Episode- 112

It was soon after Swaron s marriage get fixed, Rey's parents decided to take things in their hand too- as Rey is feeling restless. Seeing, all his friends getting married & his girlfriend is busy arranging his friend's marriage & nobody is thinking about his marriage - it's highly frustrating- He groaned mentally. Kya hain yaar. Sab shaadi kar ne ke liye excited hain- a new life in a new city in a new branch of academy & even with a life partner. Everybody's life is full of new-s. & main- meri shaadi ko lekar koi bhi nahi soch raha !!!!!! & meri girlfriend ko dekho- sab ki shaadi ko lekar excited, khud ka bhai bhi shaadi kar raha hain & mere baarein mein koi bhi nahi soch raha . So, to give their son some peace of mind, they decided to talk to Taani's mother.

It was friday night. Taani was feeling restless. Tomorrow is Saturday- Rey's parents are supposed to come . But that is not making her nervous. After meeting her father after so many years, for the first time in life she wanted her father to be there, when talks about her marriage is going to take place. Though Rey, Swayam & Sharon have flown down to Mumbai to fix the dates, they would again move back to their respective places after a week. She wanted her father to be there as well. She tried to call her father, but his number came switched off.

'Rey , bata raha tha, aapne hamesha Taani aur Swayam mein koi defference nahi kiya. Taani ko apne hamesha apni beti hi mana hain. Aaj kal to sab hi nuclear family hogaya hain. Joint family toh dikhtahi nahi hain. It's so good to see Taani & Swayam mein itni zyada family values hain. Mujhe to hamesha sehi aapke dono bachhe bahot ache lagte hain,' Rey's mother was very happy to see such great bond within the family.

Rey's parents were sitting in the hall along with Taani's mother & Swayam's parents. On one side Swayam was sitting beside Rey. Sharon & her father too were present. Sharon was sitting beside Taani. Tum itna nervous kyon horahi ho? Uncle aunty tumhare & Rey ke baarein mein jaante hain. They do not have any objection. They just came to meet other family members & fix the dates.'- Sharon whispered in Taani's ears to cheer her up.

I know bhabi, but I just wish , kash papa bhi yaha pe hote'- Taani asked a bit hurt.

Wo aaj nahi aaye so what. Mera dil kahe raha hain, shaadi fix hone ke baad uncle zaroor ayenge dekhna'

Suddenly Rey's dad asked,' Bhaisaab hume pata hain, Taani ka father bahot saal pehle ghar chhor ke chale gaye the. But now jab phir se family reunion hogaya hain & Taani apne father se mil chuke hain & dono abhi phirse ek dusre ke sath regular baat karte hain, to atleast aaj ka din unko yahape hona chahiye tha.'

Now that was a shock. Taani has met her father - this fact was known to Rey , Swayam, Sharon, Taani's mother, Swayam's mother & infact Sharon's father. But Swayam's father is completely unaware of this truth. After hearing Rey's dad, when he looked at other, they all looked at everywhere but him. He understands that all are aware of this truth. He was furious, shocked, hurt , betrayed & many other emotions were going on in his head.

On the other side Taani was scared. Infact- Rey, Swayam, Sharon's condition were no better than Taani. Swayam & Taani's mother were concerned, thinking about it's after effects. Rey's parents were confused seeing everybody's reaction.

Kya hua bhaisaab? Koi problem hain? Kiya unko kuch kaam agaya hain, jo wo nahi aapaye? Ho hi sakta hain, itna famous artiste hain, in addition itne saare chain of hotel business ko samhalna bahot muskil hain. & sab kuch manage karke Italy se aana bhi time lagega. But koi baat nahi. Humne bhi itne kaam notice pe yah ape agaye, unko sab kuch arrange karne ka time nahi mila hoga. Ab shaadi fix ho jayega to unko to aana hi padega. Hum unse phir kabhi mil lenge'

Now it was another blow for Mr Shekhawat- In logoko Rajat ke baarein mein itna kuch pata hain. Wo Italy mein hain, artiste hain, Hotel business hain, Taani se bhi mile hain, sab jante hain is baat ko & sirf mujhe hi kuch nahi pata. He was too shock to say anything.

Hi guys.'- A voice from behind interrupted Rishi's thoughts. Maaf karna bhaisaab thoda late hogaya. But zyada late nahi hua shayad. Afterall beti ki shaadi ki baat horahi hain, to mujhe to aana hi tha'- all turned around to see a very handsome Rajat was standing at the door holding two big luggages.

Papa'- Taani shouted out of happiness & run towards the entrance & hugged her father. Rajat too hugged her back. Papa I have tried to call you so many times, but your number came switched off'- Taani pouted & complained.

I am sorry beta. Flight mein tha, to isiliye mobile switched off tha'

But aapko in sab ke barein mein kaise pata chala. Ma ne bataya?'- Taani looked at her Mom to find she is smiling at both of them.

Thank you ma' Taani smiled back.

Rajat moved forward to shake hands with Rey's father. After the initial pleasantries, they decided to visit again to fix the dates within a week. Bhaisaab hum to sirf aaj aap logo se milne aye the. Isi hafte mein aake shadi ka date fix karlenge'- saying this Rey's parents took their leave along with Rey. Rey looked down at Swayam & Taani tensed faces. Before leaving , he gestured through his eyes to both of them that everything would going to be fine. After sometime , Sharon with her father also left.

To itne saalo se tumne Rajatke sath contact rakha & mujhe maloom hi nahi'- Rishi turned towards Taani's mother- Mohini. Anger was evident from his voice .'Shovona, tumhe bhi iski baarein mein paata tha'?- Rishi could'nt digest the whole fact. He was extremely angry & feeling betrayed by his own family.

Rajat took a deep breath & turned towards the entire family,'Bachho, apne kamre mein jao. Bhabi aap bhi jaiye. Mohini tum bhi jao. Mujhe bhaisaab se akele mein baat karna hain'.- Everybody took nervous steps towards the exit, finally giving a last look to both the brothers they left. Swayam & Taani were nervously sitting in Swayam's room whereas Shovana & Mohini were sitting in the hall.

Itne saalo se koi bhi contact nahi rakkha & aaj apne beti ki yaad achanak se kaisa aagaya. Kabhi socha hain hum sabpe tere uss 1 decision ka kitna bada effect hua hain. Dad apne life ki akhri saans tak is guilt pe jeete rahe ke unki wajah se Taani ko apne papa ka pyar nahi mila. Wo sochte rahe, ki agar unhone tujhe force nahi kiya hota, to aisa din hum mein se kisiko bhi dekhna nahi padta.

After few minutes of silence he continued,'Agar Mohini ke sath touch pe tha, to jab Ma aur dad ka death hua, tu yaha pe aya kyon nahi. Unki yaad tujhe kabhi bhi nahi aya'?

'Bhaisaab main aya tha. Unki death ke samai last rituals jab aap perform kar rahe the , main door se dekh raha tha. Mohini ko pata hain. I just didn't have the courage to face you. Waise bhi, jab main aap sab ko chhor ke chala gaya, uskey baad I was feeling guilty. But kabhi apse baat karne ki himmat nahi hua. & jab main unki aakhri waqt pe unke sath nahi tha, toh I thought performing all the after death ritual was solely your right, as you are with them'- Rajat spoke in defense

After some time, he continued,'Bhai saab maine aapko samjhane ki koshish kiya tha, but aap log sunne kelye taiyaar nahi the. Main kiya karta. I was 22 only. Itni sari responsibilities- main darr gaya tha. I have only one child & that too a girl- who is very special to me. Aapko kiya laga main, apni beti ko milne keliye kabhi bhi nahi tarsa? Isiliye maine Mohini ko hamesha insist kiya tha, taaki wo meri beti ki hare k moment ko camera mein capture kare. & jab bhi main India aayu, main atleast un picture ki sath hi sahi , apni beti ka childhood to enjoy kar saku.'- Rajat went on describing how was his life in last 26 years. How much he missed everybody. Everything, not even missing a single incident. 'Par bhaisaab aapne bhi to galtiyan ki hain. Bachho ko samajhne ki koshish na karke donoko ghar se nikal diya.

'I know Rajat. Swayam ne aaj tak mujhe maaf nahi kiya. But Taani is very forgiving. Tere ghar se jaane ke baad bhi tera Point of view samjhne ki koshish nahi ki. Phir jab Swayam & Taani ko ghar se nikal diya, then I realised ki tum teeno mein- 1 hi cheez common this- your love for arts, Swayam's passion for dance & Taani's love for her bhai. Tum teeno kabhi bhi irresponsible nahi the. But wanted different things from life. & abhi mujhe ye baat samjh mein aya hain. I so just wish kash main tum sabko thoda samajhne ki koshish karta '- Rishi sighed.

'Bhai , it's ok. Let's forget the past & move on. Ghar pe dono bachho ki shaadi hain. We should burried all the ill feelings. Rajat tried to lighten up the mood. Rishi too decided both he & Rajat would work together on both the children's marriage, but Rishi needs some time to forgive his younger brother. Rajat too know, he has to pacify his only dear brother & he is ready to do absolutely anything to pacify & convince him.

After a week later Rey's parents came along with a priest & Taani & Rey's marriage was fixed on Feb 28.
