What if that one shot we saw of Aditi crying at vikrants bedside is where she has managed to get him out of vanraaj's clutches but he's not woken up yet?

Thanks to all my dear frnds who motivated me till such an extent that I'm again trying to update my that OS , Here to goes: The scene starts in hospital where Vikrant is holding Aditi's pocket diary & his tears made down the way to the pages of that diary which was a witness of the heart wrenching guilt of Aditi in saving Vikrant that day .seeing such remorse of Aditi which should not b as she did her best to save him that day his own heart got burdened with guilt assuming how much mental & emotional exhaustion that strong yet fragile partner of him went through.he was lost in his own thoughts when the voice of nurse brought him back she was asking them to get this form signed by any family members of her in order to start her surgery but in name of her immediate family she only that Suresh sir & Vikrant there without giving a chance to think Vikrant grabbed the form & signed it & asked them to start the surgery , as Aditi has already lost a lot of blood the hospital authorities were trying to arrange blood for her but like her paranormal instincts her blood group was also rare that is AB-.When the hospital authorities failed to arrange same group they approached Vikrant & Suresh sir & told them about her massive blood loss & the failure in getting her rare blood group .listening that Vikrant ran away towards his car & immediately called Joshi & asked him to find about that rare blood group & try to arrange it where on the other hand Vikrant himself went to check out blood banks .his luck favoured him he got her matching group in one of the blood bank & rushed immediately to the hospital & asked Dr. To start surgery after 3 hrs of a complicated surgery doctors came out as soon as both of the man saw doctors out they just rushed towards them & started to enquire about success of surgery & Aditi.the doctor informed that the surgery is successful but she is still not fully out of danger has due to massive loss of blood & excessive intake of depression drugs are affecting functionality of her vitals little.depression drug!! That word made Vikrant stiff in his place this was not new to him he also took those drugs when Aditi was kidnapped but didn't took it much in his depression but Aditi she was consuming those drugs everyday in a huge manner which made him think about her pain her guilt & how much eye must hv beared .getting put of his thoughts he thanked dr & asked can he meet Aditi once? Dr denied him as she is still not out of danger & is kept in ICU but Vikrant being Vikrant knws very well how to get the things in his favour & got permission from Dr to stay there wd her .as soon as the Dr leaved Suresh sir insisted him to go back home & take rest & he will appoint constable here for her safety as only few hrs ago he came out of coma so u should rest but Vikrant refused this & told him that he personally wants to ensure aditi's safety so he would stay here wd her.seeing no chances of Vikrant to back put Suresh sir pated his back & asked him to take care of yourself & Aditi & leaved .as Suresh sir leaved Vikrant immediately opened the door of ICU & went inside there he saw his Aditi lying lifeless, pale , pricked with tubes & accompanied by all those beeping machines which made his heart race to see his lively, sensitive , caring partner in such condition.by taking slow steps he moved towards her bed & sat beside the stool holded her hand & put it in between his both hands & rubbed gently her small palms got fit into his big protective palms holding her hand like this for few mins he rested his head on their entangled hands & sat like that for a long time after getting up he went up to caress her face which he did very gently with his thumbs & then leaned forward & placed a soft feather kiss on her forehead slowly slowly he walked to another side of bed got on the bed very carefully in order not to disturb those tubes which r plugged in her body & made himself adjust there & curled up his one arms around her belly & one arm on her hairs caressing her hairs & giving kiss on her hairs , that night both the souls got relax in the embrace of each other & slept peacefully.

Yes dear I too noticed the same .the possessiveness in his tone & body language which was only calmed down by Aditi when.she asked him to wait .even it is to b noticed that he got so much possessive & protective of her that even she goes somewhere even for 2 secs also without telling him he becomes restless like the way in episode 30 during the hospital scene when she left to see that ved & when Vikrant noticed that she is not wd him he immediately marched out to look out her leaving the investigation there
