Haan guys, Taani ka yeh idea sunke mujhe to pehle laga tha, that we wud become stagnant as trainers', Vishakha informed.

Par guys, dance se related itne saare additional cheezey hain, pehli bar pata chala & to be very honest guys, mujhe ye saare additional chhezey karne mein bahot maza aarahi hain', Simmi added

Haan Sim, peechle 5 saalo mein - 3 saal college ki & phir 2 saal college ke bahar akey humare life kitna eventful raha na & then yeh academy, I tell u hum log ki to thought process mein bhi kaafi changes aagayi, I mean abhi hum sab kitne professionally soch te hain', Rinni explained as a matter of fact

Exactly, pehle Dazzlers & Weaklings, phir unke beech ke fights, then Footloose, then dance camp mein 7 out of 13 team members ki haar, then dance banned, then academics ka challenge jeetna, then workshop, then student body se apna naam withdraw karna & focus completely on dance & studies, den individual choreographer ke sath kaam karna, then Louisians se D3ians banna, phir market mein D3 ka apna ek identity banana, phir different variety of events mein perform karna - most noteworthy being music video, performance with Great Prabhu deva sir in a Bollywood song, Shaadi mein perform karna & then yeh academy- ab peeche jaake dekhti hu to lagta hain ki seriously humarei life mein kitna kuch hogaya na', Sharon gets nostalgic.

Ha Sharon personally bhi dekho to kitna kuch badal gaya- college ke 1^st yr mein hum mese kisine bhi nahi socha ki hum itna ache dost ban jayenge ki life mein apna ek identity banana ki is struggle mein sirf friends ki tarah nahi ek doosre ki pillar ban ke khare honge'- Neha added

Ha Neha, pehle Dazzlers weaklings ki fight , phir friends ban na, phir itne saare misunderstanding Footloose mein, phir usko clear karna , den dance camp ki wajah se upset ho jana , again challenge accept karke usey jeetna, phir workshop , phir SWANI ka ghar se nikal dena , den sab frnds milke ek dusre ko support karna, & yeh bonding deeper & stronger hota hi gaya.'' - Amar got emotional

Lekin is beech personally aur bhi bahot kuch hua jaise 1 dazzler & weakling ka couple banna like Neha & ME , den yeh bonding strong hota gaya & our beloved Sharon & Swayam ka - SWARON banna, phir hum sab frnds ke beech itna saare sweet couple banna like - Nil & Simmi (NIMMI), Amar & Rini (RIMAR), Bharat & Vishakha (VIRAT), Raghav & Aashi (RAASHI)- ha wo to pehle sehi couple the ; & last but not the least humare Rey bhi to Taani ke sath TAAREY ban gaye' - Vicky added smiling

With all these everybody starts laughing.

Haan yaar in sab mein tum sab k sath aaj main & Taani ek sath hain - so I think this is the best thing that can happen in my life', Rey was very happy

Mere liye to yeh sab kuch 1 dream jaisa lagta hain, aaj hum sab frnds ek dusre ke sath itna ache bonding mein hain- sirf Taani meri family nahi, hum sab frnds automatically frnds nahi 1 family ban gaye hain. Agar ghar se nikal deneke baad tum sab ka support nahi milta to Taani & me, sach mein hum akele ho jaate, thank u guys for being there wid us ' - Swayam smiled

Kya baatein ho rahi hain guys? Can I join u', Taani entered with lots of packets containing food with Raghav & Aashi

It was 6 months since D3 Academy started. With so many additional responsibilities, they had grown much more mature.

D3 ACADEMY GROWTH

The team bring on few more changes professionally.

Vishakha, Simmi, Rinni - Previously, they used to act as admin for D3 website - looking after dancer's profile , video, events updation. Plus looking after the blog, they started for their team. Now after opening an academy, instead of having individual account, they created an official face in social networking site like Facebook & also on Twitter. Everything they maintained under the name of D3 as they believe in D3 team instead of individual name as they all have equally contributed in birth & growth of D3 team & Academy. Additionally, the girls used to look after the enrollment part too. As their responsibility increased, so Amar & Bharat too decided to help them.

Swayam - being the head trainer, Rey, Sharon, Ashi, Raghav & Neha - turned into permanent trainers. They were freed from all other responsibilities & they indulge themselves solely in training

Vicky & Nil- Previously they used to perform as anchors in addition to being dancers. But now, since girls have taken so many responsibilities that they decided to look after the entire accounts department by taking care of expenditures of the academy, props, maintainence & also the earnings from the students . Since SHAREYAM was busy in giving training , so they decided to take the responsibilities of team's manager as well. They look after the dealing with clients, negotiating rates as well build up their PR.

Though setting their PR, Taani, her boss Siddharth sir, their entire team helped them a lot. (Afterall it's all about contacts & being in this service industry of event Management they have huge contacts, so definitely Siddharth sir & Taani decided to use their contact for better growth of D3)

Initially they visited their ex-college St Louis. After seeking permission from VP sir, they carried out a workshop with the present students & the result was overwhelming. Seeing the result, they carry out similar workshop in other colleges & get a huge response from all of them.

Seeing the enthusiasm & interest among college students, they carry out similar workshops in different parts of Mumbai - the entry to which is allowed for people of all ages. Children between 5-12 yrs, teenagers, working professionals - many attended such workshops & later get them enrolled in full training.

Working professional joined their academy as dance is always a good stressbuster & since the ambience is highly energetic, positive & full of life, people instantly get refreshed once they enter the academy.

So, after 6 months of starting with the academy, all 13 members of this team whose life initially revolves around friendship & dance, now literally, eat, sleep dream of D3 only. Their day starts & ends with D3 only.

Arey Taani, come na sit with us. Kiya khana layi hain' Vicky welcomed her & all gets involved with the meal.

After few days,

Kya hua Vicky, itna upset kyon lag rahe go', Simmi enquired

Kuch nahi Neha, yaar kabhi kabhi clients ke sath baat karte karte upset ho jaata hu', Nil informed on behalf of Vicky as they entered the Academy.

Kyon, aisa kiya hua', Simmi asked being concerned.

Ab kiya bataoon, pehle Swayam , Rey & Sharon D3 team ke managers the & clents ke sath bath karte the & abhi hum log baat karne jaate hain, to unke baarein mein hi puchte hain, as if we r nt dat important', Vicky is surely very upset.

Nahi yaar aisa nahi hain. Abhi dekho na, hume bhi to D3 ko market mein establish karne mein time laga. To pehle to wo 3 managers the, isiliye sab unko jante hain, & abhi tumlog jaa rahe ho, to I am sure kuch din baad wo tumhe bhi jaan lenge. Har field mein apne aap ko establish karne mein time lagta hain. Similarly, aap logo ko bhi as a manager establish hone mein, time to lagega, don't worry', Rinni cheered them up.

Ha guys, Rinni theek kahe rahi hain, mood off mat kar, sab theek ho jayega', Bharat supported.

Ha, already to Taani & Siddharth sir ke through humare PR bara raha hain, kuch din bad dekhna tum dono ka itna contact ho jayega, ki aur bhi ache offer ayega. Don't worry , chill kar', Amar continued

Hiii guys, kya kar rahe ho? Lagta hain sab bahot busy hain', Tani entered the academy

Hi Taaniii', gang welcomed her.

Bhai kaha hain guys'? Taani asked

Bhai ya...Rey' Vicky teased

Kyon, main bhai ke baarein mein pooch nahi sakti', Taani defended

Wo sab class mein busy hain ' Vishakha informed

Oh no! aj mujhe jaldi chhutti mil gayi to socha aap logo se sath kahi ghumne jaungi, ab to wo possible nahi hain as sab class mein hain. Ab kya karu' Taani was feeling a little upset.

To kya hua? Hum to hain na. To hum log chalte hain', Vicky suggested

Nahi yaar, actually aaj main aur Simmi bahar ja rahe hain. So u guys go.' Nil informed

& guys hum logo ko bhi kaafi saare updation karne hain', Vishakha added

Seeing Taani upset, Vicky suggested ,'To Kya hua Taani, mera accounts ka koi kaam baaki nahi hain, to chalo hum dono chalte hain'..

Ok chalo', Taani said, as it is very normal because for last few years Tani bonded really well with each member of the gang individually. Moreover Vicky is her neighbor along with others & most of the time they used to go for buying groceries together as other boys & girls are always very lazy. Infact Swayam helped her in other parts but for shopping groceries Vicky is always a company for her. So both of them left happily.

Nil & simmi also left after sometime.

In the meantime classes end, & all of them came out.

Swayam & Sharon were as usual busy with one another

Guys, tum log yahi pe hona, to main jake Taani ko office se pick up karke aata hu', Rey informed as it has been been a part of his daily routine, since they r in a relation, the only exception being when either of them is out of town for work purpose.

;Are Rey mat ja, wo office mein nahi hain;, Bharat stopped him.

Kaha gayi hain'? Rey asked

Are uska kaam jaldi khatam ho gaya to wo tum sab se milne ayi thi ye soch ke ki sab hangout karenge.Afterall wo bhi hum sab ko miss karti jhain na as hum logo ki sath zyada time nahi spend ka pati. Ab tum log class mein busy the, aur hume bhi kam tha, to Vicky usey bahar le gaya uska mood thik karne', Vishakha explained.

Rey was upset thinking that due to excessive work both cant spend time with each other & today when she can manage time, Rey got busy . Rey was getting depressed. Moreover she went out with Vicky, which obviously give him a pinch in heart (afterall who wants his girlfriend to hangout with their other frnds)

On the other hand Neha was chilled out. Owing to the fact that she & Vicky were neighbours for last few yr, they get enough opportunity to spend time together. So she is ver cool about Vicky hanging out with Taani.
