Mere Bina Tu

Two months had passed since Taani left St. Louis. Rey tried to keep himself busy with various stuffs so that he doesn't get time to think about Taani. He was trying hard to stay happy as she wanted him to be, but couldn't be happy. In order to stay occupied with work, he had lost himself and had become a puppet of Mr. A. His best friend had tried to enlighten him with the fact that trusting Mr. A blindly will get him in trouble, but yet he neglected it. Rey was sure that he was and is right. Until now, when Aashi called him and spoke about the scratch video. Now he came to know that his best friend, Swayam, was right. Rey wasn't the same anymore. He was frustrated on himself for slapping Swayam.

Taani is studying in Sharda University. She had learnt about Rey and Sharon's pairing as the video had gone viral. She knew that its just a professional picture, but had many suspicions. On further observing the matter closely she learnt that Rey was at big fault here. Rather Rey was at fault because of Mr. A. She felt bad for not being with him. She knew that if she wouldn't have left, Rey would never do things blindly to stay occupied.

"Kya meine yaha aake galati kardi?" Taani asked herself. "But Rey bhi toh galat hai. Unhone aise kisi pe bhi blind trust kaise kiya?"

"Mein itna dumb kaise ho sakta hun!" Rey exclaimed to himself. "Swayam sahi tha mein badal gaya hun. Meine Adi pe trust kiya aur Swayam pe nahi. How could I!"

Rey went in the rehearsal hall with many thoughts in his mind. As soon as he entered in, he remembered the slap and Swayam's words.

"Swayam sahi tha. Agar Taani yahan hoti toh mere iss behavior ke baad toh voh mujhe definitely chod deti. Meine jo Taani ke saath kiya uski saja mujhe ab mil rahi hai" saying this he put on some music.

Taani was thinking of all her happy moments spent with Rey. "Rey kaash aap vo natak na karte. Fir shayad mein aapke saath hoti." Taani thought.

The song started playing.

(Rey did some contemporary steps. He wished that Taani should remain happy wherever she is. He wished that Taani shouldn't think of him even by mistake. All he wanted now was her happiness as he had stolen that away from her earlier. And according to him, he was being punished right now.)

Keh to rahe ho mujhko magar

Tasveer le lo, khat bhi le jao

Lauta do mere sham-o-sehar

(He continued doing some more steps. He remembered their last meet when Taani asked him to move on in life. He didn't wish to preserve her pictures nor her letters, he just wished to get back the happy time that they spent together.)

(He had tears in his eyes. He knew that how much ever he tried he couldn't forget her. Yet he wanted that Taani shouldn't remember him. This is his punishment for life for hurting his love and for not trusting his best friend.)

Mujhko do-raahe pe chhod ke yun

Tumne hi di thi mujhko khushi ab

(Taani was nostalgic. She remembered his words that he said to Sharon. She wanted to ask him that after giving so much of happiness why did he steal it away. She had the answer with her. But she wanted him.)

(Rey ended his dance cursing himself for the mistake he has done.)

Rey is sitting there remembering Taani. His phone rings. He sees that its some unknown number so just ignores the call. Again he gets a call from the same number so he picks up and says "Hello" in a very low voice which will hardly be heard.

There was no response from the other side. Once again he said "Hello", this time a bit louder. In response he just heard a sob. As soon as he heard it, he got a strange feeling. His heart beat increased. A smile crept on his face and he said, "Taani."

That was it. She couldn't keep quiet any longer. Her sobs increased. Between her sobs she said, "Rey".

Rey couldn't believe his ears. He just wished that this wasn't a dream. And if it was then he never wanted it to end.

"I'm sorry" both said together.

"No Taani, tum maafi mat maango. Jo meine kiya uske baad I deserve this." Rey said.

"Mein sorry iss liye bol rahi hun, kyunki aaj sab aapse naraz hai, iske peeche kahin na kahin mera haath hai." Taani said.

"Tum sab jaanti ho toh yeh bhi jaan lo ki isme sirf aur sirf meri galati hai" said Rey.

"Nahi Rey. Agar mein wahi hoti toh aap itne impulsive decisions nahi lete. Aur hum dono khush hote" she said.

Rey was going to answer back. But her last words struck him. "Taani please tum meri wajah se dukhi mat raho" he said.

"Mein toh mere hi decision se upset hun" said Taani to herself but it was heard by Rey.

"Toh wapas aa jao na" said Rey almost like a child. This got a smile on her face. He added, "Tum smile karte huye atchi lagti ho."

She smiled on how Rey could sense her smile. "Rey meine galat kaha tha. Hum dono ki khushi saath hai. Ek dusre se durr rehke hum dono kabhi khush nahi reh sakte" she said after sometime.

Rey felt happy on hearing this. He kept mum.

Taani continued, "Rey mein wapas aa rahi hun"

"Sacchi?" he asked almost jumping.

"Haan. Par padhai khatam hone ke baad." Taani quickly added.

"Oh.." Rey continued, "mujhe tumhara intezaar rahega" he said in the most huskiest voice making her go tomato red.

"Rey mein ek hi condition pe aaungi" she said after recovering from his effect.

"Aur voh kya hai?" he asked.

"Aap apne aur bhai ke beech ki problem ko sort out karenge" she replied.

"Taani ab tum mere saath ho toh har problem sort out hogi" Rey continued, "I love you Taani"

"I love you Rey" said Taani.

"Mein tumhe ab sab problems sort out hone ke baad hi call karunga" he said.

"I'll be waiting" she replied quickly and cut the call before he could say anything.

Rey ruffled his hair and took an oath to sort out the problems between him and his friends and to teach Mr. A a lesson for life!
