A car is running at a speed of 120 on a deserted road. It is 1 o'clock in the night and there are no other vehicles.
Just then the driver of that car's phone rang.
He slowed down the car a bit and picked up the call.

" Hello dad."

" Reyansh beta, what am I hearing, you are going to Assam."

" Yes dad, now you have called me at 1 o'clock in the night to ask this. Come on dad "

Rey said playfully.

" You are going, that's fine. It's your job, but who drives so late? You should have gone by flight."

Immediately getting down he saw a girl in a white Anarkali picking up some stuff which had fallen due to the accident.

Rey went to him and said, "Are you okay? Are you hurt? Sorry, I wasn't paying attention to the road." "

Till now he had not seen that girl's face.

She got up and fixed her hair so that it was falling on her face.

" yeah i'm fine"

" Sorry meri wajah se aapka saman."

" Please don't say sorry, I too was not looking while walking, it was dark and there was no one around, so I was just walking like that."

" Okay... by the way what are you doing alone on this deserted road so late in the night?... I mean it's not safe you know."

" Bus se ja rahi thi pata nahi mera purse kahi gir gaya tikit ke paise nahi diye to unhone niche utar diya .

He said smilingly, Tani laughed at this and sat down, started the car and a long drive began which was quite long.

Rey saw that she was sitting quietly with her eyes closed and feeling the breeze coming from the window. Her hair was coming on her face again and again, and she was making cute faces while removing it. Rey started laughing.

Then Tani's attention went towards him.

"why are you laughing"
" Do you know how weird you are?"

" Meaning, if your hair is bothering you, then you should close the window. If you make such weird faces, then you will surely laugh."

Taani tied her hair in a messy bun and said, “I can’t miss such a lovely opportunity to feel the cool breeze at night.” "

" As you wish. Well tell me are you going to Darjeeling for some work"

" You can call me 'you', no, Riya's home is in Darjeeling, I was in Mumbai for work for the last 6 months but now I am feeling that I should go back home."

After some time, both of them were sitting at a dhaba. Rey asked Tani and ordered potato parathas for both of them. But one thing he found strange, there were only a few people there but they were looking at him in a very strange manner.

Rey came back and sat next to Tani and said, "Why are these people staring at us like that?"

Tani looked at him and then said nervously, "Maybe there is no another girl, so let's eat quickly and leave."

Rey ne dekha taani ke face par ajib sa dar tha . Usane jaldi se khana pack katwaya aur dono waha se nikal gaye.

Kuchh dur ek nadi ke pul par Rey ne car roki car ki lights on kar dono ne khana khana shuru kiya.

Taani ko bhukh jor se lagi thi to vo bina ruke jaldi jaldi kha rahi thi. Jisaki vajah se khana iske gale ne atak gaya.

Rey ne use pani diya aur bola
" Thoda dhire khaogi to khana kahi bhag nahi jayega. "

" Kya pata tum pura khatm kar do to " usane khate huye kaha aur ek baar fir se Rey ki bolati band ho gayi.

Rey was only looking at her she was looking more beautiful while eating.

Khana kha kar ek bar fir safar shuru huaa. Taani was feelings sleepy isliye wo so gayi. and Rey was driving the car.

Morning 6 o'clock

Rey ne car ek jagah dekh kar side main lagayi aur taani ki taraf dekha jo so rahi thi.
Usane windows band ki aur AC on kar diya aur apani sit ko thoda stretch kar wo bhi so gaya.

9 baje gadi ke horns ki wajah se taani ki nind khuli . She saw Rey sleeping and car ek jagah par park ki hui hai. Usane muskura kar Rey ko dekha and car se bahar nikal aayi.

She saw a river which was near . She went there and fresh hokar she started to play in water.

Rey's eyes opened and he looked at the seat next to him. He could not see Tani. He got scared and quickly got out and started looking here and there.

When he saw Tani near the river of the river, he felt relieved. He went to Tani and started looking at her. Tani was still playing in the water. When she saw Rey looking at her, she splashed some drops of water on him which made Rey regain consciousness.

"Good morning Rey " " Morning is already good " he replied

"What do you mean?" Tani asked in confusion.

" Nothing, let's go, otherwise we'll be late"

Both of them left from there. In the afternoon they got food packed from a dhaba and after finding a nice place in the forest, both of them sat under a tree and ate the food.

By now both of them had started knowing each other well.

After eating, both of them started their journey again. The journey was going on with the speed of the car and soft music.

Rey suddenly asked "Do you believe in love?"

Taani who was lost in the music with her eyes closed could not recover from this suddenly asked question and asked "what do you mean"

Tani smiled and replied, " ab hone laga hai.."

Rey became silent again. Both of them reached Darjeeling. It was about to be 12 in the night. Rey dropped Tani to her house.

" Reyansh please stay here it is too late you can leave in the morning, it is not that far from here and your event is tomorrow night so please take some rest."

Tani said it with so much love that Rey could not refuse and both of them went towards home.

Rey saw a very small house outside the city which had something like a hall and a kitchen .

It was a one room house and it looked beautiful there. It was quite cold . Tani gave water to Rey and said "Be comfortable... the house is a little small but it is enough for you."

" No, the house is very nice."

Both of them had taken food on the way. So Tani made two cups of coffee and both of them sat near the window and started talking.

While talking, both of them did not even realize when it became morning. Rey knew that now she had to leave. She had an event in the evening. He remained silent for a few seconds and started looking at Tani's reaction but she was standing normal, there were tears in her eyes.

" You and I have just met. It has been a difficult day for us to be together but in this one day I have lived a year. And I want to live every day like this. With you, with us.

Tani saw that Rey was waiting for her answer, so she let go of Rey's hand and looking out of the window said, tum mujhe nahi jante Reyansh ye mai nahi hu jo mai hu , wo bahot alag hai. Ye mera sach nahi hai.

" Agar tumhe janane se tumhara Sacha janane se mai tumse door hota hu to mujhe koi sach nahi janana. " Ray said, taking Tani's hand back.

" Reyansh aap "

" Tani, I just want this much happiness which only you can give me. Mujhe apani zindagi me shamil kar lo Please."

He said this while putting his head on Tani's forehead. Both of them had their eyes closed. Tani replied in the same way.

" Mai chahkar bhi aapko apani zindagi me shamil nahi kar sakti Reyansh " But there is something I can give you.

Rey opened his eyes and looked at Tani. She took Rey's face in her hands, kissed his forehead and stepped back.

" You should leave from here Reyansh "

The girl who was asking Rey to stay at her house a while ago, suddenly asked him to leave the house. Rey looked at her one last time and picked up his luggage and went back.

The next day Re spent half-heartedly preparing for the event but he could not get the thought of Taani out of his mind.

In the evening, after the event, the organizer of the event, who was an elderly lady, invited Rey to her NGO for dinner and Rey could not refuse.

There were many children and that lady at the dining table. Everyone was eating and Rey was talking to them.

" There was a girl named Tani, she was not from here, she was from Darjeeling, she used to come to meet the children regularly but 6 months ago she went to Mumbai for work and just a few days ago the news came that Tani has been murdered.

How can that house which was beautiful and clean till yesterday become so bad?

Rey was listening to her like a statue. But when she said the last line, he got up and held Tani and said

Both of them left from there towards their destination. On the way, Rey called his dad and told him everything. At first, he was very scared but after Rey explained, he became normal.
And to catch Shivam, he asked him to come with the police to the same place where Rey and Taani met for the first time.

Rey kept on driving the whole way while looking at Tani, but even after knowing this Tani kept sitting quietly pretending to be unaware.

By the time the police caught Shivam and brought him there, the whole day had passed and it was 9 in the night when Rey reached there.

No one else could see Tani, so Rey cleverly told the police where Tani's body was.

When his body was dug out from the ground, Rey was completely broken but his dad was holding his hand on one side and Tani on the other.

After settling everything the police took Shivam away.

Rey's dad also asked him to leave but he looked at Tani

" Go Reyansh, I can't come with you। "

Reyansh stepped forward and took her hand

Tani came forward and kissed his forehead again with her lips. And the next moment she disappeared.

Rey's dad brought him back home.

Rey remained the same for a long time, but kehate hai na ... love is very powerful. After a month, when Rey went to his dance class, he saw someone familiar among the students.

Rey went to him. And everyone started looking at him.

" You here?”

" I like dancing but I don't know how to dance, will you teach me?"
