I have already gone to the Indian store and got the coconut milk ready. We are ready to celebrate this as well as the fact that we were spared from seeing Abi with another scheme today.

Oh, dear, oh dear! Please stop this "conscious" business before it becomes acceptable to use it in place of consciousness. (Hey, didn't RK say earlier that Shanthi had lost "conscience". If so, that would have been hillarious.) Actually, in defence of CR and his script writer, it's hard to be grammatically conscious (yes, conscious) when you mix English and Tamil. I guess they meant to say "Shanthi ippo conscious-a irukkiral." Instead, they said, "Shanthikku conscious vandhudicchu".
I haven't seen yesterday's episode here in Singapore, where we are three days behind. But military-like teams in the police force aren't uncommon. In the US, they are known as SWAT or "special weapons and tactics" teams, trained to perform high-risk operations, especially involving terrorists. Since Samson is a terrorist, the deployment of such a police unit would be most appropriate. Looks like CR has done his homework actually.
No shoes in ICU?? Interesting; only in India, I guess. I've visited patients in ICU, both in Singapore and Australia. Cell phones are forbidden but footwear isnt at all. Can't understand why the footwear ban in Indian hospitals. Is it to ensure that people don't plod heavily in their footwear and drag patients out of slumber or "conscious" (or "conscience")??😃
