I too think Arase did this on purpose to protect her daughter so that KT/Ganga would not use Kalai as a bait anymore to get at her (Arasi).

Arasi got this info right out of the horse's mouth - our hero KT who blurted everything when he went on his shooting spree to Arase's home. So in a way Arase knows that Kalai was forced to lie in the court.😊

That's what makes Ganga's character worse...the fact that she's been the only main character who is a eunuch in a serial, and they have to portray her as a bad person. These people already get enough prejudice as it is, and this character makes it even worse. I remember near the beginning of the serial, when s/he was having the court case against her, s/he made this big speech on how eunuchs are misunderstood, etc. Some good points were made there, but everything was completely forgotten, and s/he's turned even more evil as the serial has progressed.

the last week was wonderful....terrific acting by radhika...she has honestly proved that she can carry on the two roles with elan!!!

I agree Jaz...her talent is inborn and it is being tapped gradually
over the years ..she is really awesome...I admire her guts in this
