Bajaj was well by now.. and he was ordering his servants to do this thing.. and tht thing..

All the house members were in the hall.. the hall was fullly decorated... and lights were put on everywhere...

Just then Sujal came... Kamal was also there with him...

Sujal: Uncle..( he spoke finally...)

Bajaj turned around...

Bajaj: haan beta.. bolo..

Sujal: (looked at Prerna... and all...) wohh....

Bajaj: kya baat hai? kuch chahiye kya??

Sujal: ( moved his head in a NO direction ) aaj kuch bhi nahi chahiye.. siwaye ek cheez k...

Bajaj was surprised...and so as everyone...

Bajaj: wohh kya beta?

Sujal: Kashiiiissh!

Everyone was SHOCKED...

Bajaj and Prerna were astounded....

Prerna: yeh tum.. kya kehrahe hoo??

Bajaj: hum kuch samjhe nahi?

Sujal: lagta hai k ab aap sab ko sachayee batanii hee hogi...

Bajaj: kaisee sachayee??

Sujal: yehi k Main...

Kamal: (interrupted) ek minute Sujal...

Sujal stopped..

Kamal: Bajaj.. pehlii baat toh yeh hai k Sujal mera beta nahi hai...

Everyone was shocked again...

Bajaj: KYAA?

Kamal: haan.. aur naa hee maine isse adopt kiya hai...

Veena: Sujal humara beta hai...

Everyone present in the hall stared at Veena.. who was standing at the door along with Cg and Rishi...

Cg: haan... Sujal meraa beta hai .. Kamal ka nahin...

Bajaj: looked at Kamal..

Kamal: aur main iskaa rishtey mein chacha lagta hoon...

Bajaj: lekin Kamal... tumne humse jhoot kyun kahaa?

Kamal: is k peeche bhi bohat badii waja hai.. joh Sujal aap sab ko batayega...

Sujal looked down... and took a deep breath...

Bajaj: kya waja hai???

Sujal: dekhiye uncle... Main aaj aap se kuch maangne jaraha hoon...'

Bajaj: kyaa?

Sujal: Main aap se aapki beti KASHISH ka haath maangta hoon...

Bajaj was astounded.. as well Prerna... Bauji.. Kavya.. and all of them who were standing there at tht moment...

Bajaj: yeh tuum kya bakwaas ker rahe hoo?

Sujal: yeh bakwaas nahi hai uncle... Main aapki beti se bohat pyaar kerta hoon.. aur aapki beti bhi mujhse...

Prerna: (cuts in btw.. and slaps onto Sujal's face) TTTTTTTTiiiiiiiiiiiiisssssssh!!

Everyone was shocked yet again...

Prerna: himmat kaise huyee teri yeh kehne kii?? haan??? aaj meri beti ki shadi hai aur tuu...

Sujal: main jaanta hoon k aap sab mera yaqeen nahi kereinge.. lekin aunty.. yehi sach hai!!

Kavya: Sujal... tum apne hosh mein toh honaa??

Sujal: aaj hee toh hosh mein aya hoon main... Is ghar mein mera aane ka maqsad yehi tha k kisi tarah main aap sab ko yeh baat bata doon.. k main Kashish se pyaar kerta hoon.. aur woh bhi mujhse.. pyaar kerti hai....

Main aur Kashish.. London mein mile the... humaree dosti huyeee... aur humein pata hee nahi chala k humaree dosti ne pyaar ka roop kab le liyaa...

Bajaj: yeh jhooth hai.. aisa kuch nahi hai!! Agar aisa hota toh meri beti mujhse zaroor kehtii ...

Sujal: aapki beti ne aap hee kii waja se aapse kuch nahi kaha... kyunk aapki tabiyat theek nahi thii.. aur wohh aap ko kisi bhi kism ki tension ya stress nahi dena chahti thii...

Dida came there as welll..

Sujal: wohh khaamosh thi toh sirf aap ki waja se uncle...ya phir main yeh kahoon k hum donon ab tak isi liye khamosh the.. kyunke hum sahee waqt aur sahee mauke ka intezaar ker rahe the.. aur aaj se acha mauka humein phir nahi mil sakta tha...

Bajaj: Prernaa....

Prerna glanced at Bajaj....

Bajaj: is larke ko kaho k chup ker jaye...

Kashish was in her room.. standing near the window.. dressed in the wedding outfit..

Anjali rushed inside...

Anjali: Kashishh!!

Kashish turned around...

Anjali: jaldi chaloo...

Kashish: kya hua Anjali??

Anjali: ( hold her arm and took her) chaloo...

Sujal: (pleaded) Main sach keh raha hoon uncle.. aap meri baat ka yaqeen kijiye.. Main Kashish se pyaaar....

Dida interrupted...

Dida: Yeh larka theek kehraha hai Reshab...

Bajaj was shocked...as well as everyone...

Dida: Prerna.. yeh wohee larka hai jis k baarey mein Kashish ne tumhein bata ya thaa...

Prerna was taken aback...

Dida: Yeh sab mujhe khud Kashish ne bataya hai...'

Bajaj: aisa nahi hosakta... nahi hosakta... jab tak Main Kashish ki zubaan se nahin sunonga... mujhe yaqeen nahi ayega....

Sujal: uncle.. Main sach kehraha hoon.. aapko meri baat ka yaqeen kerna hee hoga... Main aaur Kashish hee ek dusrey k liye banein hain... yeh baat aap kyun nahi maan lete?? Agar aapki beti kisi aur se shaadi keregii toh wohh kabhi khush nahi reh payegii... yeh mujhse acha aur koi nahi jaanta... aapki beti apni khushiyon aur apne pyaar AAPKE liye kurbaan ker rahee haii...

Bajaj was shocked...

Bajaj: tum chup kerte ho ya nahin?!?! ( raised his hand in the air to slap him )

Kashish: Nahiiii Papa... Nahiiiiiiiii!!!

Bajaj stopped his hand in the air.. and stared at Kashish...

Kashish ran downstairs... and hugged Sujal tightly... while everyone looked at her...

Sujal took her in his arms...

Kashish: (moved back.. and looked into his eyes...) Tumne mujhse poocha tha na Sujal... k agar tum mujhe apne saath bhaga le jao gey.. toh kya main tumharey saath aoongii??

Sujal nodded...

Kashish: haan Sujal... main tumharey saath chaloongii... agar aisa kerne mein humarey pyaar ki jeet hai.. toh main tumharey saath zaroor chaloongii...

Bajaj: Kashishh!!

Kashish: (turned around 2 face everyone) Nahi Papa.. plzz.. aaap Sujal ko kuch nahi kehsakte...

Prerna: yeh tu kya kehrahee haii?? tu jaanti hai k teri aaj shaadi hai...

Kashish: haaaaan!! (shouted) jaanti hoon main... achi tarah se janti hoon k meri shaadi hai.. Ek larki ki zindagi ka sab se bada din hota hai yeh... lekin mere liye... mere liye meri zindagi ka sab se bura din hai yeh...

Bajaj narrowed his brows... and was shocked....

Kashish: kyunki meri shaadi us insaan se horahee hai ... jisse main pyaar kerti hii nahi...

Bajaj moved his head in disbelief...

Kashish: Agar main kisi se pyaar kerti hoon toh.. ( she faced Sujal ) wohh hai Sujal...

Prerna was in anger now..

Kashish: (now faced everyone) Haan.. sach hai yeh... Maine humesha Sujal se hee pyaar kiya hai.. Maine apne aap ko samjhaney ki bohat koshish ki... lekin pyaar ne mujhe apni taraf kheench hee liya... yeh jaante huye k meri sagayee ho chuki hai, main kisi aur ki amanat hoon... lekin phir bhi... mere dil ne meri ek naa sunii... Akhir pyaar k saamne kiska zor chalta hai!!?!?!

Bajaj looked down.. feeling ashamed...

Kashish: papa... Main Sujal se bohatt pyaar kerti hoon.. iske bina nahi jii saktii...

Bajaj: (looked at Kashish with rage)

Kashish: nahi jii saktii...(tears were rolling down her cheeks)

There was a pause for a moment...Nobody spoke..

Veena consoled Kashish... while she kept sobbing...

Bajaj: mujhe tumse... yeh umeed nahi thii Kashish...

Kashish looked at Bajaj... and so as everyone...

Bajaj: mujhe laga k aaj tak maine apne bachon k liye joh bhi faisla liya hai... woh theek tha... lekinn aaj tumne mera sharm k maarey sarr jhuka diya Kashish...

Kashish: (in a crying tone) Papa... main...

Bajaj: bass!!

Kashish trembled...

Bajaj: bas.. kuch nahi sunna mujhe... kuch nahi...bas.. itna sunlo Kashish.. k tumharii aaj shaadi hai... aur woh bhi Tusshar k saath....

(he turned around.. to move..)

Sujal: galat kaha aapne uncle!

Bajaj turned around to see Sujal...

Sujal: galat!

Bajaj: (saw him with anger)

Sujal: aaj tak aapne apne bachon k liye joh bhi faisle liye.. wohh sab galat the.. be buniyaad the...

Kashish glanced at Sujal...

Sujal: kyunk aap ne humesha apne faisley... aur apni marzi apne bachon per daali hai... aur us faisley mein aapke bachon ki koi raza mandi nahi hoti thii...

Bajaj felt ashamed..

Sujal: aaj aapko apni beti ki khushiyon k aagey.. apna diya hua vaada yaad araha hai joh aapne apne dost se kiya tha...lekin aap bhool rahe hain uncle... bhool rahein k maa baap k liye unke bachon se barr ker kuch nahi hota... kuch bhi nahi...

Sujal: (wlked upto Bajaj) agar aap k dil mein Kashish k liye zara se pyaar baaki hai... toh aap wohee kereinge joh Kashish chahti hai.. aur agar nahi toh....

Bajaj: toh?

Sujal: toh... Main yeh samajhne per majboor hojaoonga.. k aapke seene mein dil hee nahi hai...

Bajaj was taken aback...and had a moving pain in his left arm...

Sujal: yeh samjhoonga k aap k liye aapke bachon ki khushiyaan koi maaine nahi rakhtii...

Bajaj felt guilty...

Sujal: aap ne saabit ker diya k aap apne bachon k ache pita nahi ban paye...

Bajaj had a severe pain.. and bent down on his knees..

Prerna: Mr.Bajaj!!

Bauji: Puttar!!

Dida: Reshab!!!

Kavya: Papa..!!!

Kashish: Papaaa!!

Sab were shocked... as well as Sujal...

Kashish: (grabbed Sujal by his shirt collar) yeh!?! kya kiya tumne Sujal!??!?! kya kiyaa??!?! Mere Papa...

Sujal: (tensed) Kashish.. Maine toh....

Prerna: Kavya... jaldi se gaaarii nikaaaloo...

They immediately took Bajaj to the hospital...

Cg, Veena, Kamal, Romila, Rishi and Sujal followed them too...

Sujal: ( in the car... thinking to himself...) Yeh maine kya kerdiya?? main yeh toh nahi chahta tha... pata nahi Kashish kya samajh rahee hoogi... Humesha mere saath hee aisa kyun hota hai???

They all reached the hospital... and Bajaj was admitted in the I.C.U.

The doctors were attending him...

Kashish was crying.. as well as Prerna.. Dida was also crying... Bauji was also in the same state... Kavya was tensed as well...Till then Tusshar and Mahesh had also come.. along with Shruti and Kanan...

Kashish: (wlked to Prerna) Mumma...(she cried...)

Prerna: chaliii jaa yahan se... sab kuch... teri waja se hua hai... chali jaa...

Kashish: Mumma...( she cried and put her head onto her laps...) Im sorry Mumma... im sorry...

Sujal and family had also reached the hospital...

Mahesh: (to Kavya) yeh sab kaise huaa??

Kavya: wohh...(he glanced at Bauji... who signalled him not to tell anything to them...)

So Kavya kept quiet.. and didnt say anything...

Sujal looked at Kashish.. and felt xtremely sorry for Kashish...

The doc came outside...

Bauji and Kavya stood up...

Bauji: doctor sahab... kaisa hai mera puttar??

Doc: aap logon mein se Kashish kaun hai??

Kashish moved up...

Kashish: Main hooon...

Doc: Mr.Reshab aap ko andar bula rahe hain... its urgent...

Kashish: (wipped off her tears... glanced at Prerna and then Dida.. and then wlked into the I.C.U ward)

Kashish wlked slowly into the ward... and saw Bajaj lying on the strecher...with having the oxygen mask on his mouth.. and drips were put onto his arm..

Tears rolled down onto her cheeks.. Kashish wipped them off.. and sat beside Bajaj's bed...

Bajaj slowly opened her eyes...

Kashish: Papa.... (she said weakly)

Bajaj: Kaassshh..( he was trying to spk out her name)

Kashish: (sobbed) haan Papa... ( Sujal watched the two from the small window of the door...)

Bajaj: bettttaa... Muuujhhhee...

Kashish: haan Papa... kahiye...

Bajaj: mujhhhheee.....

Kashish: Papa...aap joh kaheinge... main... main wahee keroongii... aap jaisa chahtey hain.. waisa hee hoga Papa.. ( she said with great strength.. controllin her emotions...while Sujal entered...)

Bajaj glanced at Sujal... he sat beside him...and put his hand onto Bajaj's.

Bajaj: betaa...( he was spking unclearly.. but still Kashish cud understand his words..)

Kashish: (nodded) Haan Papa...

Bajaj: ( held Sujal's hand.. while Sujal felt strange.. and held Kashish's hand as well... Kashish glanced at Sujal and so as he.............Bajaj brought their hands closer.. and was abt to put onto each other....)

Kashish started crying... and she bent her head down....while Sujal looked at Bajaj...

Bajaj wanted to say something.. but he couldnt.. he conveyed the msg to Sujal thru his eyes... and Sujal did understood..

Bajaj: Betaaa...Maaaiinn.......( suddenly..his heart beat became very fast... and he was sinking)

Kashish: Papa... Papa!!! ( she screamed...) Doctorrr!! Nursee!!!!

Sujal: Uncle.. uncle...( held his hand tightly... ) aaap ko kuch naii hogaa... kuch naii...

Bajaj breath hardly..

Sujal: aap joh kehna chahtey hain.. main samajh gaya hoon... samajh gaya hoon...

Bajaj's condition was getting more bad...

The doc came inside...and started to chk him...

Doc: aap donon baahar jaiye.. plzz...

Kashish: Lekin Papa...(she cried)

Doc: jaiye... plzz.. ( they both left...)

Outside, everyone was crying... and were feeling sad. . .

After sometime... The doc came outside...

Kavya: Doctor... kaise hain Papa??

The doc was mute...

Tusshar: aap batate kyun nahi hain?!! Bade papa kaise hain ab??

Prerna: (stood up)

Doc: im sorry... Mr.Reshab is no more!!!
