they are not. if they were the way they are conjoined is so unrealistic and if it was real, they could have been easily seperated as babies. In most cases, conjoined twins share an organ and many nerves. In anycase, at some point in this serial they will bring on the seperation surgery and seperate the two so they could live individual lives. Hense, one falls in love or something. 😉
