This topic is for all those who are still confused about the story.
Ok first let me clear some confusions first.
Laali is not married to Shekhar!
She has not been bought for giving birth to a heir for the family.
Shekhar nor Rajeshwari don't know anything about Laali at this point.
Why is Laali in this house?
Well Loha Singh and his son Ranvijay have bought Laali from her parents. And they bought her so that they can give her to a business man as a prostitute and in return the businessman would give them a contract. But this didn't work ut as seen in the last episodes. So Laali is still in the thakur household.
What does Laali know?
Well Laali has no idea that she has been sold, she has been told that her husband works for the thakurs. And that's why she has been brought here, after her bidaai.
Who is Laali's husband?
Well Laali's husband is Ganesiya(they haven'y shown him on the show yet) whom she got married to when she was young. But until now she was still staying with her parents as they were wating for her to mature before they send her to her in-laws. So she had no contact with Ganesiya ever since they got married and hence she doesn't recongnize him now. But when Laali's dad goes to meet Laali's father in law to fix the date for her Gauna(BIdaii), they demand 10,00 rupees, which Laali's family couldn't give.
So parents are forced to sell Laali, but they don't tell this to Laali. They tell her that her Gauna(Bidaai) is taking place, and taht she is going to Ganesiya's house.
