Epsode 93 (2 yrs leap)

Two years has passed. Shareyam along wid team passed graduation last yr & Taani along wid Aashi & Raghav passed dis yr. The choreographer wid whom Shareyam was working signed an exclusive 1yr contract with Swayam as an assistant Choreographer after completion of their 1 yr traineeship & graduation. Though his position was dat of an assistant bt his boss treat him more than dat. While setting routines Swayam was given almost equal importance by his boss.

On the otherhand D3 was much known name as a professional dance group where they used to perform on stage shows, award functions, college fests, . Whatever amount they earn whether as team or all girls performance or all boys performance, they divide the amount equally among demselves.

Swayam acts as a permanent choreographer in the team but do not hold any share in the profit of D3 as per the contract signed wid choreographer

On the other hand, T after completing her graduation was promoted as an assistant to her boss as whole of 2^nd & 3^rd yr of clg she used to work. But now she also use to handle some events single handedly.

So, professionally & economically all D3 members we in a much stable condition compared to 2 yrs back. So they decided to take D3 to nxt level.

( D3 - a more professional team)

All D3 members decided to take D3 to nxt level. Swayam took the first step. After completion of his contract with his boss as an assistant, when he was asked to renew the contract , resign from his post to get completely involved with D3.

Previously D3 use to perform in all the events (where dancers are required) handled by Taani & her company . But they decided to make it large , so that other event management company can approach dem as well. But they decided their primary commitment shud be wid Siddharth sir (Taani's boss) as D3 was given the first break by him & also for last 2 yrs his company helped dem to make a prominent place in the market.

Additionally they bring on more changes professionally beside being dancers.

Vishakha , Simmi, Rinni - acts as an admin for D3 website - look after the updation of the official website of D3 by posting updates, videos, events, updating dancers profiles. Plus they have also started blog of their team & keep on updating them regularly.

Swayam - Permanent main choreographer , also look after the technical sides, manager.

Ashi, Raghav & Neha - Acts as assistant to Swayam in choreographing.

Vicky & Nil- In all the events they perform, they act as host also. As a result, they get many offer as anchors thus adding upto more money in D3's account

Rey & Sharon - Act as lead couple in D3 in case of group performance & additionally they act as managers along wid Swayam handling all the enquiries of clients & negotiating on rates.

Amar & Bharat - assist Swayam in looking after the technical side & communicating with the event manager explaining their requirements for positioning of lights, cameras, communicating with dress designers, make ups stylists. For this back stage support Vicky & Nil also help them

Though Taani is directly not a part of D3 bt everybody consider her a part of D3 as she looks after all their events & the boys has to communicate mainly with her for their technical aspects.

( Personal changes of D3 team members)

As T has also completed her graduation, so both T & Sw are staying in a rented apartment. It's a 1 BHK flat. They do not have much furnitures. Rent is being shared equally by both of dem.

Neha, Aashi & Vishakha has als shifted to a rented apartment & so is Amar , Bharat & Raghav & good news is dat , all are staying in the same floor of same apartment like Swani. So, all the friends have become neighbours.

As we all know , staying in Mumbai is bit expensive , so to save money, all the friends use to cook their food alternatively in 1 kitchen like if on Day 1 they prepare food in SWANI's kitchen, next day they use Girls kitchen & next day on boy's kitchen & again repeat the same procedure. In this sharing process they r saving much on their food cost. But again , we all know sharing wid frnds is sumthing which we enjoy most.

By seeing them living independently on their earning, Rinni, Simmi, Vicky & Nil has also stopped taking any pocket money from their family & started living on their earning.

This living on their earning has given enough moral boost to the team, that they have become more matured than what they were 2 yrs back. Afterall when u started living independently without any parental guidance , you automatically become more responsible as you know that you have to face the result of all ur actions. So, if you act childishly , many problem will arise but if you act responsibly, you will get its worth. But dat does not means dat fun eliment is lost from their life. Afterall it D3 - dil dosti dance, & when Dosti & Dance is there with Dil, fun part cannot go missing.

On weekends, they used to meet at Swani's place to catch up wid Taani as the team members were wid each other throughout the weekday but can not meet Taani during weekdays , so they have to depend on weekends. & obviously Rey too need some bahana to meet HIS TAANI .

GUYS PLZ TELL ME HOW U LIKE THE 2 YRS LEAP. LIKE D3 HAS BECOME MORE MATURE & PRACTICAL, SO JUST PLZ COMMENT HOW U LIKE THE OVERALL CHANGES IN THEIR LIFE?
