Chapter 24
Hellos people!
Here is the last part of the fun series filled with incidences and coincidences...
A PrAja / RoSal Story - Coincidentally Yours!
Part 24 - Coincidentally Yours!
Before Pratap could think or react, the car drove off the porch. Pratap stared at the empty path for a while, trying to sink in that she was gone.
He could not miss this. Not now. It was a little late for him to know and accept his feels and attachments, towards the soul meant for him. He needed to tell her how he felt and what she meant to him.
He wanted to say. Many things. It didn't matter whether she was wicked Ajabde or Officer Ajabde, She was His Ajab! And he wanted to tell this to her. But how?
It always took him more than normal time to think and act when it came to emotional front! He cursed himself, for not knowing how to express his love to her!
He reached office little anxiously. He had a lot to do for the newly received project. He dragged hours looking at time, calculating almost every passing moments. It was merely lunch time, when Ranaji messaged him he can't make it to the lunch at office with him, as his meeting will take a little long.
Great! Ab lunch bhi akele karo...
He opened his lunch box, which looked so dry alone. Though he was a quiet eater, unknowingly he was habituated to have chatters and giggles though out their eating time.
Ajabde loved to have sweets with lunch, while Pratap was not a fan. He always lectured them about dietary habits. As today she was not there with them in the office, his tiffin today did not have any sweet.
How happy they used to get when Ranima would send them extra sweets! Ajabde's happy face came in front of his eyes.
That's it.
He checked the time again. It was still some time for Ajabde to leave.
He opened his laptop again. Typed something vigorously. Grabbed his car keys and dashed out of his office, ignoring all the gawking eyes and whispers around him. He crossed Chakrapani who waved at him but he just glanced at him and rushed out, leaving Chakri to wonder
"Ab kya ho gaya?"

Journey from Office to airport seemed like miles apart as he could not focus on his driving. All the wanted - unwanted thoughts popped inside him. But he did not think how he will cross security or enter the airport. He did not know her flight details as well. What will he tell them? She might have boarded already.
He could not connect her through call. Airplane mode turned on? How will he call her?
He hastily reached the entrance, was checking the scheduled flights to see if he can get any idea and crashed into something losing his balance.
He landed hard on the floor, as something soft fell on him. But he opened his eyes at the fragrance in an instant. It was not something, but someone. His one!
"What are you doing here? " They asked in unison.
"I was coming to you" Again they said together with wide eyes.
"You came too late" She complained.
"You went too early" He responded with the same tone.
They started laughing in the same position on the floor, in each other's arms.
"Who sends email to stop someone?" She exclaimed as she rushed back from boarding the flight towards exit, when she saw his mail.
"I had to try all the means to reach you. I could not lose you again, could I?" He winked smiling, as he could finally adjust the hair strands that fell on her eyes, behind her ear. She blushed as he tightened his grip around her. His car keys lied beside her mobile phone, whose screen showed:
"Dear Ajab,
I don't know whether it is late or not but I want to share few things here with you.
I find cappuccino bitter without you... My lunches are incomplete without you... My screen seem to be boring all alone... I have to struggle a lot to match and tally Reports...
I miss eating out... I miss shopping with you... I miss to have arguments on all the topics in the world... I miss desserts with you...
You might not have any idea, in last few days how much I missed you, your antics, your presence... in the office, in my days, in my life...
I want to keep troubling you over morning alarms, have long chats over night in our balcony. I want to share, your passion towards life. And most importantly, I am ready to share my parents' and friends' love and attention with you.
Please consider this as a sincere request and proposal to have you in my life for lifetime. Hoping to see you soon and forever...
Coincidentally Yours,
Pratap Singh."

It was over email but it hit the mark. He poured out his feelings in that letter to her.
