"Mom..I was so bored..." Aarushi squealed while hugging Khushi's legs once Khushi entered through the door.
Khushi lifted her up and kissed hard on her chubby cheeks.Aarushi kissed her back.
"Me too Baby..Momma missed you so much." Khushi cooed and plonked Aarushi on her cushion and started tickling her.
"Mom...This is not sair..." Aarushi said through her giggles.
"Not 'sair' beta..Its fair..", Khushi corrected her and added," This is to thank you for your yummy soup yesterday.Momma was thoroughly relaxed." Khushi said producing a Bar of chocolate.
"Ooo..Yummy Mummy...Thank you..." Aarushi squealed.
"I see you are in a very bright mood today?" A voice boomed across the room.
Khushi looked up to see Lavanya sitting cross legged on the couch smirking.
"Stop Dreaming Lavanya...I was there for work." Khushi said feeling a warm tingling in her hand where Arnav had clutched her.
"Yeah,Sure." Lavanya said behaving as if she did not believe Khushi at all.
"What work did you do,Momma?" Aarushi asked with her big eyes in wonder.
Lavanya smirked more at Khushi.
Khushi gave Lavanya a I-Will-Kill-You look.
"An interview with a Fashion Designer." Khushi replied cupping Aarushi's cheeks.
"Fashion Designer?What did he do?" Aarushi asked.
He hurt me...Khushi thought but kept silent.
"Baby..He owns a big company and they make clothes and He even made some of the clothes you wear..." Lavanya said not caring to the death glares given by Khushi.
"When I grow..Even I want to be a Fashion Designer like him" Aarushi squealed while clapping her hands.
'...Like Him' ...Whose Heart will Aarushi break?...Khushi thought but kept silent.
"No..You won't.You will be much better.You are my daughter." Khushi said firmly and gave Lavanya a look which said If-You-Open-Your-Mouth-You-Are-Dead-Meat.

Sunday.
Arnav was anticipating for that day.
His heart was calling out to her.
His Khushi.
Arnav could not concentrate on his work.His sleep was forgotten.He wanted to beg Khushi to come back in his life again.
3 & 1/2 years was a long time.
The thing Arnav shared with Khushi was something more,something above obsessiveness.
In his blind rage ,Arnav had blamed Khushi of something which she did not do.He doubted her loyalty and trashed her.
Arnav removed his tie as he walked inside his house which was so lonely.He wanted someone to decorate it and to adorn it with their little hands.
His phone rang.
"Hello..This is Mrs Lavanya NK speaking.I am calling to confirm your interview with NK.LA Studios on this Sunday.
"Oh Yes..Mrs Lavanya NK...I am definitely confirmed.Where do I have to report .?" Arnav asked with the enthusiasm of a kid who was anticipating gifts.
"You have to come to the NK.LA Studios sharp at 10:00 a.m on Sunday and Mr.Raizada don't be late.The woman who is going to interview won't be easy on you if you are late." Lavanya informed.
"Oh...I know."Arnav said thinking of Khushi while hanging up.
He walked towards his room and stood in front of the mirror.
"I am good-looking right?Better than Khushi's Husband...I am Hot and He is Not...Right?"
Arnav questioned the mirror.
The mirror agreed in silence.
'Wow...Arnav, you are going insane' He thought and then fell on the bed in a loud sigh.
"What have you done to me,Khushi?", Arnav said loudly even though she was not there to answer.
Tomorrow is Sunday and I am coming Khushi...

...Sunday arrives...
The day Khushi was loving to hate.
She dressed in her red suit and pulled her hair back into a side ponytail.Aarushi was watching her get ready.
"Mommy..You look bootiful.."Aarushi chuckled.
"Not bootiful..Beautiful,Baby" Khushi corrected Aarushi and gave her a quick peck.
Khushi hugged Aarushi one more time and left for the studios.
