Yeah I too agree but maybe Akash never knew about it. It might be that Mahima or her sister never mentioned about this infront of him and about that coffee agent. I think as the DIB already was in search of the diary so it might be that since they knew that Ananya was looking for Akash when he was not around. So they might also have been keeping an eye on her. So it might be that the coffee agent felt odd that she went to another locker so he kept an eye on her and recorded her movements. And after Ananya getting the diary out he knew that it was Mahima's diary. So he informed the boss about it
