Juhi continues: The first three months of pregnancy are going to be very crucial. Mouli should not exert herself too much. Dr. Kunal, you need to take care of Mouli & Nandini. Both of them are your responsibilities.
Dr. Kunal: They are not only my responsibilities. Both are near and dear to me.
All of them go home. Kunal and Mouli are still working in the hospital and are performing surgeries.

At Sanjeevani, Sid & Ishani are handling a high-profile case. Sid is performing heart surgery to the retired commissioner. The operation becomes successful.
Sid and Ishani go to the hospital canteen.
The waiter comes.

Ishani: I want samosa.
Sid: 2 samosas.
The waiter gets the samosas and 2 cups of tea.
Sid: Tomorrow is Navratri. Mom has invited everyone. If you come, it will be good

Kunal and Mouli reach home. He took Mouli to the room and said, "Take some rest now. If you need anything, please tell anyone of us."
Mouli: Sure.
Kunal then goes to Nandini. He said, "Congratulations, Mrs. Nandini Kunal Sheikh. You are looking gorgeous."
Nandini blushes.
Kunal: I have brought something for you.
He gave her the red saree and said, "I want to see you in this saree."
Nandini wears the saree and comes.
Kunal gets mesmerized by her beauty.

Nandini's sister and brother-in-law enter the shaikh house. They are Krishna and Saiyyam.
Saiyyam: I have one good news for all. We have opened a restaurant.
The family cordially invite the guests.

Sid, Ishani, and the hospital staff are getting ready for Navaratri.
