We don't have any special tag BUT it is mention CABIN CREW and the flight number I'm sure...
How both Ananya and the passenger opened the luggage really shocked me they both knew the baggage lock combination...

Even I had the same thought with the luggage blooper, esp on the tag. Breaking the lock can be done easily if you know the tricks. Usually the ground staff clears and tags the previous passenger's bag before they attend to the next passenger.

But if the passenger would have broken the lock in front of the custom officers I think he would have been arrested right away but he opened it without any difficulty at once.
Ananya also did the same...
By the way, in both luggages there were NO TAG AT ALL.
