Chandhighar, Vadhera Mansion, next morning 8am.

Virat grumpily, got up and got ready for work, grabbing his laptop bag and phone he headed downstairs for breakfast.

"Good Morning Beta..", Choti Ma, greeted him with a smile as he sat down at the table.

"Good Morning…Choti Maa", he replied trying to force a smile but not having the heart to.

"Oyeee my Devdas! This is not the way to behave, be a man and man it up!", Ma scolded him

"What else am i supposed to do if not act like a Devdas? Its been a whole month Choti Ma, whole monthhh i've seen her, and you guys won't let me go visit either….", Virat making his point clear, but she shrugged her shoulders, knowing neither of them could do anything about it.

Khadhambhari inwardly grinned to herself, her son had no clue what was coming his way. She had seen him sulking around the house last week, and he had gotten moody as well. Finally she had talked to him, although she already knew the reason for his odd behavior, and after speaking to him she had made him ask Papa for permission to go to Hrishikesh, but Papa had been totally not himself and had refused to give permission for him to go even for a day. Then the sulking continued, and the other day an idea had clicked and she had instantly called up Shruti and spoken to her convincing her to send her to be daughter-in-law to them for a week. And now in another few hours or so the girls would be here, but of course He didn't know that, and she wasn't planning to tell him either.

10:20am, Vadhera Industries, Virats office..

Virat slammed the files shut, as he rubbed his temple with his right hand. Sighing agitatedly he fell back in his chair, shutting his eyes. He was tired, he was agitated, and he terribly missed the comfort of Manvi, his angel. The month had seemed to slip past their fingers..they where always texting and would talk on the phone late night..but this past week had been just horrible. He just wanted her to be near him, and hug him, and just be there like she always was. But it had been soo long he had seen her, his Dadu was acting weird by not letting him go down there fore even a day, and so he was stuck being moody until he found a way out of this. And today was worse, she wasn't answering a single of his text messages…and if he asked anyone they would just tease him, for which he had no patience currently so he was stuck waiting for her reply. Getting a hold of his mood and mind, he turned back to the file and to his work.

Back at Chopra Mansion… 4:00pm (swamini Bua's house, which is different from Vadhera's)

The girls had arrived around 2pm, and Khadhambhari had come to see them around 3 as they had arrived straight as Chopra Mansion.

"Okay Di, I'm heading home now..some chores are still left, then Inder and them will return from office and all.. had just come to meet the girls..", Khadhambhari said to Swamini as she got up, looking at Khushi, Manvi and Jeevika who where standing by a side talking.

"Okay, sounds good Khadhambhari…by the way, is Manvi staying here for the week or going with you, since you did call for her and all?", Swamini asked Khadhambhari now, as they both stood up.

"Hmm, I'm not sure..lets ask her what she prefers and go by it..", Khadhambhari said, and Swamini nodded in agreement.

"Manvi Beta?", Khadhambhari called, getting all the girls attention.

"Jii Choti Ma?", Manvi asked, stepping out of the group a bit towards her.

"Beta, i wanted to ask, would you like to stay here with your Di and Bhabhi for the week, or come with me to our place?" Choti Ma asked her.

Manvi's heart beat fast…she already knew where she wanted to stay but how to say it? She didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings in return.

"Woh…umm..", Manvi tried to answer.

"Don't hesitate darling, the choice is yours, where ever you are comfortable..", Choti Ma sweetly told her.

"Haan Mannu, don't feel bad or anything..i mean both houses are yours na?", Jeevika Di told her.

Manvi nodded, then looking down, with a flush in her cheeks replied to Choti Ma..

"App, Appke saath jaana hain..". ( I, I want to come with you..)

"Oyeee Hoyeee", Jeevika Di and Khushi Bhabhi teased her.

 "Maa!", Manvi whined as she went to stand by Choti Ma, to make her stop the others from teasing her again.

"Okay, enough gals, don't tease my beti!", Khadhambhari Ma (KMa) scolded the others gently. 

As soon as Manvi's luggage for the week was placed in KMa's car, they both headed off to Vadhera Mansion. Once there Manvi was shown to a guest room a few doors down from Virats room by Choti Ma, who also helped her settle in the for the week. The next few hours passed in a blur as Manvi and Choti Ma, kept chatting and what not, then helping her care for Shlok when he returned from school, and later serve DadaJi and Inder Chachu their food when they returned from office. Virat would be staying a little later, they informed her and Choti Ma together, he needed to complete some work before making it back home tonight. This made Manvi a bit disappointed, she had come all the way down for him, and he was stuck at the office still, she didn't care that he was still unaware of the fact that she was here, she wanted him home, now. 

After they had done eating, they all went and sat in the family hall, enjoying pleasant banter and what now, then excusing herself made her way upto her room. But as she passed his room, she had second thoughts and instead turned the knob stealthily on his door, and entered it. Turning on the lights and turning to face the room, Manvi was shocked. He had turned the room completely upside down, you could tell it was done recentlyy and wasn't usually this messy, but at that moment all his shirts and pants, and the entire wardrobe was either flung around on the furniture or lying in a pile on the ground. His clothes where scattered, everywhere around the whole room. Sighing, she decided to straighten his things out for him, since she didn't have much else to do and she would hate for him to come back home to such a mess, even if the idiot has created it himself. Sighing, she got to work, straightening his room and wardrobe and before she knew it time had flown.

As Virat stepped into the house, he felt a different type of peace take over him, and his heart and mind filled with peace. Seeing no one around he figured they where all in there respective rooms tucked up for the night, and headed to his own room to get freshened up. He was surprised to see his light on, but figured Choti Ma was probably waiting up for him, and pushing the door open slipped in and closed the door behind him. At first thinking that it was Ma only, in front of his wardrobe fixing it up he didn't give the lady there much attention, but as he loosed his tie, and put the laptop bag down, he realized it wasn't his Choti Ma at all. This women, wore a anarkali dress in shades of lavender and blue, and had her hair tied back in a simple pony tail. Apparently she was so immersed in her straightening that she hadn't noticed him yet. Watching her for a minute, his heart sped up as soon as he realized who she was, he was about to jump and scream with delight, but deciding against it. He quietly walked upto her, and slipped his hands around her waist, pulling her back to hit his chest. Making her gasp. He then rested his chin on her shoulder, as she caught onto his presence and placed her hands on his.

Manvi's heartbeat started racing when her fianc had slipped his arms around her. But she couldn't deny the fact that it was blissful in his hold..

"So this is why you weren't replying to my texts?", he asked her.

"mhmm…", she replied.

"Let me guess..Choti Ma ka idea, haina? I just love herrr!", he said, making her chuckle. 

"By the way, what where you looking for so ardently this morning, that you emptied the whole wardrobe which i just fixed.?", she asked him, a bit sternly.

"Wahh, you just came and started scolding me? and we aren't even married yet!", he complained, turning her into his arms so she faced him now.

"hmphh, okay…go get freshened up..ill set your dinner..", she said to him, looking down as she played with his shirt.

"Ji Madam Ji, any other order?", he teased her.

"Nahin Janab Ji, now goo", she said pushing him.

Giving her a quick peck on the cheek he went to freshen up, and she blushingly went to go set his dinner. This would be one heck of a week.
