Part 26

Recap-Kanya tried to reason with Sameer and reconsider killing Ranbir. Ranbir finds out about Kanya being abducted by Sameer from Pooja and Harry. Ranbir calls FBI agents Nova and Ivan for help. Pooja, Harry and Ranbir go to the hideaway and find Kanya. Sameer is about to enter.....

Kanya looks at Ranbir, Pooja and Harpal as if she couldn't believe they were here. She was happy and  sad to see them. If Sameer saw them who knew what he'd do specially to Ranbir. Looks like Kismet was playing tricks on her. She was trying to keep Ranbir safe but who knew what was going in Sameer's head. The guy was loopy. He wasn't thinking straight. He'd know someone was here all the doors were practically broken. Where was she going to hide Ranbir. Pooja Di was the one with all the ideas and she came in without a full proof plan. Kanya clung onto Ranbir in an embrace that would be cut short by her yelling at him.

K-Why R U here Ranbir? I told U to stay away. U shouldn't have come.

R-Whats the problem with me coming here? Don't U have faith in me? In us? He didn't do anything to U did he? I will kill him. (Holding Kanya and kissing her)

K-Ranbir he will kill U get away from here. Save yourself. Go before he comes back.

P-Don't be stupid Kannu do U know what U R saying?

K-U haven't seen him Di. He's deranged. If i go or he catches Ranbir who knows what will happen to him. Sameer isn't himself he's crazy. Nothing i say or do will change him. He's hell bent on murder. He's loaded with weapons. I could have made some excuses for Harry and Di but U i have nothing to say. Why did U come?

R-If anything happens to U do U think i can live with myself? U R my life.

K-Ranbir U have to forget me. U never loved me like U should. What do U know what love is? If U did U would have fallen for me straight away.

R-What R U saying?

K-Its true. Ever since i met U one thing or another things gone wrong. I am not going to be responsible for your life. Loving U is the worst thing i have ever done.

R-Kanya!

K-What Kanya? U call yourself a lover. Pyar toh door ki baat U haven't seen me for me. Ranbir i don't love U. I love Sameer. He loves me with a passion. (thinks what on earth am i saying. This guy is just a few screws loose and will break out with madness only seen in movies. I'm not buying it what will Ranbir buy?)

P-Kanya this is all bad. U said u needed help. Have U any idea what U R saying? We have to leave.

K-I need to stay di. There's something i need to do. U guys go.

R-I'm not leaving without U. (Kanya looks really distressed. If Sameer catches them they will be in trouble. She knew he wouldn't be long. Who knew where the sicko was. Ranbir looked mad at her. Good the more he hated her the better)

Harry tries to see if the coast is clear. How wrong was he? Sameer was eavesdropping on the whole thing. Sameer had a smile over his creepy face. Kanya loved him but Ranbir wasn't going to give up on her. Good job he was never going to let Ranbir get away. Kanya was good at calming him down but no way was he letting lover boy get away for touching his precious Kanya. He had to pay that too today. Kanya with time will get over Ranbir but he will never get over Ranbir touching, kissing Kanya it burnt him too much. He hated Ranbir with every fibre of his being. This was the best thing for all Ranbir's end will be the icing on the cake. He could tell Kanya was having a hard time letting Ranbir go but it was the first step for them being one. Pooja and Harry were here to witness the wedding that everyone will remember for the demise of Ranbir Nanda. Shame they were trying to persuade Kanya to leave but they were family after all he could forgive them but not Ranbir. Never.

S-SURPRISE!

K-SSSSSSameer. Tum yaha? Itne jaldi? Woh Ranbir was just leaving. Pooja Di and Harry.

S-Kanya its good they're here they can witness us become one. Ranbir U can let go of Kanya.

R-U can p*** o**. U think i will leave her with U?

S-Yes. Kanya wants to be with me. I'm richer, better and stronger than U.

K-Sameer. Please.

S-Please what? (laughs hysterically) U think i didn't know about your phone Kanya? How stupid do U think i am? I'm not that deranged. I knew U would call for your sister and warn Ranbir. Its in your nature. U never want to see anyone hurt but after this is all over U and I will live happily.

K-Sameer. Please listen to me.

S-Listen to U i will but only after i have done what i came for.

K-But U.....

R-Listen U 2 piece of ****** what ever sick theme U have going on isn't working Kanya isn't yours. She's mine.

S-Kanya come to me!

R-No she will stay with us.

P-Sameer what the hell is wrong with U?

K-Di please. Don't say anything. Sameer U said no bloodshed.

S-I said i'd think about it.

Kanya goes towards Sameer shaking like a leaf. This was all going wrong. Maybe she could stall them a bit but Ranbir was egging Sameer on. Men and their egos. She could clearly see the madness in Sameer's eyes. Her mind went blank. She couldn't think.

R-Kanya U will stay here!

K-Sorry Ranbir.

Sameer pulls out his gun and aims at Ranbir pointing it at him. Kanya was horrified this was her worst nightmare. Pooja stood there frozen abd dumbstruck. Harry was totally out of it. He just couldn't believe Sameer was this evil. Ranbir didn't care at all for his well being but he couldn't let Kanya do this he loved her too much. Shame he never really got to say it to her. But he'd be damned if Sameer got his claws into her.

K-SSSameer what R U doing? Put it away please.

S-NO Kanya he has to pay.

K-Pay for what? I told U i will be yours and only yours. Please. Let him go.

S-No way. Not when i have him here. After this we will be free. This last murder.

K-U've killed before?

S-My parents. It was their fault for taking me away from U. but we will be together.

K-It doesn't have to be this way.

R-If U got the guts then shoot U wimp. Otherwise U will never get Kanya.

K-Shut up Ranbir!

P-Sameer just think what U R doing. Is he worth all this.

S-No but Kanya is.

Kanya tries to take the gun away from Sameer but he pushe's her away. He points at Ranbir and Kanya picks herself up and rushes towards Ranbir. Sameer shoots.
