19th December 2011
The episode starts with Krishna Raj, a girl from Bhagalpur village in Bihar. She is very studious and dreams to become a Block Development Officer. To achieve her goals she studies day and night. She wishes to give expensive gifts to her family after achieving her goals.
Krishna lives along with her father Vidyapati Raj, mother, elder sister Swati, elder brother Ravi and younger sister Chanchal. Krishna prays to God to help her pass in her competitive exam.
One day Krishna's father Vidyapati finds her tensed and asks the reason. He pacifies her on learning that Krishna was scared about her interview. He is very confident about Krishna's intelligence and is sure that she would get selected in the interview.
Krishna keeps the milk to boil, while she continues to study. Krishna's mother Saraswati is very strict and does not like her husband spending money on their daughters. However, she approves of spending money on their son. Saraswati gets furious when she sees the over boiled milk spilling off. She rages at Krishna for not paying attention and wasting the milk.
Krishna serves tea to her parents. Saraswati further gets furious when she sees Krishna serving a glass of milk for herself. Krishna feels upset when Saraswati does not allow her to consume the glass of milk. Krishna, however, pretends to be fine.
Later Saraswati pours little milk in the glass and mixes it with a lot of water. She adds that girls should not drink healthy milk as it is meant only for the males. Vidyapati feels sad but cannot help.
Saraswati instead serves a glass of milk to her son, Ravi and asks Krishna to give it to him. Krishna wakes up Ravi and offers him the glass of milk. Ravi taunts Krishna on learning that she had an interview scheduled for the day.
Krishna wakes up Chanchal and asks her to get ready for her school. Chanchal questions Krishna which interview was scheduled for the day as she has passed her preliminary round of the competitive exam but still had to appear for the main exams. Chanchal adds that the interview was usually scheduled after clearing the main exams.
Krishna informs her that the government had appointed a committee to take special interviews for the candidates so that there was no fraud during the main exams. Krishna adds that if she manages to clear the interview round, it would be easier for her to pass the main exams.
Saraswati enquires with her husband about the wedding proposal for Swati. Her mother prays to God on learning that the prospective groom's parents would let them know their decision in the following two days.
When Krishna is about to leave for her interview, Vidyapati stops her and offers to drop her to her college on his scooter but Saraswati stops him. She tells him not to waste money on petrol as it was too expensive.
Vidyapati has no other option and refuses to drop Krishna. He heads to his workplace.
When Krishna and Chanchal leave the house, they are surprised to see their father waiting out for them.
The trio sits on the bike and is about to leave when Saraswati arrives and curses the daughters.
On their way, Vidyapati receives Tuntun's phone asking him to visit his house immediately. He therefore drops his daughters off mid-way and asks them to go on their own.
Krishna hops into a truck to reach the college. She tries to study but is disturbed by other passengers in the truck. Krishna panics when the truck's tyre gets punctured as she was getting late for the interview.
Much to her dismay, her footwear also breaks while getting down the truck. She some how overcomes that hurdle too. Tuntun's son, Pintu is a spoilt brat who speeds on his motorcycle and performs stunts. On his way, he come across Krishna who is busy trying to pin her sandal and does not see Pintu speeding towards her. Pintu who is in full speed is unable to stop the bike and pushes Krishna to save her.
The students gather in the college as they have to leave along with their professor who is Tuntun's elder son, Bablu. Bablu is worried on learning that Krishna had not yet reached the college.
Meanwhile, Pintu arrives in the college. Bablu is surprised to see him. Pintu informs him that he had come to attend college.
The rest of the students insist that they should leave and not wait for Krishna as they were getting late. Pintu too insist to accompanying Bablu.
Krishna arrives after Bablu leaves along with the students. She rushes to the collector's office on learning that Bablu had already left.
Bablu and the other students reach the collectors office for interview. Krishna continues to struggle to find transport to reach the place.
Krishna reaches the collector's office only after all the students finish giving their interviews. Pintu is surprised to see Krishna and recollects the incident wherein he had pushed her down.
Bablu takes Krishna for the interview but the officials do not allow her since she was late. Bablu requests the officer in-charge. When the officer refuses to allow her, Krishna runs to the conference hall. The security tries to stop her.
20th December 2011
On Krishna's requests the panel gives her a chance. One of the panel member questions Krishna how many steps she had to climb to reach the conference room. The panel gets impressed when Krishna gives the correct answer and states that each step was like a mile for her and so she could remember it.
Another panel member questions Krishna about her dream to become a Block Development Officer (BDO). Krishna replies that she wanted to help the needy. However, one of the panel members does not believe it to be an authentic answer and cross questions her. Krishna further replies that she does not want to take sympathy of the panel members by telling them about her financial problems. Krishna's reply impresses the panel.
After the interview, the official who was not allowing Krishna to give the interview praises her. The official asks Bablu to wait and collect the results as it would be declared on the same day.
Bablu asks Krishna and other students to return to the class while he waits for the results.
Later in the class, Krishna is overwhelmed when she learns from Bablu that she has cleared the interview round. Bablu further asks the class to prepare for their main exams scheduled next week. He advises the students to buy question bank from some tutorial. The question bank consists of the last 20 years main exam's question papers.
After the class, Krishna goes to the tutorial. She requests the manager of the tutorial to give her the question bank and assures to pay him later.
One of the employees tells the manager that he knows Krishna's father, Vidyapati who works with Tuntun. The manager therefore gives the question bank to Krishna and asks her to pay the money by evening.
21st December 2011
Krishna is happy on learning that her neighbor, Pinky has passed the prelim exam of Block Development Officer (BDO). Pinky is the daughter of a business man named Dihati, who has organized a party to celebrate Pinky's success.
Saraswati and Krishna's sisters also attend the party. They are overwhelmed when they learn that Krishna too has passed the prelim exam and has cleared the interview round. Pinky, on the other hand, feels jealous.
Swati and Chanchal are worried when Krishna informs them that she had to pay Rs 2,000 by evening for the question bank.
When Saraswati returns home, Krishna is about to tell her that she owes money for the question bank. Meanwhile, Pinky visits Krishna's house and asks her to show the question bank. Krishna suggests Pinky to refer to the book as it would be helpful for her in the main exam. Pinky throws attitude and hands over the book. Pinky states that she was prepared for the exam and does not need to refer to any question bank.
When Krishna, her sisters and Saraswati get inside the house, Pinky sneaks in and robs the book.
To help Krishna, Swati and Chanchal hand over the money they have saved till date but are only able to manage Rs 250.
Meanwhile, the tutorial manager to whom Krishna owes money comes to her house. Ravi gets furious and confronts Krishan when the manager demands money. Saraswati too gets furious and asks Krishna to return the book.
Krishna panics when she fails to find the book. She is unaware that Pinky has robbed it. The manager does not believe Krishna and asks her to either return the book or pay the money.
Ravi further gets furious and is about to slap Krishna when time Vidyapati returns home. He rejoices on learning that Krishna has passed the exam. He is worried on learning that Krishna had to pay money to the manager.
Chanchal suspects that Pinky must have robbed the book and rushes to her house. Chanchal sees Pinky reading the book and snatches it from her hand. She mocks Pinky for robbing the book.
Krishna feels hurt when the manager insults Vidyapati. Meanwhile, Chanchal returns home and hands over the book to the manager but Vidyapati stops her. He decides to buy the book and offers his gold chain. Saraswati and Ravi try to stop him but fail. However, Krishna stops Vidyapati and hands over the book to the manager.
Vidyapti feels helpless as he is unable to purchase the question bank for Krishna. Krishna pacifies him and assures to try her best to pass the main exam without the book. She also assures to fulfill his dreams.

Vidyapati finds Swati and Chanchal happy and asks the reason. He is surprised on learning that the duo has organized a small party for Krishna as she has passed in the prelims of the competitive exam.
Pinky gets tensed when she learns that her main exam was scheduled the following week. When Dihati learns about it, he calms down Pinky and asks her to give her roll number so that he can manage her result.
When Krishna comes to the coaching center, she requests her classmate, Rajesh to lend his question bank to her. She tells him that she would photocopy the book and return it to him as soon as possible. Rajesh refuses to help Krishna and insults her.
Pintu, who is present in the class, gets furious with Rajesh's behavior. He snatches the book from Rajesh's hand and asserts that he would return it after half-an-hour.
Pintu decides to help Krishna and so he asks his friend to photocopy the book. After the photocopy is done, Pintu's friend asks a young boy to handover the book to Krishna.
Meanwhile, Bablu arrives and sees Pintu enjoying with his friends and questions them.
Krishna is surprised when she receives the book. On enquiring, the boy points out towards Pintu but Krishna believes that Bablu, who was standing talking to Pintu, must have given the book.
Later when Bablu returns home along with Pintu, his mother informs him that Tuntun has summoned them to the Block Development Office (BDO).
In the BDO during a contract auction, Tuntun compels the people present to wear sunglasses. When one of them refuses, Tuntun orders the police to take him away. Tuntun waits for his sons before bidding as they are his lucky charm. After his sons arrive, he bids Rs 20 lakh for the contract and does not allow anybody else to bid.
Bablu taunts Tuntun for acquiring the contract by terrifying people. Pintu intervenes and handles the situation.
Tuntun asks Bablu and Pintu to return home soon as he has some important news to share.
23rd December 2011
Chanchal and Swati are happy when they learn that Krishna has managed to get the competitive exam's question bank.
Saraswati rages at Krishna when she learns about it and asks her to return the book. Krishna informs Saraswati that Bablu has given her the book and that she does not have to pay for it.
When Pintu returns home along with Bablu, he learns that the minister had promised to give the Vidhan Sabha election ticket to Tuntun. Except Bablu the entire family rejoices.
A group of local boys come to Krishna's house to collect money for a puja, which is organized in the village. Krishna refuses to give donation and asks them to come later when her family returns home.
Pinky hears their conversation and so when the group visits her house donates Rs 500. She also assures to give them more money if they help her to get the question bank from Krishna.
In the greed of money, the group visits Krishna's house again and demands donation from her. Krishna refuses to give money and asks them to leave. One of the boys from the group named, Shukhla refuses to leave instead snatches the question bank from Krishna's hand and runs away.
Krishna follows the boys requesting them to handover the book to her. Meanwhile, Saraswati, Chanchal and Swati are on their way home. The trio sees the group running but fails to see Krishna running behind them.
Saraswati is furious when she sees the front door of the house wide open. Saraswati panics when she fails to find Krishna in the house. When Vidyapati returns home, he gets worried on learning about it. Meanwhile, Pinky arrives and pretends to be innocent. She informs the family that a group had come to collect donation. She adds that Krishna had an argument with the group and then followed them.
Chanchal informs Vidyapati that they had seen a group running on the road while they were returning home. Vidyapati along with Dihati and Chanchal searches for Krishna.
Krishna follows Shukhla and his group to a river. Shukhla enters into the river and asks Krishna, who is standing on the river bank, to collect the book from him until he counts 100. Krishna does not enter into the water instead requests Shukhla to return the book.
When Shukhla refuses, Krishna enters into the river and gets her book back. Much to Krishna's dismay, Shukhla again snatches the book from her hand. Krishna tries hard to get the book back.
26th December 2011
In the previous episode, Krishna had chased Shukla and entered the river to get her book back from him. Vidyapati, Ravi, Chanchal and Dihati launched a search for Krishna when they failed to find her at home.
Krishna continues to struggle to get her book back from the miscreants. Shukhla's friends too join in to trouble Krishna.
Vidyapati, Ravi, Chanchal and Dihati reach the river bank and notice Krishna in the river fighting for her book. Vidyapati rushes to help Krishna. On seeing him, the boys hand over the book to Krishna and run away.
When Krishna returns home along with Vidyapati, Ravi rages at her and states that Krishna should not continue her education. He snatches the book from her hand and decides to burn it. Ravi angrily gets kerosene to pour on Krishna's book. She tries to stop him but he pushes her away. However, Vidyapati stops Ravi. He pours kerosene on his body and asserts that Ravi should set him on fire first and then burn Krishna's books. Krishna, Swati and Chanchal get scared while Dihati, his wife and Pinky rejoice.
When Dihati and his family return home, he praises Pinky for making Krishna struggle to get back the book.
An agitated and upset Saraswati refuses to talk to Krishna. Krishna feels hurt and apologizes to Saraswati for creating commotion in the house. When Saraswati refuses to forgive her, Krishna asserts that she must commit suicide. Saraswati feels hurt and forgives Krishna.
Meanwhile, Krishna's elder sister Manisha and her husband arrive at Krishna's house. Saraswati warns her daughters not to inform Manisha about the book issue.
When the family meets the couple, Manisha's husband informs them that a prospective groom and his family were supposed to visit them for Swati's alliance the following day.
Late at night, Vidyapati sees Krishna studying while everyone else is fast asleep. He is confident that Krishna will soon fulfill her dreams
27th December 2011
Krishna continues to study with dedication for her upcoming examination.
Saraswati asks Krishna to stop studying and help her in the kitchen. Vidyapati intervenes and asks Krishna to continue studying while Manisha offers to help Saraswati.
Saraswati is puzzled when she learns that Vidyapati had decided to call Bablu to meet the prospective groom Mahesh's family. Vidyapati explains to her that he was keen on the marriage proposal going through and therefore wanted Bablu, who was well educated to negotiate the dowry on their behalf. He adds that Bablu could help them fix the wedding in their budget. Saraswati and Manisha's husband Nirmal agree with Vidyapati.
Vidyapati leaves for Tuntun's house to call Bablu and assures to return home before Mahesh and his family arrives.
Meanwhile, a matchmaker arrives with a prospective bride's family member with a marriage proposal for Pintu. Vidyapati too reaches there and asks for Bablu. Tuntun takes Vidyapati aside and asks him to handle the pundit and leaves.
At Vidyapati's house, Mahesh arrives along with his family. Saraswati panics as Mahesh had come before time and Vidyapati had not returned home.
Saraswati calls up Vidyapati but Bablu's son, Sonu receives the call. When Saraswati asks Sonu to give the phone to Vidyapati, he accidentally drops the phone into water. Saraswati panics when the call gets disconnected. Krishna pacifies her and states that she would call up Bablu to enquire about Vidyapati.
Bablu is at the repair shop as his phone is not working. Krishna is therefore unable to contact Bablu.
Krishna suggests her mother to take Swati to meet Mahesh until Vidyapati returns home.
Dihati, who does not want Swati to get married, plans to send Ravi and Chanchal to search for Vidyapati. He hands over his motorbike's keys to Ravi. After Ravi leaves, Dihati informs his wife that the bike did not have enough fuel and therefore Ravi would not be able to return home on time.
Meanwhile, Saraswati gets Swati to meet the groom. Dihati receives call from someone and learns that Mahesh had an elder brother, who was a widower and that his parents were planning to get him remarried. Dihati cooks up an evil plan to get the widower married.
Saraswati gets worried when Mahesh's father, Satyanarayan demands a huge sum as dowry. Dihati's wife and Pinky rejoice.
