"zoya!" he again called softly hardly audible to ears.

The smile he had worn at this time cannot be explained with words, he felt the way like the whole universe is right in front of me, he just have to raise his hand and he will touch it. but at the same time his heart bleeded with the wrond deeds, his promise, his promise that killed him alive...

Tanveer looked at asad confused, she is however not feeling good but when she found asad smiling , a real smile after ages, her own lips twitched with them on their own and with a curiousity she tried to turn and face the woman calling them, but as soon as she tries asad holds her wrist tight , restricting her to move. She looks at him with slight pain, and confusion but he simply nods his head in no. they stayed there like that , neither they moved nor they turned till finally zoya's voice faded and he was sure she was gone.

"asad yeh kya tha?" tanveer snatched her hands out and shouted on asad rubbing her hand over her wrist to soothe the pain.

"I am sorry" he says softly looking at floor.

"wo zoya thi na?" she asks him with a raise brow and sad look

"haan" he says after a pause; " lets go now" he simply walks at a distance without letting her ask anything more about them.

He takes his cell out and dials a number; after few rings, " hello?" he says softly

"salaam bhaijaan" nikhat replies on other side.

"walekum asalam" asad says softly observing the hurt in tanveer's eye.

"dua kaise hai bhaijaan?" nikhat asks , guiding someone to do something with her finger sign.

"koshish chal rahi hai." He says with a smile again, a bliss on his face is evident.

"insha allah koshish kamyab zarur hogi, bhaijaan wo mil jayega" she says with a prayer to allah

"kitni ajeeb baat hai na bhaijaan, ek waqt tha, jab main is shaqs se jude rehne ki dua mangti thi." She pauses looking at her right; " or ab ek waqt hai, ke main shukar manati hu allah ka, that he is not a part of my life." Nikhats smiles sadly.

"nikhat bhool jao sab kuch, bemani batein hai sari ab to. Tum khush ho apne ghar ye kafi hai humare liye" asad smiles again this time with a little hope.

A man gets up from her right and sits close to nikhat , rubbing her shoulder and pecking it lightly, "main bahot khush hu bhaijaan, sab apki or haider bhaijaan ke wajah se" she says framing her hand over the hand of the man on shoulder.

Asad chuckles and smiles; "khyaal rakhna"

"hmm" she nods and with that she disconnect her phone and turns behind to face her husband Mr Sanam sayyed. A battler again comes to her way with two different color of curtains and asks her about her view to place them.

"offo" she chuckles delightly.

"nikhat ka phone tha?" tanveer asked and asad hummed it.

"kaise hai wo?" she asked with a true genuine worry.

"khush hai!" he says simply walking to his car.

"asad?" tanveer calls from behind in shock

Asad turns in the direction where tanveer is looking at and spots zoya near his car, her eyes are on him indirectly, she is looking at him through the tint glasses of his car reflexion.

Asad stops on his feet and tanveer stays away from two, she had this smile on her face and a hurt too. No matter how much she love him now, she knew one thing ke safar mera yahi tak tha' she thought looking at asad and zoya alternatively.

The minutes turned into long hours , he suddenly felt lack of energy to lift his leg to walk. He stood there under the heated sun, the breeze now were slapping him across.

The memory of their love , their togetherness were circling around both of them eyes, but the guilt and anger were the enemy not letting them to break the waves and relive their lives. She did not turn, nor did he took a step. They stayed there for more time, crying with each other, yet so alone- being with each other yet so far.

she gasps as finally he mouthed something, the memory of his promise triggered her again and again, she was now bruised with hundred of bullets in her soul. The only thingh she wanted now was to run in her arms, but she knew she cant because of the promise she made.

His eyes watered even more when he rewinded then day she had accepted his love, he smiled a bit remembering how much she loved him once and then cried on seeing that she is not ready to even see him, when he is hardly at two feet distance.

His dua were answered she was here next to him, but no matter how much he tried he just could not make himself to walk to her, to embrace her, to shh her, to kiss her...and the most to love her, Once again!!

He pleaded her with his eye, asking her to let him see once; he pleaded him with his tears, to let her see his weakness and forgive him for what he has done; he pleaded her with his every sigh begging her to let him melt under her touch ; he pleaded her with his every breath, requesting her to let him love her...

Zoya kept a hand on the car for support as she knew she would fall on her knees any minute, and this is not what she wanted, she wished to be strong again, not bruised, she need to be tough not weak, she have to be fixed for her family and not again broken..

After what looks eternity asad finally opened his mouth to say something but it was his love that the only word that fell from his lips was her name "zoya"

She felt a pinch in her heart on hearing him calling her once again. her heart stirred on the familiar voice. she digged her nail hard on the metal of his car , bringing at the verge to broke her nails. She scolded herself to not see him but then her heart betrayed.

When she found she cannot take more, she decides to leave , just then when her eye fall on him, she turned it other digging a knife straight in his heart.

Asad looked at her confused and a clear color of hurt surfaced in his eye. he wanted to stop her but she didn't let him a chance to , his hand stayed to his hide while his soul ran after her for her, for him.

"zoya!" zoya heard her name again and she looked up to her straight finding tanveer nodding her head in no , looking at asad with tears. Her eyes pleaded her for the umpteenth time for forgiveness and zoya just smiled at her, letting a crumbled paper fall from her fist.

Tanveer stood quietly as zoya left the place with a smile. she looked at the paper she had thrown down, bending her knee she picked it up and instantly her lips twitched up in to smile.

She took the paper and walked to asad who was simply staring at the direction where she was standing a while before. Tanveer touched his shoulder for symphathy, asad looked at her slowly with his red eyes tearing water.

"zoya!" he pointed at the direction and cried thinking he lost her forever this time, just then tanveer brings the paper to his eye; "Farhaan qureshi, 23^rd crosslane , saint maria road, block 3, usa."

He reads and immediately his eyes wells up again, what he thought was wrong, he was never alone, she is with him always and she just told him in silence just a while ago; he smiles looking to the sky as he recollect the time when he she stood just behind him and he was afraid to turn, how stupid of him it was to think that she would not recognize him , she would...even when her eyes are closed, just like he can find him...by her presence around.
