Sanyukta looked at the fruits on the bedside as if they had done her some great wrong by existing and being kept there by him. The bowl was about to be her next target to relieve her frustration when her phone beeped.

Fruits ne tumhara kya bigada hai. Khalo. Atleast pity the sweet strawberries ;)

Arghhh this mcp. She could just break his head right now. Her head was spinning with all this exertion and anger.

Dekho ab tumhe chakkar bhi aa rahe hai. Chup chap khalo khudse fruits. Warna your next door neighbor can always come do you the favour of feeding you.

Go take a hike she replied but decided to eat the fruits never the less. She had to start for her office within a few hours and she needed the energy.

Sanyukta stepped into the office completely engrossed in her thoughts. Or more precisely his thoughts. She couldnt believe this was happening to her. Only yesterday she was thinking about the dull monotony of her life and here she was today wishing to go back to that. Her life had become a bit too eventful in the past 24 hours.

Randhir was her neighbour that unbelievable ass of a person she cursed as she composed herself and got seated into her cubicle. But then she saw something that raised her temper back and had made her even angrier than before.

You she shouted angrily while shooting accusing glares at her. Why cant you just leave me alone you mcp. What the hell are you doing here?

malhotra she corrected agrily stressing on the surname...

Sanyukta just stomped away from there being too dumbfound to retort or say anything further.

Randhir was sitting in his cabin wondering what to do next. He had bought this company and become its owner to be closer to her but he wasnt sure about his plan of action further. Thinking about his next aim he thought about how boring sanyukta had made her life and debating on what to start from to bring back his lively sanyu. what to do to bring a smile to your face sanyu he questioned himself. Just then he remembered something from the distant past.

Sanyukta sneeked into the boys hostel taking advantage of the opportunity of no one being present in the campus as it were their semester holidays.

Randhir was shocked in the very least to see her there.

She immediately came forward excitement evident in every move of hers and hugged him. She was clearly very happy.

You crazy girl what are you doing here in the boys dorm? He said as he kissed her cheek and broke the hug to go close the door to his dorm making sure no one was around.

I missed you she said grinning. And look i come bearing gifts. she continued as she grinned from ear to ear.

Wow paratha.! He said excitedly. As he took a bite out to eat.

I made it myself on the stove I made with a few spare parts in my room. I thought I'd give you a tasty treat as well. how is it she asked?

Yummm he said smiling. This is why i say girls are best for household work and kitchen stuff. You could make a career out of this he said laughing.

He grabbed her waist with one hand and removed the pillow from between them with the other and bought her closer to him. Leaning in on her lips. This was doing wierd things to her senses.

Suddenly both of them started laughing at their craziness and when they were finally done they both sat down to eat while she served up on the two plates the parathas she had bought. While they sat eating she confessed to him how much she loved eating.

Mujhe toh lagta hai randhir mai khane ke liye hi paida hui hun. It gives me so much happiness I tell you. Good food is definitely something that brightens up my day. Good food I think inspires you to do better. I wonder how people eat this boring canteen type food with no spice no flavor. Aisa khana khane se toh bhuka mar jana better hai she said laughing to herself.

few hours later in the canteen.

All the staff had assembled in the canteen as their new boss wanted to make some announcement.

Hello all he said with his most charming smile. I am your new boss randhir singh shekhawat. Handsome am I not. He said as there was a soft laughter from the crowd. I dont want to give any more introduction about myself. I'd let my work and ideas speak for that. Speaking of which as your new boss I have two new reforms I'd like to employ from today on.

Firstly girls wont be doing nightshift anymore. Your working hours will be swapped with the guys so that you get only day time shifts. This is not some gender based decision. It is because we have more number of girls here and you can put in a lot more hours if you get day shifts which will be beneficial to us. And also since many of you may not be capable enough to drive yourself to your homes after the office...he said looking at sanyukta who was sending death glares at him from a distance. From today we will be providing you with transportation as well. The cabs will pick you up as well as drop you back. He said controlling his laughter with great difficulty. This would for sure irk Jhansi ki rani fighting for womens rights he thought. But its for your own safety baby. I don't want any repeat of what happened yesterday. He shuddered at the thought of what would have happened if he had not reached there in time.

And secondly. I think this place needs to liven up a bit. Especially this canteen itna boring khana kaise kha lete ho yaar. Aise bina spice ya taste ke khane se toh bhuka mar jana better hai he laughed unable to control himself anymore as he quoted her words. So aaj se yah ape you can expect some good quality tasty food. After all some one very dear to me had once told me that good food inspires people to work better. He completed with a smirk. To which there was a cheer from the crowd.

He then continued And as my first day as boss today I am going to give you all a treat for today. Have whatever you want from the canteen. Its on me. That is it for today.

He said and dispersed the crowd who went on to look at all the new items in the canteen and relish the tasty food. As randhir walked around the canteen he very inconspicuosly reached the table where sanyukta was placed along with a couple others.

Why aren't you guys having anything randhir asked as he stood beside sanyukta.

She grudgingly went ahead and picked up some pav bhaji to eat as her collegues forced her saying it wouldn't look good to say no to the boss.

But as she came back and began eating she couldn't resist the smile of happiness that creeped upon her face as she tasted the pav bhaji which was just as per her liking.

Randhir looked at his angel from far away. Staring at how beautiful she looked with the smile on her face. He was very happy with himself today. Atleast for some time he had bought back the smile to her face.
