Chapter 2

"I'm too." Trisha jumped on hearing Bikram speak. Raghav stiffened beside her. Both of them were dumbfounded for a moment. Raghav rose first. He took Trisha's hand in his and pulled her to her feet. They rushed towards the bed.
"Oh my God!!" Trisha was finding it hard to control the tremble in her voice. "Bikram!! Oh my God!!" She fell silent after this. It took her a moment to organise her thoughts. "Bikram, do you feel alright? Is there any discomfort? Can you remember how you came here? When did you wake up?" She asked in a rush. "I'm alive. Remember everything. Chest is paining but otherwise okay." He answered.

Trisha smiled hearing his answer. "Don't be cocky. We were all worried for you. Let me call the doctor. And Swati." She headed outside. After informing the doctor concerned, she went to Swati. Swati had been sitting in front of the idol of Lord Ganesha, for over an hour, at the end of a corridor on the same floor. "Swati, come with me, Bikram is conscious. Your prayers have been answered." She smiled kindly. Swati took some effort to stand up. Her legs were stiff due to sitting in the floor for so long. They went back to the ICU.

Rajbir was awake. The doctor was hovering over Bikram, checking his condition while giving various instructions to the nurse standing beside him. Finally, he faced Trisha. "He seems okay. There is nothing to worry about anymore. The danger has been averted. He will have a full recovery. The only thing he needs now is care and complete bed rest for few days. His family is reaching here tomorrow, right?" "Yes doc." Said Trisha. "In that case," the doctor continued, "I will release him before this week ends. His family should stay with him in his home so that he is taken care of round the clock."

Rajbir, Swati and Raghav gathered around the bed after the doctor left. Trisha watched them from a little distance. Swati's hands were still folded in front of her, as if in a prayer, thanking God. Rajbir looked as if he had aged a few years but the relief and happiness on having his dear friend back was also clearly visible. Trisha sighed on seeing her team safe again. Only one thing worried her now, Raghav was silent.

Chapter 3

Rajbir could feel the tension radiating from Raghav's whole body. All four of them were heading out of the hospital. They intended to go home and rest for the night and come back here tomorrow morning. Trisha had taken up the job of driving them all home, instead of his protests. Raghav had been strangely silent during the entire argument.

"I hope he's not going through survivor's guilt." Rajbir whispered while walking alongside Trisha.
"Just before Bikram woke up, he had seen a nightmare. He told me about it and then requested me to go home. But since Bikram gained consciousness, I haven't heard him utter a single word. Did he talk while I went to call Swati?" Asked Trisha.
"Well, he was the one who woke me up. I don't know if he had talked to Bikram before that. But from the time I was awake and till you returned, he was silent."

They reached the parking lot. Rajbir pulled Swati with him to the backseat before the other two could even reach the car. Trisha took the driver's seat and Raghav sat on the passenger's. Rajbir and Swati passed a small smile at each other. He knew that she was thinking the same thing that he was. He knew that Raghav will be okay. Trisha will make that sure. He sighed deeply and looked out the window.

As expected, you have nicely portrayed the bond between the team members in this part...how everyone has been praying for Bikram's recovery and the relief on seeing him okay...nicely written dear...

Yes the silence of Raghav is a worrying factor for all of them...
