Elena: Sona hum pahonch gai. Chal nikal bahar aur chor apna mobile.
Mishti: Chor na Sona. Nahi aane wala uska message. Tu plan toh kharab mat kar na. Aunty ji bhi pahonch gai hongi.
Sona was still waiting for 'his' message.
Sona: Tum log chalo na main aati hu.
Elena: Nahi. Tu abhi hamare saath chal rahi hai. Aunty kya soche gi. Tera birthday aur hum hi late horahe hain.
Sona: Uska tu tension mat le. Maa understanding hain who samjh jai gi.
Mishti: Phir bhi chal tu.
Sona: Only five minutes.
Elena: Only
Sona: Pakka.Please tum log jao.
Elena: Yeh pakar keys.

Elena and Mishti went into restaurant where Sonakshi's mom was waiting for them for her birthday.

Yeh mobile baj kyun nahi raha. Main ne aaj Neil ko I love you bol dia. At last. Sigh. Per woh idiot stupid hai keh seen karke bhi reply nahi kar raha.

It was a message but not from the one she was waiting.

Unknown number se message woh bhi khali. Aise kaise.
Meanwhile another message popped up.

Unknown number se ek aur khali message.
Then another message beeped.

Yeh kya horaha hai. Unknown different numbers se khali messages.
It was not enough she received another 19 messages.
Oh My God. 22 messages. Sab different numbers se. Woh bhi khali. Koi stalk karne ki koshish kar raha hai. Usko pata nahi main hu kon. Dr. Sonakshi Bose hu. Koi bhi mujhe aise pareshaan nai kar sakta.

She was about to open but it was too late.

Messages ke chakar main mobile hi band hogaya. I hate you-Mobile. Ab kya karo. Restaurant main bhi nahi ja sakti. Light hi nahi hai.
Anyone in that situation would panic, not her because she is different, afterall she is Dr.Sona.

She opened up the window but it was pitch black out.

She stepped out of car and locked it. To her surprise there was no one around.

In next second she heard fireshots and hard voices. It was like type of riots were happening. On the next second she saw a large group of people coming running shouting from the end of the road. 
Before she could react, her wrist was held by someone who was running. She did not thought about something and started running. Her mind was telling her to stop as she is with a stranger but heart was opposing this. Her dilemma did not affected her running speed. After a km or two she felt being pulled down the stairs then to a place which was only covered with a net door. She was trying to catch up her breath. Then she looked up to see who took her here. The only thing she could see was his eyes, which were enough to make her mesmerized. They held truth in them.

He: Tumhe kuch hua toh nahi.
She came out of her thoughts and checked whether she was harmed.

Sona: Nahi kuch nahi hua. Per aap mujhe aise kyun lai.
He: Bahar protest horaha hai jahan laraiyaan shoru hogai. Kuch jalane ki wajah se iss area ka power supply bhi cut hogaya toh light chali gai. Sab issi taraf arahe the aur maine tumhe aise dekha toh le aaya. Wahan chorta toh thek nahi tha.
Sona: Thank you.
He: Its okay. Dr.Bose.
Sona: Aap ko mera naam pata hai.
He:Abhi tumne hi toh bola.
Sona: Nahi toh

He searched for something in his pocket and took out a box.
He: Happy Birthday.

It was a ring with Sonakshi written on it.
Sona: Its very beautiful. I love rings

Sona felt something fishy about it so she moved back a little bit.

She forwarded her hand. He could not believe his own eyes and ears. The girl whom he liked for so many years at last asked him to become her friend. Without a second thought he shook his hand with hers.

Dev: Okay Ms. Okay Sonakshi.

Despite stressful situation outside, they both felt so comfortable like it was the best moment that could happen with them. After some time a man passing by came and told that all was clear. Dev offered her his hand which she accepted smilingly. Way to the restaurant was quiet but not inside their heart where there was something happening.

As they reached the restaurant, her mother and friends hugged her.
Sona: Maa relax main thek hu.

Sona's mom thanked him and offered him to join them.

They all settled down. Sona grabbed her phone charger from car and went to charge it. As soon as she opened it, a notification came on FB.

Sara-Exciting day with Neil feeling loved Heart

Sara was Neil's ex-gf. Sonakshi knew something was still between them which she was not sure. But to her surprise she did not felt bad about it. She decided to leave that.

Sona mom: Sona beta tumhara woh friend Neil ne bhi toh aana tha.
Mishti: Humne aunty ko sab bata dia keh tumne Neil se confess kar lia hai.
Dev: Confess?
Elena: Love confession. Sona ne at last Neil ko I love you message kar dia. But the sad part is that uska abhi tak message nahi aaya.

Dev felt his world crashing. He saw Sonakshi with dejected face.
Mishti: Koi message aaya
Sona: check nahi kia
Elena: Tu tab se uske message ka wait kar rahi thi ab check nahi kia.
Sona: Cause mujhe kuch aur pata chala. He and Sara are not over yet.
Elena: What? Per woh toh tumhe clear signals deta tha.
Sona: I don't care. Abhi sirf main iss moment ko celebrate karna chahti hu jahan meri life ke sab se important people mere samne hain.
Sonakshi saw Dev, they shared an eye lock.

She cut the cake then fed to her mother and friends. They then settled down. Sona went to grab her phone. As she came near to their table, waiter accidentally pushed her cause her to fall on the chair front of her which was of Dev.
Her hand on his chest, her second hand grabbed by him. She can listen to his heart beat which were all pure without any negativity. This was the second everyone want to experience in their life but not many do. Her heart knows what it has gotten its perfect partner.

Dev saw all of them watching them so he stood up making Sona stand too.

He turned behind when a voice came.
Sona: Ring nahi pehnai ge.

He turned back and saw a smiling Sona. He knows what it means. His heart was racing at full speed and so did his feet. They came towards each other. She gave the ring to him. And that was the moment. He slipped the ring into her fingers and it was a perfect fit. They could hear clapping around them. But what a perfect moment without a hug. Devakshi hugged like forever. Hug of HERO and PARI.
