CHAPTER 10

RECAP: MANDIR, TAANI'S FAST AND TAAREY CUTE MOMENTS

Sunrays peeped into the white curtains disturbing the sleep of taani; she opened her eyes and tried to move in the bed but her due to the tight grasp of her cute hubby she squirmed in his arms. She slowly removed his arms around her waist and closed her eyes folding her hands to pray to her Krishna ji.

"Good morning Krishna ji! Now it's the time you finally should prove that you are going to help us in our lives. Whatever me and rey faced in our lives, we had enough of it; we were so patient to handle every problem in our life, let it be emotionally, or financially. And today is a very big day for rey to prove about him, and we only want to take you as a support for us and lead our life independently. So please bless him that he should succeed in his life and in this project for which he worked hard day and night."

She opened her eyes to find her hubby dangerously close to her and he was gazing intently at her. She let out a short gasp at the sudden gesture of his.

"Morning rey" she said with a smile.

"Morning" he said nuzzling his face in her neck.

She shivered and her heart raced as his breath tickled her,

"Ready?" he asked

"For?" she was puzzled at his sudden question

"For starting a new life with me" he said circling his arms around her waist.

"Of course" she said stammering as it's getting difficult for her to be composed. She is losing herself.

Rey remained in the same position when taani finally spoke after a silence,

"Rey, I think you need to get ready."

"Hmmm" he moaned when he unwillingly left her and moved in the washroom.

She took out the best outfit for him. His black 3 piece suit and a black tie, she took out his Rolex Platinum coated watch, his wallet and kept his phone in charging.

Taani took her towel and headed towards the washroom as she heard the click of the door and rey came out with only a towel around his waist. She did not look at him because she knows the consequences and she straightly went into the rest room. Rey smirked at her and went to dress up. He saw everything was placed ready for him and started to put on his clothes thinking how amazing choice she has. He was checking himself in the mirror fighting with his tie; he gave up as taani can help him in knotting it properly.

He clasped his watch when taani came out drying her hair with towel; she was in clad pink mix sari and was looking heavenly with her wet hair.

Rey got a naughty idea and

"Taani, please help me with this tie"

"Yeah" she came to him and caught hold of the tie in both her hands. She started to make a knot when rey pulled her closer by her waist.

"rey, what are you doing? Your suit will get spoiled!"

Rey broke into laughter once she said those words, taani pouted and rey held her again,

"Taani, this suit is not more than you. I just wish after this day there will be only happiness in our lives, I am so excited that things are going to settle soon. And moreover you are on my side, what else can I wish?"

He spoke out in one breath and taani was looking at him, she broke their eye lock and concentrated on his tie. Once she made a perfect knot, she looked at him. He was closing the space between their face and taani was shivering in his embrace. He gap between them was so less and then

His phone started to buzz, he clenched his jaw and took his phone and saw it was swayam's number.

S: all set?

R: yeah, everything!

S: I will be at your place in 5, be ready!

R: yeah, okay!

He cut the call and turned towards taani, she was trying to control her laugh as rey was cursing him for spoiling their moment.

She came towards him with the coat which was placed neatly on the bed; she came behind him and made him wear it.

He turned around and

"I have an idea, why don't you come along?"

Taani giggled

"Rey, it's okay, it's just for a couple of hours."

She fastened his cuff links and

"Best of luck rey!" she said with a smile.

"When you are not coming with me, how can I be lucky?" he asked pouting

"arey!!!" she held his face in her palms and kissed his cheek.

"I know you are going to get this! Now come on! Let's go, bhai can be here any moment"

As they entered into the hall, the door bell rang and swayam entered, he gave a side hug to taani and

"And now that is Mr. Reyaansh Singhania! Wow man! You look so dashing!"

"Thanks dude!" they shared a hug and both of them left waving a good bye to taani.

After few seconds the door bell rang and taani opened the door.

"Rey? You forgot something?" taani asked puzzled.

He pecked her lips and

"Get ready to face your hubby tonight" he said and ran down the stairs.

Taani touched her lips and blushed deep crimson. She sat on the sofa and put the cushion onto her face recollecting his words.

Here at the presentation

After an hour they reached the office where he is going to put forward his new invented game plan.

They all went into the conference hall and everyone shook hands with rey, but a few people who believed that rey was a loser, as he faced a major insult in his dad's own office did not meet him with pleasure.

Later when the presentation started, he started to catch the attention of everyone by speaking efficiently and fluently whatever he wants to explain, his lips and his hands moved accordingly explaining the various elements of his presentation and the attitude of talking confidently and naturally attracted the delegates who were seated there, his eye contact and his focus was so strong that no one could get distracted from the whole power point which he was showing, he cracked up short and quick jokes at which the chairman and the other delegated were impressed.

He paced a few steps sidewards and showed them specific important things to be kept in mind to release this particular game into the market with his laser pointer.

Finally after summarizing everything, he ended up in a thank you note as he was given this opportunity to showcase his talent and build confidence in him after a bad experience he faced.

After his presentation there were satisfactory smiles on everybody's faces and he was asked to clarify a few doubts.

He answered the questions which they had politely and skillfully so that they don't take the decision to disapprove this videogame as he knows it would be a big loss for this company. Moreover, he cannot take the chance of another loss as he has quite experience to judge which idea will be a hit and which one will be a flop.

After answering all the questions concisely, everyone applauded and he took his seat. Finally the manager announced that this contract will be given to Mr. Reyaansh singhania.

Everyone shook their hands with rey and the chair man told him

"We have lots of hopes on you and your project, I trust you that you are not going to let us down. Welcome to our company"

"Thank you sir" he shook his hands and soon after even swayam hugged him.

"Congrats man! Finally you made it!"

"Yeah, finally!" he hugged him and started to show him the office which he is going to join in.

After a couple of hours both were at the canteen in the lunch hour. They had their lunch and started to work to process things and release of his game in the market. Once it is done, they are going to achieve heights of success.

It was evening and rey was so much exited to go and meet his love. Finally he can confess her in a proper way and the day has come.

He got out of swayam's car on reaching his home and taani opened the door, before he could tell her that he finally got the project. he saw his parents and his brother seated on the sofa. He froze in his place.
