Denial To Acceptance

He was standing in the terrace of Shekhawat Palace- his in-laws place, yes he is the "damad" of the Shekhawats, 9 months back he married the daughter of Rajbir Shekhawat, though his elder brother Rishi Shekhawat's son is his best friend, but he never cared to come to their ancestral home, he used to meet his best friend, Swayam Shekhawat, in his Mumbai House. After he had to marry Swayam's cousin sister Taani, which was just a forced marriage, a business merger between Singhania's and Shekhawat's., still there was no differences between his relation with Swayam, he was aware that his friend was forced to this marriage, and always was beside him in his mental turmoil, but when three months back, all of a sudden Swayam came to visit his house, things changed, though his so called wife Taani, tried to act normal but couldn't hide the reddish mark of his 5 fingers on her cheeks, It was unbearable for Swayam, he had a heated argument and the result was after he returns from abroad, completing his business tour, he will take back his sister home. Some where he was happy that he will be out of this so called marriage, but still was regretting the fact that he slapped Taani just out of frustration, without her fault.

Coming to Taani, it was not that he didn't knew Taani at all, he met Taani 4 years back, they were in 3^rd year of college, she came from Jodhpur to stay with Swayam and study with him, she was full on bubbly, a bit weird and she was really cute, he felt a different attraction towards her, but the day she proposed him in the College Fire Escape, his perception about her changed, he mistook her innocence as her cunning ness', he thought that as his ex girl friend used him, for his name and fame and then left with another rich guy for a better life in abroad, she is just the same, a girl who wants to use him taking the opportunity of his mental turmoil, he was more harsh towards her, a bit more than required, she didn't turn up to college for the next week, and when he started feeling bad, and confronted Swayam regarding her absence, he came to know that she went back to Jodhpur, without completing her degree. The guilt was there but again came Sara in his life, he really needed a friend, cause his 2 best friend Swayam and Sharon was in relation and they couldn't give him time, with Sara he felt better, but came another truth, incidents happened in his life, and then with responsibility the feeling of Love was developing, the blow came Sara was faking her pregnancy just to become the daughter- in- law of the famous Singhania's, he lost faith on relation, he could never give a next chance to Love in his life, and then came this force marriage, the same Taani, he was sure that with this merger Taani has fulfilled her long back wish, another example of her opportunity seeking nature, just to have the tag of his name.

But this time he was proved miserably wrong, 3 months back during the argument with Swayam, she was on his side, she clearly stated that she doesn't want anybody to interfere between them, he was feeling broken, something was bothering him regarding Taani, she was no more the bubbly girl, he was so upset, but still he couldn't figure out what was it, and in this mess he lost a major project, to overcome the financial loss, he needs a huge amount of money, he was not ready to take help from his father, but the loss was major, and now he was sure, that in this tough financial crisis, Taani will show her true colours and will leave him just like the other girls in his life...yes he was correct she did show her true colours, without letting him know, she transferred her maternal property, which was exclusively her, not a part of Shekhawat's, which was her late mother's last blessings...she transferred everything on his name and fulfilled the loss which was created by his mere ignorance, and saved his ego in front of his father and his in-laws. When he was informed about it by his lawyer, there was no turn back, he was feeling helpless, and he somehow came back home with his guilt, just to confront her, he realized her love was more pure than anything in this world, but there was no one she left his home forever, 2 days he tried to find her in every possible place, and then he came to know that she returned back to Jodhpur, without wasting time he started for Jodhpur, he was sure his in-laws will blame him, first time in 9 months after the day of marriage he was in his in-laws house, but came again a blow, they welcomed him in a grand way, he was their "damad" and he understood Taani has said nothing about him and their relation, neither about the property transfer...he was feeling ashamed of his behaviour...and with this he came to know about many unknown truths regarding her...and all aspect of the truth reflected her love towards him from her high school days, and the bitter truth that she was unable to complete her graduation degree, cause she argued to go to Mumbai leaving her college here and then when she returned in 2 months without completing her degree, nobody here took initiative for her re-admission, thinking her to be an irresponsible girl...it was high time...he needed to confront Taani, take her back with him, more importantly let her know about his feelings.

That night-

R- niche bistar kiu laga rahii ho?

T-Mumbai mai, Singhania mansion mai humaree kamree alag tha...but here...we have to adjust in one room, aap upar sojayiya...mai neeche thik hu...

R-Taani, Come here mujhe tumse kuch baat karnii

T- hmm boliya.

R- I said come here, akee baitho mera pass.

T- It's ok, aap boliya na.

R- No its not! Kya problem hai? Koi bhi baat seedhi tarike se manogii nahi..Right?

(he stood up from his place went near Taani, held her by her wrist, brought her near the bed, forcefully made her sit, and himself sat in front of her, holding her palms, she tried to sit a little far, but Rey is Rey, and realizing that she kept quite looking down.)

R- Taani be comfortable, aab bolo apna ghar chor ke kiu chalii ayii? Woh bhi mujhe bina batayae.

T- Woh mera nahii, aap ka ghar hai.

R- Taani, as far as I know, Jodhpur ka yeah"Shekhawat Palace" technically tumhara ghar aab nahi hai, yeah to tumhara bhai Swayam ka, Tauji- Taijii and tumhare dad ke ghar hai, tumlogo ke yeah, aab tak yeah believe hai ki larki ka ghar uska ssural hai...So I guess...

T-( Cutting him, with tears rolling from her eyes) Ha malum hai mujhe mera ish ghar mai koi haq nahi hai, but the truth is woh bhi aap ka ghar hai, mera to koi ghar hee nahi hai...jis larki ki ma nahii hai, uskii to koi nahi hai.

R- Taani, chup..bilkul chup...and just listen to me...(Shaking her hands)Look at me and listen to me, kya kehena cahatii ho? I Know, mai etna bura ensan hu ki..peechle 9 mahino sa..tumhe yeah yakin dila nahii paya..ki woh ghar tumhara hai, I know..that 2 times even in my frustration I have slapped you, but kya maine kabhi tumhe kaha ki ghar chor ke chalii jayo? Kaya maine kabhi tumhe kuch bhi karne se roka? Ek bar ana se pehele mujhe batana jaruri nahi samjhi...pata hai mai kitna daar gaya tha...kaha kaha nahi dhundaa tumhe..koi aysa karta hai?

T-Dhundne ki kya jaruraat thi? Mai rahu-na rahu, jiyu yeah maar jayu aapko kya faraq parta hai? On the first place u did not want to marry me..humharii saadhi, sirf ak business merger thi..aur aap ko except karna parha, aap ke papa ki pressure ki waja sa... , warna aap bhi jante ho aur mai bhi..ki mai kabhi aap ki choice thi hee nahii, and thast the reason I returned Jodhpur..to free u from the relation.

R-Taani...do u really think...ki mujhe tumharii hone yeah na hone se koi faraq nahi parta? Aur kya kaha tumne ..ki u wanted to free me from our relation...mai puch saktii hu kayse?? Because after coming here, u said everybody that u were missing them..so u came to visit, but this meeting can be for 10 days, 20 days, but after that kya kahatii saab ko ? Ki kiu tum Mumbai wapas nahii ja rahii ho? Bolo na koi jawab hai tumharee pass?

T- (Looking down) Kisi ko kuch nahii kahtii...jarurat hee nahi parta..yeah ghar ko apna nahi kahe sakti, but Shekhawat Palace ke terrace sai, maar to sakti thii, aur jis ensan ka wife dies..woh person automatically relation se free..

R-Stop it !! Stop it Taani, samaj ti kha ho apne aap ko? Bohot brave ho right? Fir kabhi bhi aysa kaha to mujsee bura koi nahi hoga...kiu Taani? Kiu?

(he pulled her in his arms and embraced her, but her hands were right beside her body, she did not hug him back, But he kept her still in his embrace..)

Bolo Taani kiu, har waqt har problem se bhagg jatii ho? 4 saal pehele, tumhe college fire escape i rejected u, then what did u do? Bhag ke Jodhpur waapas a gayii, Kiu? Why didn't u stay back in Mumbai and fought for ur love, koshish kiu nahi ki mujhe yeah realize karwane ki that u love me...Dekho tumhara payaar etna strong tha ki destiny ne hum dono ko saath laya, we got married, I know it was against my wish, I misbehaved with u, but still u never tried to make me understand, about ur feelings, aur jab mai samaj ne lagaa, jis din ghar aya with the thought that I will talk to u, clear our misunderstandings, What did I see, ki, tumne ghar chor diya...Kya aj tum mere liya apne payar bhul chukii ho? Kya aj saach mai I don't matter to u anymore?

T-(pulled herself out of his embrace)

Reyy past mai job hi hua, I realized that I was never meant for u..aur aj saach to yeah hai, ki I really want to free u, I want u to start a new life..

R-Do u want to say, that u want to end our relation?

T-Hmm..

R-OK fine..go ahead but remember one thing u have to take back your whole maternal property which u kept as a mortgage so that I can fill the deposit amount to start the new project and bring back Singhania Industries's Indian branch back to No-1...

kiu lu mai tumharii help...koi haq nahi hai tumhe mujhe help karne ki...tumne apne mom ki property jo exclusively tumhara hai, tumne mujhe de diya..I came to know the truth but still I accepted cause I realized ki unlike my Past where girls used me for my money and fame, u were different, u loved me...but tumne bhi prove kiya..ki Love is not meant for me...tum us waqt ayii thi jab Kriya ne mujhe dhoka diya...I really didn't want to be in relation..but tumne mujhe samaj ne ki koshish nahi ki...waqt nahi diya..bass chor ke bhagg gayii..fir Sara came and came another betray in my life,.I lost trust in love...We got married, I didn't want too, and when I understood that u love me, so much that u stood beside me when I really needed some one...u left me and came back..samaj tii kya ho apne aap ko..agar Sara and kriya ne mujhe dhoka diya..tumne mujhe sympathy dikhayii...which I misunderstood as Love..kaya kaha kuch daar pehele..ki tum suicide karogii taki..mai free ho jau...ak kam karo Taani..tummujse alag hona cahatii ho na..so kiu na mahi maar...

T-(He was stooped, taani kept her palm on his mouth..tears were rolling from both their eyes...and while sobbing she said) aysa kabhi maat kahena..aap ko kuch nahi hoga..mai kuch nahi hone dungaa..

R-(he held her palms which was kept on his mouth and kissed her palms, then pulled her in his arms..such that she was almost on his lap...and then pulling her totally on his lap) agar saach mai cahati ho..ki mujhe kuch na ho..then mere saath wapas chalo Taani, Singhania Mansion..hee tumhara apna ghar hai..mai sirf tumhara hu...you first and last love..your husband...tum toh mujhe class 12 se payar kartii ho na,...bass mera photo apne bhai ke pass dekh ke payar kar bahitii thi..mere liya Mumbai ayii thi aur 4 saal pehele jab maine tumhe reject kiya..then u returned back Without even completing ur degree...

T-aap ko kaysee pata...

R-Mujhe saab pata hai..kuch maine feel kiya.., kuch realize kiya jab lawyer se baat hui, then tumharii 4 saal pehele kiya hua har baat ko thik se sochu...it falls in place and the rest when I came here, Rey Corner in your cupboard told me the rest of the story.

T-(Once again trying to depart from the hug) Rey..its late...please u sleep..kal aap ko wapas jana hai Mumbai...

R-(Pulling her more close and then made her lay in the bed and himself leaning over her covered her body and kept his hands on her cheeks and said...)Yes Taani, its late..It's quite late..I have wasted a lot of Time...in realizing that what u mean for me...and made u cry so much...aur tum bhi sirf bhag ti ayii ho problems saee..ak bar bhi mujhe realize karwane ki koshish nahii kiya...and kept on loving me unconditionally..And remember tomorrow I will not return alone to Mumbai..My wife will also come with me..And as a husband it's my order.

T-But Rey...

R-No ifs and buts...You are going back with your husband, to your house. Samjhii..

(Then he was holding her face in his palms, and she was holding him from his elbows and tears were flowing from her eyes, he kissed her forehead then placed his wet lips on her eyes soaking her tears, and then he whispered in her ears) "Why you love me so much Taani hmmm..." maine tumhe bohot hurt kiya hai..kaya karu? I was going through emotional turmoil, koi nahi tha mera pas..tum bhi mujhe chor ke chalii ayii...I rejected u..But why did u come back..Why didn't u give me a chance...by the time I realized my mistake, u were nowhere and Sara came, she too used me...and I lost trust in the word love..shaddi ke baad bhi..I couldn't forget the betrays I got in life...mujhe laga ki even knowing that I rejected u, still u agreed to marry me..May be u are also after my name and fame...I am sorry Taani...

T- Rey I understand...but kya karu..apne cahe mujse kitna bhi bura behave kare..."I don't know" I really don't know why do I love u so much..(She responded in a very low voice.)

R-Thank u Taani, thank u so much..for loving me..for waiting for me...to give me time to realize my feelings...After all those harsh words, even after I slapped u, still u did not protest..I kept on giving u an inhuman.treatment.and in return u kept on loving me more..But now I love u more than anything in my life..kabhi mujhe chorke maat jana...

(He looked into her eyes..both were staring in each other's eyes he stroked her cheeks with his thumb..His mere touch just on her cheeks was taking her to a different world...he removed the locks of hair from her eyes..And then he kept on touching every corner of her face with his thumb and giving her wet kisses, and ultimately when he kept his thumb on her lower lips and rubbed it, she shivered feeling his touch on her soft lips, Rey was feeling really happy, feeling contented when he saw his mere touch can affect her so much..He was feeling complete for the first time in his life. 9And when he kept his. other hand on her bare waist under the pallu of her saree she hissed in unknown pleasure).

T-Rey, what are you doing?"

(she said gasping and closed her eyes and then tried to turn her face away from him. He loosened his hands and slowly drawing fingers on her hands, he held her shoulder then her cheeks and turned her towards him and said)

R-Taani,You know what I am doing and I also know that you too want me as I want you. I also know that our feelings are mutual, and we have already wasted a lot of time...Do u really want me to stop? Bolo Taani..

(She nodded her head giving him her approval but still her eyes were closed she was feeling something which she has never felt in her life and he once again took her face in his palm),

R-Look at me, I want to see those beautiful eyes," saying he kissed his eyes.

(She opened her eyes and saw him smiling at her and seeing those eyes, she could see his passion towards her. He brought his face to her lips and then he kept his rough lips on her soft ones..After nibbling her lips for some time, she opened her mouth to reciprocate him back. It was her first kiss of her life, though it was not his first kiss. But in true sense it was also his first kiss...this kiss was devoid of any lust, it was the kiss about which one can dream, it was full of love and affection. His lips moved on her entire face and he kissed every corner of it.
They was laying on bed and he was leaning over her,. He fondled her soft curves, over her blouse making her groan softly, and slowly pulled the pallu of her sari..Kissing her all over again, he took off their remaining cloths, and came on her licked her face and sucked her breast passionately..Pulling her to a pool of pleasure he once again kissed her lips and then whispered in her ears

R-"I love you Taani, I need you so much, just be with me always".

(she hissed in pleasure as his hot breath and lovely words went through her ears. They both were getting out of control, and he parted her legs wider, he lifted himself, pushed him in. And then ultimately marked her as his Taani, his wife, Mrs Taani Reyansh Singhania in true sense. It was a moment of the life time, it was passion mixed with lot of love and affection. They rested there for some time and talked to each other then after some time when they were just living the moment he took the initiative, pulled her more tightly in his embrace and said.

R-Taani, I know u will never ask me any details of any of my previous relation, neither I want to talk about my bitter past, but just want to say one thing "What ever happened just now, like u, even for me it was the first time", I Love u Taani".

Taani smiled and kissed him. After some time they dozed off in each other's arms, dreaming their peaceful life ahead, with lots of love and dependence. Next day both went back to Mumbai, biding Good Bye to her family members, but this time the promise Rey made to them to take care of Taani, was from his heart, and Taani entered Singhania mansion( It was now their house) perfectly as Mrs Taani Reyansh Singhania, and as a new bride, Rey carried her inside in his arms.
