It started off really well but towards the end they messed it up real bad...

I didn't like junho here as much as I did in ktl. The char here was fine , as he did what's needed ..but over the time I've gotten used to soft & compassionate mls so he wS just average ..

I liked the fl and the second lead a lot..her arc was fine but they didn't do justice to to 2nd lead.. after the leads confessed, he was sad throughout ..they didn't even care to hook him up with the girl ..his char was dynamic , much better than jun ho but he should at least have a track of his own ..loved the bonding between the fl and him..he helped both of them selflessly out of love..rest of the chars were fine ..

Overall 6/10 .

I'm off to watch hidden love ..its totally drool worthy

It was in my watchlist for quite a good time but was never ready to witness emergencies, panicked and devastated families, cries, pains and melancholy. It was a little difficult to handle. But man! How well they covered everything. With positivity of course. In the first epi itself death rate started but I hung on (Thanks to your positive review) and it was worth it. So many things happened and in such a seamless way. This was such a balancing show, with multiple things running simultaneously. I never got bored, not overwhelmed (Okay... a little), nor FFed... It broke my prejudicion and how! Their friendship rocked throughout, letting us get a glimpse in their lives with ease. Their band practices were a good breaks as well. Overall, enjoyed it.

I didn't get the hang of it till epi 3 , afterthat , wow what a journey...I'm at s2 but I don't want it to end I keep watching other shows in between..

Exactly how you described..their practice sessions , the friendship, their love lives , how they deal with their patients , sometimes heartbreaking news sometimes break throughs and miracles which save their patients ..its so so so good..how they deal with their juniors , guiding them all the way to become the next geniuses is so amazing to watch..the scenes in which they're having their meals , in which they feel tired exhausted disappointed , yet they do their jobs giving 100% ..

My daughter started her mbbs this yr and I so wish she gets this environment in her workplace...

I can't pick on one of them ..all are my favs and all are adorable in their own way..dr ahn & his mom , how cute he is with the little children , Mr cardiologist , (he is toooo adorable ❤) , dr ik jun , again adorable beyond words, dr song hwa, & the gynecologist.. everyone is a genuis ..this is my fav fav most fav show 💓

Ps- I forgot all about this thread! I am so glad it’s still going 😋.. I’ll try to keep a watch! But I’m so happy to see so many k drama fans on IF 💕

And the way they explain the cases, it looks so real... the feels patients have like fear, resistance, irritation, depression to hope... very nice. The way they deal with their families... spacial mention to Ahn scolding Gyo ul or whatever is her name to not to be so out blunt with the parent to tell them the heart breaking truth even before the treatment and other one, where Jae Hak asks Jun Wan to tell the family outcome of surgery first, that they may not be in position to understand the technicals you tell them that happened during the surgery, waiting to know whether it was a success or not. I loved how they manage to eat together, help each other... and not a single body, these 5 and the others respond to emergencies, they go immediately, switching on their doctor mode, without a single sigh, leaving anything in hand and keep reading, teaching and learning. I don't seem to stop myself

It's the same with me..

I started connecting with it when they started showing weird patients and their problems It was so so real..everything I heard of or known from news..then , how there r all kinds of doctors ..some r very kind and compassionate , some r there only to make money, some are popular but only bragging n don't even know their jobs well..

Then what attracted me was Dr Ann's family..his mom and their best friends , their interactions are so real ..they have their own circle of friends, social life , and problems to deal with ..They're as adorable as the middle aged ones 😍

In epi 4 when Jun wan and ik sun started going around , there was no looking bk..initially I had some problem in associating names to the faces..n so many times they were masked up so I couldn't know who exactly is doing what as the epis passed by I identified all of them n their jobs..

Yeah that particular scene with gyo ul was impactful. N this was the crux basically..that they try to do their best .
