Part 5

Recap-Ranbir and Kanya get their wedding invites from Radha and Karan. Ranbir and Kanya decide to fight for their love before its 2 late no matter who got in their way. After all was fair in love and war. Friendship can jump out the window.

Pooja decided to settle the business in India and tie up loose ends before she joined Kanya. After all their business was small and Pooja was mad at her sister for being so fickle and for trying to break up a couple. Its not like Karan ever loved Kanya. She was a little disillusioned but Kanya was right about expanding the business outside of India. Mumbai was a little too competitive as everyone was out to make money. Yes in England things R competitive but there was a market for different ventures as the country was rich in culture. Different people from all walks of life. Pooja was thinking about her sister and hoped she found closure and actually found someone compatible with her. Someone as feisty as her. Someone that was on the same wave length but who knew which saint that would be as her sister was a tough person to get on with as everyone in their household knew.

In the aeroplane

Everyone was boarding the plane. Kanya sat near the window in the first class section. It was warm and she was cranky. She couldn't help be in a bad mood. The thought of Karan with Radha made her blood boil. She cursed a lot under her breath. She had an argument with Pooja that didn't help matters. Her day couldn't get any bad. Or could it?

A suave young guy came by. Kanya was too busy in her thoughts. She looked up and saw this guy that made her forget for a second what was troubling her.

Guy-Hi i think U R sitting in my seat. Excuse me. Miss. My seat (clicks his fingers)

K-oh sorry! What was it U were saying?

Guy- My seat. U R sitting in it.

K-Just sit here by me. We R still in the same seating area.

Guy-I always sit where i'm supposed to.

K-Do U always have to follow rules.

Guy-Rules set boundaries. U follow them U go far.

K-Rules R meant to be broken.

Guy-I see U haven't changed.

Guy-In another lifetime!

K-U really  do speak in riddles.

Guy-R U always this rude.

K-Excuse me Mr whatever flashy suit guy. No need to make presumptions. Iwe've only just met and already U R getting on my nerves.

Guy-The same can be said about U.

K-Well here U can take the stupid seat.

Guy-Its ok. Its been contaminated and has too many bad vibes in it.

K-U bloody.

Guy-For a small person U sure have a lot of anger.

K-For a guy of your build U sure have the same sized ego.

Guy-Can i sit down. Speaking 2 U is giving me a bad back.

K-Nobody told U 2 stand up.

Guy-Thanks. It looks like this is going 2 be an interesting journey Miss Kanya.

K-How do U know my name?

Guy-Well U R a girl right and in hindi we call U Kanya.

K-R U stalking me?

Guy-Trust me a guy of my stature has many women falling all over at my feet. U R not my type and will never be. So theres no question of stalking U Kanya.

K-U know my name the least U can do is tell me yours.

Guy-U really don't recognize me do U?

K-Please i've never met U in my life. Trust me i'd know if i ever saw U.

Guy-Whys that?

K-Coz U'r so hot! (His eyebrows R raised on hearing this) i mean hot-tempered. Give me some clues atleast.

Guy-This will be fun. How about U try racking ur brains and if in 12 hours U still don't know i will give U my name.

K-U like games huh.

Guy-Depends on who i play with.

K-Well about before sorry for being so short.

Guy-Its ok.

K-Seeing as U aren't going to tell me your name at least let me get 2 know U. its something to do. Maybe it might help me know who U R. These movies i've seen them all and not in the mood for songs.

K-Where R U from?

GUY-India. Mumbai but i don't have a place of residence as i travel all over the world for business. I tend to stick with Mumbai more.

K-Family?

Guy-Have nobody? U?

K-Just a sister now Mom and Dad gone.

Guy-Sorry!

K-Don't be i made up with them had my peace.

Guy-Good. Well chip. Kanya thats good.

K-So thats high school out and maybe college.

Guy-R U sure about that?

K-For starters the boys back then weren't anything like U. u seem more mature with a zest for perfection and a sense of ambition. U seem 2 be more worldly. Guys there had that but the 4 people that had any opportunities like that look nothing like U.

Guy-So which 4 have U ruled out and why?

K-Karan he lives in London. (sad eyes), Ganesh has his own bio chemistry pharmaceutical in Delhi where he is the manager, Arjun is short and Ranbir is probably in a gang or dying of obesity actually U remind me of him except U don't look anything like him. U have these eyes filled with doubt and pain.

Guy with a smile on his face. So miss chipkali didn't think he looked like his former self huh. She was in for a rude awakening when she found out who he was. He definitely thougt he'd improved in style and with his weight loss he did a lot of work into changing his flabs into abs and developing a toned trim body. His features had changed drastically. Paying stylists to change his looks made him look very different indeed. Always experimenting. He also noticed how Kanya blushed slightly. Well looks like this lady was a little too superficial. She was good at reading peoples eyes. Spooky.

Guy-So what do U have against this Ranbir?

K-Please don't mention this saand. I hate him so much. My friends and i had made his life a mysery but in college things changed and i saw a different side to him but we kept our distance. I felt pity on the guy. He never belonged anywhere. He rubbed me the wrong way and i did the same for him.

Guy-So what brings U 2 London its where the plane is taking us.

K-Don't think bad of me but i'm trying to win this guy Karan he's about to get married.

Guy-Good 4 U. never have regrets is the way 2 go. I'd do the same.

K-What about U?

Guy-Same as U but mixed with business.

K-Guy after my own heart. If it doesn't work out with Ur lady friend give me a call.

Guy-Whys that?

K-Maybe I can help U.

Guy-I think we will be seeing alot more of each other.

K-Don't worry your lady will be crazy to end up with someone else.

Guy-Whys that?

K-Ur a real catch. If i wasn't thinking about Karan i would definitely go for U.

Guy-Hope things go well for U.

Kanya goes for a break to powder her nose. Ranbir has a smirk on his face. The trademark smirk. Kanya wasn't so bad but who knew what she'd be like when she found out. She was quite dim she still hadn't worked it out yet. Kanya came back and smiled at Ranbir.

K-Well 12 hours R nearly up R U revealing who U R.
