it's still the same.

^^ is it running fine in PS? Maybe try uploading in different site apart from Imgur

Maybe, but Idk where else to download zee tv shows from. The site that I'm getting it from is giving me the episodes in really good quality. =/

Yeahh, when I import it to PS it's all shaky but when I play it normally, then it works just fine.
