I think this scene of making Udhay and Rani fighting with arase are to keep them away - 'kayati vidal' from all the drama. you have to remember, now the drama is only arase, selvi, that doc and husband (arase's boy friend.. 😆 ) those affair revelations and more of GJ's villainy. I dont' think Udhay and Rani chaacter are much needed within focus,they will only be statues anyway, so with this, they will shown going away and live separately. its just my POV.

Viji most probably you are correct. If that is correct, then at least the characters chapter is closed. Not like Selvi, where all the characters disappeared and there is no closure for them.
