Chapter 3

Anjali,akash and payal again looked at each other but this time not with worry but with happiness and joy! Anjali was in tears and she hugged Akash.

Akash: Thank you so much doctor, Can we now see khushi ji? Is she ok?

Doctor: Yes she is ok, just a little weak and she will have to take serious care of her diet plan.

Payal: Don't worry about that Doctor. We'll make sure that she eats healthy food.

Anjali: Yes we will take care of her

Doctor: Very well then, You can see her ?

Anjali and Payal walked into Khushi's room and Akash called up at RM to give them the BIG news.

Khushi was laying on the bed and staring at ceiling. She felt a soft hand stroking her hair and she looked to her side. Anjali was standing beside her and stroking her hair and she had tears in her eyes. Payal was also standing beside her and smiling at her. Khushi tried to sit up. Anjali and Payal helped her sit and Anjali hugged her

Anjali: Khushi ji I can't express right now how hapy I am. Thank you so much khushi ji. Finally my chote is going to be a father and I'm going to be a phupho/bua. Thank you so much khushi ji thank you so much.

Khushi's eyes were now welling up and a memory was rushing back to her. She was thinking of the holi night when they had slept together.

FLASHBACK:

Arnav: kiyoonk jab tum meray paas hoti ho to humari dharkanain aik hojati hain, jo tum mehsoos kerti ho wohi main mehsoos kerti hoon.

Khushi was laying on the armchair at the poolside and Arnav was sitting on the floor beside her. He was looking at her with utter tenderness. He touched her cheek and looked at her trembling lips. She closed her eyes under the warmth of his touch. He leaned forward and stroked her hair away from her face. She could now feel his breath on her face. He moved back but khushi held his collar. He looked at her hand and then at her closed eyes. His eyes stopped at her lips. He was losing control over himself. He tried moving back again but khushi would'nt let go. He gave up, He moved closer and kissed her forhead, then her eyes,her cheeks and finally reaching her lips. He moved even closer and khushi could feel his warm breath on her lips. Arnav finally gave in and kissed her trembling lips softly and then deepened the kiss. Khushi ran her hand through his hair and was responding in the same way to the kiss. Arnav let go to catch his breath and looked at khushi who was also breathing heavily. He stood up and khushi looked at him confused. He bent down and picked her up in his arms and moved to the bedroom. He slowly placed her down on the bed and sat beside her. Again he leaned forward and kissed her lips. She was moaning his name under her weak breath. But he continued and started kissing her neck.

That night they forgot everything about hatred! They loved each other with passion,greed and desire!

END OF FLASHBACK

Khushi closed her eyes letting a few tears dropping on anjali's shoulder who felt them right away. She pulled khushi away and looked into her eyes

Anjali: what's wrong khushi ji? Why are you crying?

Payal looked concerned and came forward and placed her hand on khushi's shoulder.

Payal: are you ok?

Khushi just nodded and gave them a faint smile. Anjali had a naughty look on her face.

Anjali: Actually Payal you know what,khushi ji would have liked it if Chote was in my place hugging her. Hai na khushi ji?

Payal smiled.Khushi was now blushing. Akash walked in.

Akash: Congratulations khushi ji, I wish Bhai was here. But don't worry I'll tell him the first thing once he calls back.

Anjali: chote did'nt call after reaching london yet? She looked concerned

Akash: don't worry Di he must be busy. I m sure he'll call back once he gets time

Anjali and Payal smiled while khushi just silently nodded.

After sometime all the Raizadas reached the hospital. Everyone was happy for Khushi except for one person. Who was watching all this from a corner of the room.
