The line of cars drove through the gates of the Khurana mansion. In the first car, Maan Singh Khurana, was seated. Behind his car, three more cars followed, carrying bodyguards. Security was extremely tight for Maan Singh Khurana due to various enemies in the business world who might attack him at any time. Despite his ability to protect himself, his overprotective Dadima insisted on hiring bodyguards after his continuous refusal. He didn't want to waste time arguing with her; if he denied anything she wished, she would argue and create drama until he relented. He hated it and felt irritated with his so-called family, who claimed to love him, though he was unsure of the reality.

He was pulled from his thoughts when the driver informed him of their arrival at home.

The great Maan Singh Khurana, dressed in a black suit, black jacket, and black shoes, with his black goggles on, emerged from his car. Geet watched as the line of cars came to a halt and the bodyguards opened the door for him. The great MSK stepped out of his car, making a striking appearance.

They open the door of car for the great MSK to come out and here the great Maan singh khurana appear from his carAnd as he comes out geet' s breath halted in her throat

As he stepped out, Geet’s breath caught in her throat. His presence was so magnificent that anyone, whether a girl or anyone else, could be mesmerized. His aura was such that no one could stand in front of him for long or meet his gaze directly. And who was she? Just a maid, and now, as Dadima had informed her, his maid.

And oh, dadima just sighed in pleasure, that beautiful smile of hers just like her beautiful face, she is just too beautiful to be resist by anyone

..........Flashback........................................

Geet was waiting for Dadima to finish her call, which she guessed was with her beloved grandson. No, not just talking, but arguing, as usual.

After Dadima finished her call with her grandson, she turned to see Geet waiting for her. Seeing her with a look of confusion, Dadima remembered she had asked Geet to meet her after everyone’s dinner. She had specifically told Geet to avoid drawing attention, as any hint of a private conversation with Dadima might arouse suspicion among the family members. They were already making her life miserable by constantly cursing and bad-mouthing her, or finding faults in her work where there were none. Dadima had confidence in Geet despite the harsh treatment she received from the family.

Dadima called Geet "her poor child" because, though she didn’t know the exact nature of Geet's problems, she could see that Geet was suffering greatly. The family’s cruelty stemmed from the belief that Geet was just a maid and, therefore, less than human. Geet couldn't voice her concerns or complain about anything. Despite Dadima's repeated inquiries about her family, background, or problems, Geet would only smile and insist she was fine. Dadima noticed that while Geet’s smile was beautiful, it masked the pain in her eyes.

Dadima worried about Geet and the toll this suffering might take on her. She sighed, unable to think further.

“Geet,” Dadima called, pulling her from her thoughts. Geet started, her nerves getting the best of her, and she began to shiver. This was her usual reaction—she was easily scared. Dadima feared for Geet’s well-being and wondered how she had managed to survive in this harsh environment without her support.

“Geet, there’s no need to be so frightened,” Dadima said, scolding her gently. Tears welled up in Geet’s eyes. Her demeanor was a result of her troubled background and environment. Dadima sighed helplessly, unable to scold Geet properly because she loved her so much and couldn't bear to see her in pain. It was already too much for Geet to endure.

And geet give her beautiful smile like always hiding her pain behind that beautiful smile of hers

"Geet beta, relax. Are you fine?" Dadima asked, her voice full of concern. Geet gave her a beautiful smile, as always, hiding her pain behind that radiant expression. Dadima sighed in pleasure, admiring Geet’s beauty. Her smile was as enchanting as her face—so beautiful that it was hard to resist. This was why Dadima feared for her beloved child. Geet was like a pristine lotus flower growing in dirty mud. Yes, a beautiful lotus flower.

Dadima smiled at the name she had affectionately given to Geet. She couldn’t get enough of pampering her lovely lotus flower. However, Geet had politely refused any special treatment. She didn’t take advantage of the affection showered upon her. But who could explain this to her family, who seemed determined to trouble her? They couldn’t see her purity; they only saw the dirt surrounding her beautiful lotus. Their minds were clouded with ego, preventing them from recognizing her hard work and struggle to survive in this cruel world.

Dadima glanced at the time and decided it was best to finish the work she had with Geet. It was getting late. "Geet," she called, gesturing for her to sit beside her on the bed. Geet approached but remained standing, her head bowed. Though Dadima’s affection was evident, Geet hesitated to take a seat beside her, feeling unworthy. She was only a maid, despite Dadima’s favor. She couldn’t bring herself to take advantage of this love, unsure of why she felt this way. Moreover, she couldn’t forget her place in the household.

Finally, Dadima held Geet’s hand and guided her to sit beside her, knowing her well. Geet was startled and about to stand up again, but Dadima said firmly this time, "Geet, we don’t have time for this. We need to sleep because Maan is arriving early in the morning tomorrow, and we have to get everything ready as soon as possible."

Geet spoke meekly this time, "Dadima, if there’s any more work remaining, please tell me. I will do it now and then go home."

Dadima sighed, trying to find the right words. "Geet beta, I want to assign you a new task. You need to do it properly. Tell me you will do it, won’t you?" Dadima held Geet’s hand in both of hers and looked at her with yearning eyes, eagerly waiting for a response.

Geet replied, "Yes, Dadima, you can ask me anything. I will do anything for you or this house, as I am just a maid here."

The word "maid" hurt Dadima deeply, but she couldn’t change the reality. She sighed and said, "Beta, you know that Maan is coming tomorrow. You will need to be his personal maid. You have to take care of everything he needs from tomorrow. My Maan, as you know, cannot take care of himself. And this family is so wrapped up in their own world that even a mother doesn’t have time for her children. You need to be by his side for every little thing he does. Promise me you will, won’t you?" Dadima asked earnestly.

Geet was startled by Dadima’s request—or rather, her command. She couldn’t decide what to say.
