Waise it is said there is no time Bound to celebrate friendship

But today

I want to wish all my friends

My teacher

my close ones

A very happy friendship day

Thanks to our brother sister

Thanks to our friends

Thanks too all

Who came in our life Bad too

Becoz if they not came in our life how we get to know who are true friends

So to cherish all your memory and To celebrate this day

I wrote a small os

This my first time I am writing small story my long running ff as all know. Are better than this short ones

It was a pleasant evening; whole Delhi city was loaded under celebration of friendship day. There were only excitement and noise all around. Someone was giving gift, some flower; some tie in a band in his friend wrist all holding promises, commitment, love and their togetherness.

But far from all this hoo-ha

There was a 28 year old young man, sitting quietly in a corner of kid's playground, on a half broken wooden bench. Lost in thousands of question and millions of memories, which this day wave in with it.

Yes today

Friendship day

Ya arnav singh raizada the rude, handsome and a successful businessman for whom time is money. That mind only business in his life, has a friend. If anyone listen it they would laugh as if a joke. but it is not a joke but that part of his life where his heartbeat reside. she was his life, her smile make him forgot his all pain, her demand was his order, her pain made him cry, and her cute antics...

he give a moist smile remembering how she was, his khushi,

khushi kumari gupta he most gorgeous girl in world, so talkative, full of life and love. She was jaan of his life. They were together since childhood. There were not only neighbours, but also best friends in school, best buddy of college, best partner.Two name of one soul.

It all started on an evening like this only. 8 Aug

It was heavily and a 5 years old boy was sitting in window of his house and enjoying the whether quietly and alone, when his eyes fall on a car stop near his house. his mom said that soon there adjacent house will be accommodated by their new neighbours.

Car door open and small a 4 years girl, with pink white dotted fork, and long hair tied in tight high pony with flower clips on head and socks up and matching sandal wake down holding a small umbrella in her tiny hands,

Which was forcefully handed by her mother so that she not get wet and get sick in rain.But it was getting difficult for her tiny hands to hold it ,also winds was getting to high.

He peep out to get clear view of her face which was hiding in her umbrella. But cann't. He get frustrated and angry. But felt an urge to try it again he peep out back and this time the girl was too seeing up at him her not so matter umbrella had flown away somewhere and she was all wet now.

They see each other, her beautiful eyes, little cute face,and never fading smile,glued his eyes on her. He was staring at her. And she keep smiling. And then suddenly he turned around showing he has no interest in her. She get sad and look up again waiting for him.

And he was there again seeing her, must to his irritation. She smile and blink her eyes and show toffees to him opening her closed fist.And then lift up and then down her chin APPEALING her to come. he denied.She plead

But he shut the window and go in

She get sad

And turn around to go to her mother with tears rolling down her face .She was to move when she felt her hand held by someone.She turn and find that boy giving a killer smirk.She grin and show him toffee.He was about to take one when their mother called them

Arnav

Khushi

They quickly ran in.Not before seeing each other again

Two days passed she not show that boy then again out. On inisisting to her mother she went to meet him in his house.Where they get to know he catch cold due to wetting in rain. He was on rest so they thought to leave saying to meet him later.

Next day khushi came running to his home with something hidden in hand and rang the bell.

Ratna: arre khushi how you here child. I told na it not good for your health to go near arnav you will get infection.

Khushi : please

(pleaded in soft and requesting tone)

Ratna took her to his room.

Ratna: ok so you talk with arnav I will bring chocolate for u

She nodded

After ratna leave. She took a packet from her behind which she had hidden and went near to arnav.Arnav open his eyes feeling someone near and was surprise and happy to see khushi her new and only friend near him

khushi: sorry (she said as he got wet because of her)

something pinned his heart seeing her sad, he held her hand and smile and said

Arnav: its ok

Khushi beam and her dull eyes again lit up wiith same light, and arnav amused seeing so quick change in expression

Khushi : for u

(keeping packet in front of her)

he frown

but khushi being impatient quickly herself open packet and took a big jalebi piece and was to put it in her mouth but stop seeing him.

It was for him stupid

(she muttered)

She forward it to him

Arnav: I don't

Before he could complete she push the piece in his mouth and then laugh loud, he first taken aback and then seeing her laugh he though to tease her, so making a angry face. He glared at her,she get scared. and stop laughing.

seeing his plan work he gave a loud laugh and show his thumb to her

she understood his prank and first got angry then too join him. full house was filled with their laughing,mischievous and playing.

Khuhsi: ushi (khushi my name)

Arnav: nanav (arnav)

Present : arnav: ushi , saying it he open the packet kept on his side and take out a piece of jalebi and took a morsel of it.

Miss you(whisper)

He still remembers when he was 10 and she 9 years old, on same day 8 august

whole raizada and gupta family went to attend a marriage of their friend.Though both kids were small but can understand that after marriage girl go with groom, leaving her family, friends and love ones alone.

It was adieu ceremony of bride. They both exchange a serious look seeing bride crying and separating from their family.

Arnav holds khushi hands tight possessively, and take her away from the place. He stop near a garden and sat silently still holding her hand and face down.

Don't know what relationship they hold but khushi always hear and understand arnav words without his saying.

He un twined their hands,and life arnav seen and then give a wide smile tilting her face, but arnav turn other side,his back facing her with a big swollen face and hands crossed the chest.

On this khushi flared her nose and too turned other side.now both of their back facing each other.

After a while

Khushi turn to him and hug him tight from back, making him startled. He try to remove it but she keep holding it tight, till he to surrender and hug her back

Khushi: nanav tu gussa mat ho, mai kahi nah jaugi tujhse chod ke pinky promise

(nanav dont get angry i will never leave you pinky promise)

Arnav: nahi tu jhooth bol rahi hai ,mummy Anjali di ko kehti hai ki saari girls ko ek din shadi karni padhti hai.

(u are lieing mom told anjali di that girl had to do marriage one day and they leaving other go far from all)

Aur fir voh sabko chod ke chali jati hai,tu bhi chali jayegi.

(u too will leave me)

Arnav get sad again, and khushi started thinking solution, tapping finger on her little chin, and then suddenly her eyes brighten up getting as idea

Khushi: arnav if you marry me then I will be always with you

Arnav quickly turn around giving a wide smile

Anav: right we will marry each other ok and then always be together.

Promise

Khushi: jalebi promise

Present

Arnav cresses the bench which was same when she promise her and was same when she got separated from him

Arnav: why you leave me ushi why

8 years back, it was a new morning, first step of both arnav and khushi as team in professional life.

Arnav joined ar design his father business and khushi joined same as a designer .

He thought it a best time to fulfill their childhood promise as it was 8 august today. so he bought a ring for her. And decide to propose her in evening on same bench where they promise to be forever.

Whole days passed though khushi was with him but she look lost today,neither she said him best of luck,nor came with him to office they walked separately. In office too she was behaving as if stranger to her. In short avoiding her

He took it as her nervousness of first day at work. And awaited for the evening to come soon.For which he send a rose flower her favourite and with a note to meet on same park at evening.

Khuhshi smile seeing them which he caught secretly.Who know it was last time he is seeing her.he leae for venue but not before turning back and seeing her.and like always found her looking back on him.But there was something different today with her eyes the smile seem fade. Her eyes was as if conveying some pain saying him to stop but ignoring it he went out, assuming his over thinking. Not.Not knowing he done biggest mistake of his life. Because after that moment he not saw khushi ever. She not came at park too.

He waited whole night ,getting worried he ran to her house but found it lov=cked. He rom said they have leave.

Why where, how no one knows and from that day to today e is searching her,and come always on this day to cherish her memory and in hope she will come here again to fulfil her promise.

He closed her eyes gulping down his pain

They left their house and shifted to other place as he can't bear her absent that silent that she bought going far from his life

Arnav: ushi please come back why why you leaved me

Khushi: nanav (gave a soft and low call standing in front of a house looking at same window where it all started)
