I think the tender will pass., but this Choubey will tell TTS or Bihari I feel. But TTS and Bihari's are traveling on different roads.

TTS is trying to win Pintu back.
Bihari is trying to destroy Krishna.
Choubey wants to work in the same method as before. So he will help the one who will help him most.
I don't think TTS will jeorpadize his relationship with Pintu. All he wants Pintu to do is work for him and if Pintu protests maybe he will help him.

Don't make bauji do this😳 to say that I think there is unconditional love towards his sons in his lecturing and world view induced lectures. Always trying what he thinks is best for his sons even though sometimes the methods are wrong. He knows that Pintu love Krishna so he want BDO daughter so he might get them to marry as well.
