Chapter 2
Arnav Singh Raizada,Owner of AR Designs,walked out of his Newly acquired BMW with an expensive clunk of his leather shoes on the marble flooring of The Olive Restaurant in New Delhi.
One of the billionaires and the hottest bachelors in town,He walked stiff steps with his caramel brown eyes shimmering in the glittering lights of the restaurant.
"Aman Mathur,If You don't get your butt here in 5 minutes..You are fired!!!." He hollered into his phone while looking into his watch.
Arnav gritted his teeth because he had no time to waste yet he was here to talk to his right hand man,Aman Mathur for only One Reason which mattered to him- Khushi Kumari Gupta.
Aman Mathur rushed in to the restaurant with his heart beating erratically and his breath coming out in wisps.."Good Morning Sir..I am sorry I am late...Wife problems.." Aman tried to explain between loud breaths.
"Not Interested." Arnav said point-blank."Give me information about Khushi Kumari Gupta for which I have paid you."
"Sir..I think you have lost Miss Gupta forever..."
"What are you bluffing???" Arnav hollered while his eyes lost their arrogance and his heart had stopped beating.
"I am not bluffing,Sir." He said crouching in fear but added,"She is married and she has a beautiful Daughter."
"What the...You got the wrong information of the wrong person then." Arnav knew in the depth of his heart that Aman had found the right person.
Damn.
Khushi Kumari Gupta is not a Gupta anymore???
After all these years..I am still searching for her..Yes,she was a Past but a very unforgettable and beautiful one.

"Aarushi...You come here...right now...!" Khushi screamed at her 3- year old daughter earning a chuckle from somewhere around the room.
"Mommy please play hide-n-seek with me..I am bored." Aarushi screamed from somewhere around the sofa.
"Baby...Please mommy is sick today." Khushi groaned thinking of the impending hell of a task in her office.
"Mommy what happened??", Aaarushi asked immediately forgetting the game and revealing her hideout place.
Aarushi touched her mother's forehead.It melted Khushi's heart to see Aarushi do that everytime Khushi was not well.
Aarushi was her life.Her everything.
"Baby,nothing happened.I am just too tired to play your game today." Khushi said even though she knew that Aarushi deserved some fun in her life which she unfortunately could not provide.
"Mommy...don't worry...I made some soup for you..It will help you repax..." Aarushi said in her incoherent English.
"Not repax baby..Relax..." Khushi corrected her touching her button nose lightly.
Aarushi set out her Doll House Crockery in front of Khushi and served her some imaginary soup from her small pot.
Khushi's eyes filled with uncontrollable tears looking at her daughter's sweet antics..She was adorable.
"Though I hate your Father just too much,I am still thankful to him..that he left you to me..."
Khushi said while her daughter was looking at her, oblivious to the pain in Khushi's heart, with caramel brown eyes which reminded Khushi of Aarushi's Dad so much.

😃Just read both your chapters right now. Why are they so short?? But loved the whole concept. The story is interesting so far. Wonder how he betrayed her? Please do not make her a wimp. Please make her strong and in control. Especially in front of him. Hell, I don't even know the story, but I already want him to lose control in front of her! Was Khushi Arnav's wife? if then y ask for info abt Miss Khushi Kumari Gupta? Exciting to see now when knows that Khushi has a child what will his next mode of action be. Very nice update
