Caryn is talking about what josiyar told in Selvi serial when Selvi was pregnant. He told the child will put the mothers life in danger, she could die, but nothing has happen yet. (I think GJ will kidnap Kaveri and in process to save her daughter she will get hurt, that why we saw a hurt Selvi in the promo).

Loka is talking about what Josiyar told Arasi in Ramarmadam, he said your daughter's life is in danger. (I am sure its Selvi because of GJ).
