CHAPTER - 43

[ Past ]

The police arrested Sania and took her to lock up.While leaving,she cried,"Akash tum mere saath aisa kaise kar sakte ho?Mera na sahi magar kamsekam is bachhe ka lihaaz to karo Akash.Isey bhi tum jail mein daalna chahte ho kya?"Akash said to Ananya,"Ananya ye baby to chota hai kamsekam iske liye to is aurat ko...I mean ye agar akeli hoti to I wouldn't have cared but ye bachche bhi hai abhi batao in sab mein is bichaare baby ka kya kasoor hai?"Ananya felt that it would be injustice if the baby was punished and so she asked the police to give the baby to someone who can take care of him and then take Sania away with her.While the police was taking her away,Sania was shouting and yelling and pleading of her innocence.Ananya and Akash both were sitting very upset and Ananya decided not to disclose about her pregnancy until the matter was solved.In the evening,while Ananya and Akash were in their house,suddenly the police arrived and then informed them that they verified all the documents that Sania produced and they found everything to be true.Akash was taken aback and Ananya rejected and replied,"Aisa ho hi nehi sakta hai officer kyuki Akash mera husband hai aur mere paas hamaari shaadi ka certificate bhi hai aur aajtak Akash kabhi Australia gaya bhi nehi hai."The officer asked,"Ye pilot hai,flights ke liye bhi to ja sakte hai na?"Akash replied,"Aisa to hargiz nehi hai officer kyuki Ananya se shaadi ke baad hi mujhe international flights lene ki permission mili hai."Ananya and Akash brought all kinds of documents for checking and the officer took them with him and then said,"Vaise humne us larki ko apne saath hi rakkha hua hai par aap log bhi jab tak ye saara matter puri tarah se sulajh nehi jaata hai tabtak Delhi se bahaar kahi nehi jaaiyega."Akash and Ananya agreed.After the police left,Ananya was confused because she can't think against it that all the documents produced by Sania were genuine,she just didn't want to doubt Akash but everything that were happening around them was making her bound to ask him questions.She asked,"Akash tum sahi mein kabhi bhi Australia nehi gaye ho na?"He turned towards Ananya with a jerk and then asked,"Tum bhi mujhpar shaq kar rahi ho Ananya?"Ananya nodded her head and then replied,"Main tumpar shaq nehi kar rahi hu Akash,but I just don't want to be too blind in love.Mujhe sach janna hai bas.Police waalo ne abhi abhi kaha hai na ke Sania ne jo documents produce kiye hai vo saare genuine hai,ab Sania jhut bol sakti hai par police waale to jhut nehi bolenge na,unki to tumse koi dushmani nehi hai na?Isiliye thori confused hu."Akash held her hands and then said,"Trust me Ananya!!Maine tumse kabhi kuch bhi nehi chupaya hai,maine sirf tumhi se pyar kiya hai aur kisise nehi aur main Sania ko jaanta bhi nehi hu aur janna to choro maine aaj tak usko kabhi dekha bhi nehi hai.Mujhe nehi pata kaun mere upar vishwaas karega aur kaun nehi and even I don't care par Ananya please tum mujhpar kabhi bhi doubt mat karna,vo main bardaasht nehi kar paaunga."Ananya hugged him and then said,"I trust you Akash...I trust you with all my life and main jaanti hu ke tum mujhe kabhi dhokha den eke baare mein soch bhi nehi sakte ho.Hamaari anniversary nazdik hai aur main chahti hu ke ye saare jhamele usse pehle hi khatam ho jaaye,main hamaare is itne special din ko is tarah se spoil nehi karna chahti hu and I want ke sach sabke saamne aa jaaye bas."Akash replied,"Main bhi yehi chahta hu aur dekhna aisa hi hoga.Par mujhe ek baat samajhme nehi aa rahi hai ke vo hai kaun aur kisne usko yaha bheja hai?Agar ye kiska plan hai to kiska ho sakta hai kyuki maine kabhi kisika bura na to chaha hai aur naahi bura kiya hai.To phir kaun mujhse apni dushmani nikaal raha hai?"Ananya agreed and replied,"Yehi to main bhi soch rahi hu ke aisa kaun hai jo aisa kar sakta hai aur kaun hamaari khushiyo ko aag lagaana chahta hai?Kuch bhi to samajhme nehi aa raha hai."Akash replied,"Don't you worry aisa karne ki koshish jo koi bhi kar raha hai vo kabhi bhi apne maksad mein kamyaab nehi hoga.Par ab tum in sab ke baare mein sochna chor do and lets prepare for our anniversary party."Ananya nodded her head.

Next day,the police again arrived and then the officer said to Akash,"Vaise aapke passports bhi thik hi hai.Jis tarah se vo larki aapki wife hone ka daava kar rahi hai aur uske paas jo saare genuine documents hume miley hai,usse hum uski sachchai par bhi shaq nehi kar sakte hai."Ananya was stunned and said,"To kya aap mere husband par shaq kar rahe hai?Vo bahaar se aayi hui larki jisey hum jaante tak nehi hai main uski baat par yakeen kaise karu?You know na ke proofs aur documents plant bhi kiye ja sakte hai.Zarur uske peeche kisi influential aadmi ka haath hai ya phir vo kisi gang ke liye bhi to kaam kar sakti hai na?"The police said,"Ho sakta aap thik keh rahi ho par hume bhi to dono pehluo par gaur karna parega.Abhi sachchai janne ka ek hi tareeka hai aur vo hai ke...us bachche ke saath aapka DNA test karana hoga."Ananya stared at the police officer and Akash too could not believe it.Ananya started realizing that the plan to spoil Akash's reputation was very big and very deep,but she also realized that she had to stay calm as she had to save her husband as well as take care of the life inside her.Akash replied,"Main kisi bhi anjaan aadmi ke saath aise hi apna DNA test nehi karwaaunga."Ananya replied,"No Akash,tum ye DNA test karwaane ke liye zarur jaaoge kyuki jab vo larki jhuti aur tum sachche saabit hoge na to main uske muh par ek zor daar thappad maarna chahti hu mere pati ka reputation kharaab karne ke liye."Akash agreed and then asked the police officer to arrange everything.The officer asked Akash to come with him to give his sample in the hospital and Ananya too went with him.In the hospital,Ananya found Sania and his baby and on seeing Akash,Sania said,"Is DNA test ke baad saara sach saamne aa jaayega aur tumne jo mujhe dhokha diya hai na ye sach bhi saamne aa hi jaayega."Ananya replied,"Kisne kisko dhoka diya hai ye to waqt hi bataayega,khair abhi jis kaam ke liye aaye hai vo pura kar lete hai aur baaki ka kaam police kar legi."Sanaya said to Ananya,"Sach to saamne aa hi jaayega par mujhe ye soch kar bura lag raha hai ke mere saath saath Akash ne tumhaare emotions ke saath bhi khela hai."Ananya stopped her and said,"Apni bakwaas bandh karo,mujhe apne husband ka character certificate tumse lene ki koi zarurat nehi hai.Main jaanti hu ke mera husband kaisa hai."Saying she pulled Akash with him and Akash was taken inside for collection of samples.

2 days passed by and only Ananya and Akash knew how these 2 days had passed since no one slept for those two days.Next morning,Ananya received a call from her father and he told Ananya to send Akash to the office immediately.Ananya after cutting the call was confused thinking why her father suddenly called Akash.When she told him about it,Akash replied,"Koi baat nehi hai shaayad koi official baat hogi,main hokar aata hu."Ananya replied,"Nehi tum akele nehi jaaoge because I don't trust papa,vo tumhaari phir se beizzati kar denge.Main bhi chalungi tumhaare saath."Akash agreed and then took her with him.In Ranjit's office,Ananya came inside his cabin and asked,"Kya baat hai papa aapne hume achaanak se yaha kyu bulaaya hai?"Ranjit replied,"Maine tumhe nehi bulaaya hai sirf Akash ko bulaaya hai."She replied,"Main aur mera pati ab alag to hai nehi,isliye aapne hume kyu bulaaya hai ye bataaiye."Ranjit asked Akash,"Tumne company se 15 lakh rupiyo ka jo loan liya tha vo kisliye liya tha?"Akash looked at Ananya and then replied,"Actually,maine socha tha ke is baar Ananya ko anniversary ke liye ek ghar gift karunga to maine company se 15 lakh aur bank se 10 lakh ka loan liya tha aur baaki ke paise main apne savings se invest kar raha tha aur ye loan ek der saalo mein khatam ho bhi jaate."Ranjit called their finance expert Mr Roy and then when he arrived,Ranjit asked,"Mr Roy Captain Akash ne 15 lakh ka loan kyu liya tha?"Mr Roy replied,"Unhe ye loan Australia mein apni family ko bhejna tha taaki waha ka kuch loans vo clear kar sakey,I mean aisa hi unhone reason ke column mein likha hai.Unhone hume in fact ek written request bhi ki thi ke hum apne bank ke zariye Australia ke bank mein money transfer kare."Akash was stunned and Ananya looked at him with all shocked.Akash got up from his seat with a jerk and said,"Aisa kaise ho sakta hai?Maine reason ke column mein aisa kuch bhi nehi likha tha.Maine saaf likha hua tha ke ye personal loan hai and that was for our new house here in Delhi.Main sach keh raha hu..."He looked at Ananya and she said,"Mr Roy please mujhe uska vo letter aur ye form dikhaiye."She looked at the application letter and even at the form and to her fear,the handwriting and the signature was of Akash himself.Ananya said,"Ye signature to Akash ka hai."She again looked at Mr Roy and asked,"Mr Roy vo Australia waala bank account kiske naam par tha?"Mr Roy checked some paper and then said,"Some...Mrs...ya...Mrs Sania Akash Saluja ke naam par."The papers which Ananya was holding fall down from her hand and she said,"Nehi...aisa nehi ho sakta hai...ye sach nehi hai...Ye sab mere Akash ko fasaane ki saazish hai.Ye...ye signature bhi kisine nakal kiya hai aur aise logo ki kami nehi hai Delhi mein.Main nehi maanti hu in sab cheezo ko,in jhute documents ko."Just then the police called Akash and asked him to come to the police station alongwith his family.Ananya asked,"Kiska phone tha?"Akash replied,"Vo police ka call the unhone kaha hai ke DNA reports aa chuki hai ab hume waha jaana hai."Ananya nodded her head and then both of them went to the police station.

After reaching the police station,Ananya asked,"Officer boliye kya aaya hai results DNA test ka?"The officer gave a cold look to Akash and then replied,"Aaj jaha vo larki hai na apne bachche ke saath,vaha tumhe hona chahiye.Tumhe sharam nehi aayi do do larkiyo ki zindagi barbaad karte huye?You know tumhaare jaise log na is samaaj ke naam par dhabba hai."Ananya,who can't think rationally due to the chain of events happening with her that day,grabbed the officer's collar and then yelled,"Aap saaf saaf sach bataayenge officer ke kya aaya hai un reports mein?"The officer showed her the reports and said,"Yehi ke aapka husband ek number ka dhokebaaz aadmi hai aur ye ke ye bachchi usika hai aur ye jo marriage certificate mila hai hume Mrs Sania ke paas,vo bhi legal hai jiske mutaabik vohi inki legal wife hai aur aapki bhi legal marriage hone ke baavajood,aapki shaadi illegal hai."Ananya slowly released the officer's collar and Akash was just unable to understand what he should do.Ananya dashed on a chair and was remembering everything in her life after Akash came in her life.The relation which was going to be strong and was going to attain a new level with a new beginning,suddenly became meaningless and suddenly its existence was endangered.She was unable to think more and she felt like her brain would blast off with all these shocks.She was looking blank and Akash was taking her name and calling her but she was unable to respond as if Akash's voice was not reaching upto her brain for her to react.With all those blockage in her mind,the only thing happened was a drop of tear fall from her eye.
