Sending to BT will make no difference. In the past, when YHM was showing rubbish and fans trolled, Ekta curtly replied that "If you don't like don't watch. Our decisions will be dictated by ratings only."
But channel is the broadcaster and content approver. So sending our feedback will make some difference in the long term. Plus, sony replies to fans politely on Twitter, even though no action is taken.
As far as Appnapan is concerned, the damage is done. Unfortunate!

And of all the kids which could the turning point of the story as well they could be the layers of this two charachter ...yeh makers inn sab cheezon ko skip kar rahe hain for the sake of that patient jaise dikhne wala Sonali ke liye...😕😕😕

When they abruptly pulled Story 9 months ki off-air, I had sent a complaint mail to the channel. I got no response but the fandom got a generic response saying the grievances have been forwarded to the concerned team.
They did nothing but somewhere highlighting our viewpoints might bring about a change in itv content in the long run.
