Taani took her medicines and lied down to sleep, but she couldn't. Her mind was full of thoughts, about rey, about love, about herself. She closed her eyes in a hope of sleeping for few hours but it was far far away. She sat up in the bed and took her phone. The first thing she saw was rey, Rey's photograph on her screen wallpaper. She kept looking at it, as if he is right in front of her. A smile came on her lips and soon vanished. She opened contacts and surfed through Prince Charming.

Should I call him? asked her inner voice, making her confuse. She kept looking at the screen but could not decide what to do. Slowly she started to draw curcles on the screen with her thumb, and her thumb touched it. Calling Prince Charming "Hey krishnaji..." As usual this words came out of her mouth. She immediately disconnected the call, thinking that rey won't know about it, but he already got a notification about her missed call.

"Rey AGS hai na , to vo abhi NDC me busy hai. He was talking about Dance team." They heard a female voice, which belonged to sharon.

Rey felt relieved as Sharon handled this. Soon his mobile screen lit up and he noticed taani's missed call. Rey was getting pissed off of his talks as he talked about career. But soon he took a breath of relief as tauji got a call from his office.

"Swayam, i have to go for some urgent work. I'll be back soon." Tauji said as he disconnected his call. Here rey smiled like an idiot hearing this, silently saying thank you to god in his head. 

"Thik hai papa." Swayam replied.

Taani was getting bored sitting like this since afternoon. It was 5 PM in the evening. She took her mobile and opened Angry Birds and started to play. It was her favourite game, and also favourite animated movie. She opened a challange and started to hit King Pig turn by turn. She was so engrossed in the game that she did not notice her room door opening and ShaReYam entering in the room. 

As soon as they entered in her room, they saw taani engrossed in her mobile. She didnt even heard sound of door opening. Rey and swayam looked at eachother, asking each other silently what was she doing.

"Are , yeh marta kyu nahi hai !!" Taani said annoyingly in between her game, not noticing three of them in the room.

Soon they realised taani was playing game. Three of them looked at each other and smiled. "Taani" Swayam then called her, making her look up from her mobile.

"Bhai, Rey, Sharon bh..." She stopped mid way, but all understood what she was going to say. Sharon blushed as swayam looked at her.

"Aap log yahan?" Taani asked puting her phone away. They came to her bed and sat around her. She looked at rey, and again sadness gathered her. Her eyes directly looking into his, forgetting about the surrounding. But quickly rey looked away, breaking her trance. She looked down as he looked away while her fingers played with each other.

"Thik ho taani?" Swayam asked finally.

"Ha bhai. I am fine." Taani replied as she smiled at him.

"What fine, you have fever and you are saying that you are fine." Rey snapped at her making her a little bit shock. Sharon looked at rey silently, making him understand about his tone.

"I am fine rey." Taani replied coldly, her eyes not meeting his gaze. 

"Do you even know how worried we were? Ese bina bataye chali aayi, inform to karna chahiye tha." He said straight , "and don't look here and there look straight in my eyes." 

"Hey, rey. Easy." Swayam said but rey did not bothered. 

"Swayam, can i talk to taani alone? Please?" Rey asked, making swayam a bit uncomfortable. But he can understand him too, and thats why he agreed to this and went out with sharon.

As soon as they left, he sat beside her. The moment was awkward, first time they felt this silence was uncomfortable. Taani looked at him from the corner of her eyes and saw him restless. His fingers tapping with each other as he looked from the bed to taani and again to the bed.

Slowly taani held his hand, which made him look at her. Her eyes were red, as if she had cried alot. Not wasting one more second, he pulled her to him, completely taking her in to his arms. "I was so worried." He said, caressing her hairs. Taani couldn't help but hugged him back which made her feel so good, so much better. She forgot about rey and sharon's conversation as rey tightened his grip on her. Slowly he kissed on her ear which sent current through her body. But realising that swayam and sharon are in the same house taani broke their hug. 

"Rey, i am fine." She said ones again. Rey touched her forehead and checked her fever, which was normal now. Medicines did their work perfectly, she felt good. 

"Sorry ese bina bataye chali aayi." Taani said as she looked down.

" Its okay taani. You were ill thats why you came back. I totally understand this." Rey said, putting her hair strands behind her ears. You were ill thats why you came back. Really? Was it true? No , it isn't. Suddenly anger gathered her mind, she looked at his face which was showing worry and love at the same time. Is rey acting? Her mind wondered.

"Rey, i want to sleep." She said, though she wasn't sleepy. Hardly she stopped her tears coming out. Hurriedly she lied down on the bed. Rey found it wierd but thought about her health. May be she was tired thats why want to sleep. He looked at her, whose eyes were closed now, hands clutching her soft toy. Slowly he stood up looking at her, and went out of the room.

Rey came in the hall, where no one was around. He sat on sofa to wait for swayam and sharon. But his mind was occupied with taani's thought. Her only dream of getting married to him made him wonder about his love for her. What rubbish you are thinking Rey. Of course you love her. Everything about her affects you. You can't even think about something bad happening to her. Today also you were so hyper when you came to know about her illness. Stop thinking anything. Just stop it. 

"Reyy.." swayam was calling for rey for the 5th time. But he was not at all listening.

Rey behera ho gaya hai kya? Swayam wondered, and shook his shoulder.

"Huh.." Rey came back to his sense and found swayam and sharon staring at him. "Let's go sharon." Rey said standing up from sofa.

" Yeah. Bye swayam." Sharon said to swayam. Rey too gave him a hug and bid good bye to him.

Swayam was reading a book when his phone rang and disturbed him. He looked at the caller and saw it was rey. Immediately he answered his call.

"Hey dude." Swayam said as soon as he picked up his call. The next second rey bombard him with questions.

"Taani ne khana khaya? Davai li? Ab uski health kaisi hai? Vo mera phone answer nahi kar rahi hai. Ja ke dekho na if she is okay or not."

" Rey...rey...rey....breath, cool down. Take a breath first." Swayam said, calming him down a little bit.

" Kaise cool down ho jau. Taani is ignoring me ." Rey said

" She is sleeping. Medicines ka asar hai. Thodi der pehle hi soyi hai. Don't worry about her." Swayam said to which rey sighed in relief. " Vese mujhe achha laga."

" Kya??" Rey asked.

"Taani ke liye itna concern , jijaji." Now swayam started his leg pulling, just to divert his mind from tension.

Rey blushed hard, and closed his eyes. His lips grinning from ear to ear. "Concern to hoga hi na. I love her." 

"Okay, okay. Don't forget i am still a possessive brother. Remember sat sat ke maruga?" Swayam said, to which both rey and swayam laughed hard remembering shivam's scary face.

"Oh god dude, that was amazing." Rey said.

" Yeah, mene bahot control kiya tha. Agar thoda gussa aur aa jata to i may have hit him." Swayam replied.

" Achha hota, isi bahane mar khata vo. Meri taani ko pareshan kar raha tha." Rey said as he laughed.

" Ha tujhe to achha lagega hi na." Swayam said.

 "Achha sun na, please taani ki ek photo click kar ke bhej na abhi." 

" Pagal hai kya jo please bol raha hai. Thodi der me bhejta hu." Swayam said to rey.

" Thik hai chal. Good Night dude." 

"Good Night."

Both of them said good night to each other and hung up.

Swayam went to taani's room, trying his best not to make any sound. There she was, sleeping like a baby. His baby sister, no matter how old she gets she always will be his baby sister. He opened his phone camera and clicked her picture and sent it to rey.

Rey was waiting for swayam's ping. Soon he got a message on whatsapp and it was from swayam.

S:"Ye lo jijaji, Sirf aapke liye *winking emoji*”

R: Thank You Sale-Sahab.*Tongue out emoji*

There she was, sleeping peacefully. Like an angel. He kept looking at her picture until he slept.
