The Shaktishali family is always at loggerheads, and this time around they get hold of a superstitious element to back their displeasure with one another.
The sprightly actor, Rajesh Kumar enters the family as a renowned gemologist to help the members get free of the negativity amongst them. Known for his great comic timing and rollicking acting, the actor will be seen as 'Parasmani' on BIG MAGIC' Ajab Gajab Ghar Jamai.
Seeking to find an end to the unwanted fights at home, Krishna invites a renowned gemologist to find a solution to it. The gemologist asks them all to wear certain rings that would rid them of anger. With half the members not giving in to superstition, they refuse to wear it. Chintu the witty jamai then hatches a plan that will open the mind of the Shaktishali family. With Krishna on the prowl to backfire Chintu's plan will he succeed? Will the gemologist actually bring about peace in the household?
Commenting on his role, actor Rajesh Kumar said, "As an actor I believe in doing roles that break the shell and audiences tend to recognize you as a versatile actor. My role in Ajab Gajab Ghar Jamai is something I am playing for the first time. Parasmani, the gemologist, is a very quirky, superstitions and fun-loving person. There are a lot of rib-tickling moments in the show that will tickle your funny bones and leave you in splits. Working with the actors was a true delight, which made the atmosphere on the sets very light."
