"Hurry up Kria! We got to be there within half an hour!!"
"Just two minutes!"
"Ms. Kria Ghai! Will u get the hell out of that idiotic room!!?"
Ms. Mallishka Rai! Dare if u call my room idiotic! It's way too better than ur Jaipuri sleep-place!"
"What?! Jaipuri?"
"U know, Jaipur is the pink city, n so is ur room!!"
"Arghh! Just come out! I'll knock ur head off!!"
"Touch me if u can!""God! U're too much!"

She flung the door open, laughing uncontrollably! Misha stood there wearing a baby pink sari  studded with silver gems n topped up with a pink clutch having a silver brooch on it. She wore pink heels, which made Kria madder!

"Ohh my pink panther!" She burst out laughing.
"Shut up! All this isn't for u babes! Its for my..."
"Yeaa! Yeaa!" She cut her, "Ur sweetie-heart, that moron Ape!" N again started giggling!
"Oye! U bettr be respectful with his name!"
"Okay her highness! Sri Sri Arpit Malhotra ji! Fine?"
"Better!"

Both reached the Malhotra's Mansion, just in time. Kria rushed to Sanju's room while Misha went off to search for Arpit!
Arpit was Sanjana's younger brother n Malhotra uncle's second child. He was a younger to Sanjana as well as Kria, but a year elder to Misha-by her typical calculations! He was Misha's boyfriend.

"God Miss. Maroon, u look heavenly!"
"Common yar! IU hate my today's attire!" She pouted.
"Awww, my cutie pie! She rushed n gave her a soft side-hug.
"Well.. Miss. Golden is also a sight for eyes today!"
"Ohh thank u! But I always am!"

Kria wore a golden lehnga with a deep golden-orange blouse. Lehnga was double layered-inner layer of orange color n outer a glimmering golden net. It was a fish cut garment which she wrapped with her dupatta that it resembled a sari. Her hair were straightened which flew beautifully over her exposed nape. She had a light pendant n matching bangles of golden. N beautiful fish-mouth heels added spark to her cuteness!

"It's time girls!" Mr. Malhotra's elder sister informed them.
"Yeaa Shaili aunty! We'll be there in five minutes."

Sanjana clutched Kria's hand n looked at her with trembling eyes. She assured her by holding them back, n  smiled.
"I'm with u Sanju. N then, Gaurav will be-all way long."
"Hmm.. Hope he remains the way he was when we first met."
"Yeaa. He will be. N then, it hasn't been long since u met!"
"It has been dear! Its almost three years now."
"Don't worry! All's going to be perfectly good!"
"Hope so."

They reached the lawn, along with a bunch of girls with them. The lawn was beautifully decorated with aquamarine blue n beige. Bouquets of orchids n white lilies added bling to the place!
She led Sanjana to the stage, where her Mr. Perfect was waiting for her.

They exchanged greetings.. Followed by blushing smiles n finally the malas'!!

Photographers rushed over to stage n started clicking them madly! Meanwhile, Kria started looking for Misha.  As she ran her eyes all over the place, her eyes fell on the stage. Sanju was gesturing to her. She hopped on to the stage.

"What happened?"
"Kiri, Mish n Arpit r off to Mish's place." She whispered into her ears.
"What! But why?"
"Ohho! Mish will change n come for today's Masquerade!"
"Ohh! thanks sweetheart!"

She giggled n turned swiftly. As she did so, someone bumped into her...

"I... I am sorry!" The girl chirped.
Kria fumed, without even looking up! Ofcourse, she knew that voice by heart.
"Its okay." She faked a smile.
"Ohh Kria! Is it u?"
"Umm.. I think so! " She mocked, irritated.
"Come, I've gotta tell u something..."

She pulled her hand n dragged her off the stage n took her to HIM!!!

"Met my fianc. Mr.."
"Ahh! I know him" She interrupted.
"Ohh yeaa! I forgot." She grinned childishly.

He stood there conversing on his phone, his back facing her. On hearing her voice, he turned to face her.
"I'll call u later." He quickly slid the phone into his pocket, staring deeply into her eyes.
He forwarded his hand, "Pleasure meeting u... AGAIN!"
He smiled sheepishly; almost snatching her hand he held it tightly, faking a hand-shake.
"Hmm... Me too!" She spoke gritting her teeth.

"Okay! Okay! U guys enjoy!" Avantika said, looking at their locked eyes, "N honey! As u know, I have to leave now. See u, take care."
She held his shoulder n gave him a peck on his cheek.

Kria shifted her gaze towards the gate, to hide her brimming eyes from his piercing look. She was lost looking at the exit point, that didn't notice when he left her hand, hugged Avantika; n Avantika was already there at the gate, waving back at him. She was even more irritated when she noticed her. As she was busyt looking at her retreating figure, she felt a strong pull, n in no time was enclosed in his arms!

"So... Unfortunately, u r still single... Or waiting for someone, hmm?" He spoke playfully.
"Leave me!" She spoke as a tear rolled down her cheek.
"Ohh why? R u trying to avoid me?" He said, wiping it off.
"I said leave me u bloody pest!"

He released his grip. She stumbled n then parted. Tears started flowing without control, as she yelled at his face, "I HATE U MORE THAN EVER!!"

She rushed off towards the gate, leaving him dumfounded n frozen, yet again!!
