Its early saturday morning...when he hear the phone ring at the Bajaj house....

Mr. Bajaj picks up the phone kind of sleepy: Hello

Someone on the phone: Dad...Good Morning...Rise and Shine...

We see a smile across Rishab Bajaj's face as he speaks: Anjalii....hunny how are you...

We see a girl smiling warmly to her dad respond: Dad, i am fine...i love LA...but i won the case so i am flying back tomorrow...

Mr. Bajaj: Now smiles even more after hearing that his daughter is comming back home...Ohhh that great beta, i am soooo proud of you..and we do have a surprise in store for you...your mother...

before he finishes Prerna snatches the phone from Mr. Bajaj: Your dad cant keep his mouth shut...you will find out when you get home...

Anjali thinking about the surprise: Hmmm...cant wait mom...ok g2g...give my love to dad, and bhaiya, Prem and darling kripa!!

Prerna says her bye and hangs up shooting an mean look at Mr. Bajaj. He notices this and tries to use his charm at his lovely wife while she just wont give in...

Prerna: Mr. Bajaj..i cant believe you almost told Anjali about her "secret arranged marriange thing" if she found out she would never come back home...

Mr. Bajaj: now regrets his almost doing that....you are right Prerna...knowing how independent Anjali she will never want an arranged marriage...i just hope she isnt mad when she returns tomorrow and we take her to meet the guy and his family....

They both look at eachother worried...hoping for the best...

Meanwhile Anjali keeps trying Kavya's phone but for some reason he wont pick up...she finally gives up as she leaves to go for a walk and forgets her phone in her hotel room...

On the other side of Chicago...Kavya has been home for the past 3 days and is surprised as his parents behavior...he decides to find out why they are acting sooo weird...

All the Walia kids are doing Pooja along with Bani and Mr. Walia...when they finish the pooja they all go sit at the breakfast table ready to eat while Mukti and Angad are aruging about useless things...

Mr. Walia: Stop it Angad...i wont tolerate you being mean to mukti...

Mukti smiles at this and makes a goofy face at Angad...

Angad whines that Mukti always gets away with everything...

Kavya assures him thats how it use to be with him and Kumkum...while Kumkum gives him a mean look...

Kumkum: You are such a liar...i was sooooo nice and always helped you around..

Kavya: Kumkum..please...i would always get in trouble because of you..

Kumkum: no you didnt...it was the other way around...

and the kids are arguing when Bani enters and makes everyone sush....

Mr. Walia: Looks at Bani Walia...who nods and Mr. Walia proceeds with "the talk" he and bani has been preparing before Kavya's arrival...

Mr. Walia: Kavya, beta your mother and i think you are doing really well with the business and after the deal you fixed in LA...we are sooo proud of you...and soo...he looks at Bani who now starts talking...(the way they talked completely looked like both of them probably reherased this million times)

Bani: and so what your father and i are trying to tell you is that you should think about Marriage...and she waits to see Kavya's reaction..

Kavya: is smiling because he did want to tell his parents about Anjali...but looses his train of thought when Bani continues...

Bani sees him smile and then proceeds with...I mean we have looked at this girl we think would be a great pair with you...

Kavya's looks like he is just got shot....he yells in shock...ARRANGED MARRIAGE?..you didnt even think about asking me if i liked someone...ARRANGED MARRIAGE???

Mr. Walia and the whole family is shock at Kavya's tone of voice because he has never raised his voice...

Kumkum, Mukti and Angad are all cracking up as they expected this reaction from Kavya when they found out 3 days ago from thier parents about this whole "arranged marriage" drama...they wanted to tell him for the past 3 days but didnt want to miss seeing..the way Kavya made a fool of himself in front of everyone....

Bani and Mr. Walia are shocked and before they speak...Kavya remembers what he just did and says...

Kavya: I am sorry for raising my voice...i think it just came as a shock to me...and now i know why everyone was acting weird since i came back...but thats not the point...i am really sorry..its just arranged marriage...

Bani: interupts...Kavya we are not forcing you into any decisions beta, we just thought...and remember what kavya said about " you didnt even ask me if i liked someone" and futures adds...unless you already have someone in mind....

Kavya: doesnt know if he should tell his parents about Anjali because...he doesnt know she is ready for marriage...i mean they only met like 4 weeks ago...he decided he would speak to her first...so he replies camly...umm i just need some time to think...if thats ok?

Bani and Mr. Walia nod assuring him there is no pressure...

Kavya excuses himself and while walking upto his room notices Anjali had called 6 times and he couldnt here because his phone was on silent...he decides to call Anjali and talk to her about the whole issue...when he calls he just like anjali cant get in touch with her...so after about 10 miss calls he finally gives upp...thinks about what he should do next....

Anjali returns from her walk finds that kavya called 10 times so she decides to ring him up but finds her battery die...she decides she will just surprise him tomorrow and forgets to charge her phone...

Bani and Mr. Walia are impatient for an answer so goes up to Kavya's room and finds him lost in thoughts...they both walk inside...and Kavya notices them come in...

Kavya: Hey mom, dad...

Mr. Walia: we are sorry to bother you...but we wanted to know if you have an answer since we have invited the girl and her parents tomorrow...

hearing this Kavya feels even more trapped...he doesnt want to hurt his parents feeling...but he cant tell them about Anjali either because he doesnt  know if she is ready to marry him yet...and if parents will understand the whole story of Anjali plus with the impatient look on his parents face he decides...its no harm in meeting the girl...he will just say no..and by the way he will probably be in touch with Anjali to decide how he is going to handle the issue...(atleast that's what he thinks) he just smiles and nods and Mr. Walia and Bani both jump up in joy...running out the door to call the "girl" parents....

Prerna is supper exited as she now sure the meeting is set for tomorrow after the phone call...that she forces Kripa and Summit to go get a nice saree for Anjali to wear for tomorrow...as no one knew her choice better then her sister....

Summit doesnt want to go because its boring to go shopping...but gives in when Kripa makes an innocent puppy face pleading him...

They arrive at the Indian Botique called "Sawarriya Fashions"  (I dont know why...but i just came up with the name randomly) as Kripa steps in she loves the way it looks...its not that is extremly rich looking...infact its very classy and has a homely feeling...she drags summit in when...a girl turns around and welcomes them in...

Kripa goes and says hellooo and asks her about the latest designs and sarees while Summit was was looking around now joins Kripa...he was just sitting there when the girl turns around looking like an angel....she was simply beautiful...even without any make up she looked amazing...while summit is lost at looking at her...the girl which happens to be "Kumkum" is starring back at him...she finds him sooooo cute...and hott...Kripa who now looks at both of them stare...hits her brother...asking him...what do you think of this one...Summit just comes back from his dream land and smiles at Kumkum..who blushes...and Summit smirks at that...

Kripa: Ok bhaiya...you are no help....

Summit: comes back to reality....Oh yea...ummm...no wont suit her...

Summit: Do you have something Simple yet really beautiful...and whispers the last part "just like you".

Kumkum: who kind of heard him smiles and brings the best saree out...

Kripa jumps up with joy: this is it...this is soooooooo pretty....

Summit: Starring at Kumkum....yep realllly pretttyyyy...

Kripa: Looks at Summit who is not even looking and smiles...Bhaiya i was talking about the Saree..

Summit once again comes back to reality...looks down at the saree...oh yes...this is it...and then once again looks up at Kumkum...this is the one i have been waiting for...

Kripa: I have??? huh...but looks up...and at summit and kumkum and smiles...

Kumkum: is curious and asks....is this for someone special...

Kripa thinks about having some fun...Yupppp its for someone every special...and hits her brother...right bhaiya?

Summit: still in his dream world...yess....every special..

Kumkum: kinda dishearted...ohh...ok

Kripa: feels bad and doesnt want to carry this on any further adds...our sister Anjali...

Kumkum: Smiles up again...ohh...thats nice...brother shopping for his sister...not a lot of guys do that...my brother doesnt...

Kripa: Making her bhaiya looks better...Mr brother will do anything that makes us happy...even when that means going shopping...By the way i am Kripa.

Kumkum: Smiles and replies nice name...i am KumKum...

Summit: loves her name and puts out his hand....Summit...

Kumkum accepts it and an current goes through both of them...

Kripa looks at her cell phone and see its 5:00 pm and then rememberd that they have to be home by 5:30 as per instruction of her mother to do some more preparations for tomorrow...

After saying thank you and byes to Kumkum..kripa literally drags Summit out of the boutique...

In the Car Summit is lost and Kripa starts to poke fun at him...but then they both decide that this is probably  the last time they will be able to laugh before Anjali finds out about this "Arrange Marriange"...they both look at eachother and say at the same time...Anjali is going to bring the Bajaj house down tomorrow after she finds out...
