CHAPTER 9 (PART A)

RECAP: TAAREY CUTE MOMENTS

It was the day before rey's presentation and as they planned it was the day they had to go to the temple to pray for his success.

The sun rose and rey tossed on his bed as the rays were disturbing his sleep. He stretched his hand to find his beauty beside him but to his disappointment, she was not there. He frowned in his sleep and pulled his pillow on his head to obstruct the sunrays from disturbing him.

After a while her soothing voice woke him up

T: rey, please wake up! If we leave early we can reach early.

Rey did not move but the lavender fragrance has done the magic, he opened his one eye and watched her from under the pillow, she did not notice it and

She was looking out of the world in that saree of hers. Her hair was open and she was putting sindoor in her maang, she put a small silver bindi between her brows, she applied a thick amount of kohl in her eyes and those mesmerizing eyes were polished more by the kohl leaving them more beautiful.

She then reached her lips applying a nude color lipstick and a clear lip gloss over it. She wore a bangle in one hand and a bracelet in another; she took out a pair of jhumkas and put them in her ear tapping one of it to swing back and forth. Rey smiled at her.

She then started to brush her hair and he was still adoring her, then it struck her that rey did not wake up. He saw her that she was going towards him and he shut his eyes soon.

She took off the pillow from his face and sat beside him, his hair was falling into his eyes and she removed those strands with her soft fingers.

She bent down to his face and she was having an urge to kiss him but then she remembered that she should strictly be in limits because she is fasting and nothing like her emotions should spoil the purity of that custom.

Rey knew what she was going to do but he was upset when she backed off.

T: rey please get up.

Rey opened his eyes and saw her; he woke up and looked into her eyes his sleepiness drifted away.

He held her face in his palm and kissed her cheek cutely,

T: rey! Get ready soon, we need to leave.

R: okay madam, as you say!

He left the room to freshen up and by the time he got ready in his white shirt and jeans.

Taani came into the room and she was actually checking him from top to bottom and rey smirked looking at her. She brought the breakfast tray in which there were two toasts and a fruit juice.

R: taani, where's your breakfast?

T: I had!

R: don't lie, you never have alone.

T: rey, I am on a fast today.

R: for what?

T: that you should succeed tomorrow

R: is there any meaning?

He asked knotting his eyebrows

T: I will feel happy if I do that for you

R: but I don't!

T: rey please understand, it's a very big day for you tomorrow and if I pray for you like this I will have a satisfaction that I am also a part of your success. Please rey don't stop me from doing this.

R: on one condition

I will also fast then.

T: no you can't.

R: I will

Things were getting serious between them and he was never so serious or stubborn about anything.

He left the breakfast the same and took the car keys and left the room

T: rey, listen!!!

She followed him and they both soon drove off to the temple but things were serious between them.
