Armaan and ridhima had very cute moments together in the hospital and a girl comes and hugs armaan all the interns are shocked and ridhima is in deep shock

Prachi basu : the hottest girl ever, armaan and prachi are best friend , prachi left armaan 7 years back cause she had to go to london , she and armaan are still best friend

Prachi :oh my god i missed u janni

Armaan :i missed u too cuttie

All were shocked, ridhima was on the urge of crying

Armaan and prachi broke from the hug

Armaan :oh yeh, prachi this is rahul, muskaan,atul, anjali and ridhima {armaan said ridhima's name blushingly}

Armaan :and guys this is prachi my GF

When armaan said GF ridhima thought

Just then DR kreeti comes

Kreeti : Prachi basu or should i say Dr prachi basu

Prachi :hi dr keeti

Kreeti :hi, dr armaan could u take care of prachi cause she is new here

Kreeti :OK then everyone back to their duties and dr prachi u will work with armaan and ridhima in the children ward

Prachi :absalutly dr kreeti {really happy}

Prachi put her hand in armaan arm and went leaving riddz reallly sad and jelous

All the other interns left riddz walked to the children's ward by herself  thinking of armaan and prachi

When she got to children's ward she saw armaan holding prachi close to him and teaching her how to hold a statetiescope

Armaan: kisko esse pakadte hai OK

Prachi: OK OK I get it

Armaan: good now start doing the checkup

She kissed armaan on the cheeks

Armaan: hey riddz

Ridhima was in her own world

Armaan: u sure (he took hold of ridhima's hand)

Armaan knew that somethign was wrong with ridhima but he left it for now
just then prachi came

Prachi: hey riddz, armaan i need ur help

Armaan: yeh whats wrong

Prachi: well it about US

Prachi went to check the childrens, armaan went too minni and ridhima was too in shock thinking about the US she knew she had to find out

With rahul and muskaan (zoya segal case)

Rahul and muskaan came fighting in

Muskaan: stay away from me u brat

Rahul: mai, tum hi ho joh mere karab anna chati ho

Muskaan: kya kya???????? Me i hate u

Rahul: same here, i don't wanna talk to u

Zoya sat there on the bed just watching the 2 fight over stupid things but then she had enough of it

Zoya: doctors (muskaan & rahul still fighing) doctors ............. (still fighting) DOCTORS...........

Rahul and muskaan came out of their fightness and looked shocked and emmbarrsed

Rahul: oops we're really sorry

Muskaan: yeah sorry mam

Zoya: its ok

Rahul and muskaan started their check up on zoya

Muskaan was going to get the report but she slipped but rahul caught her just right in time

Saying that rahul left with zoya smiling to herself

it was break now and riddz was trying to find armaan , while armaan was with prachi in the staircase talking to him about "US"

But then we see ridhima with the door open and tears in her eyes she heard only the last bit (the thinf i highlighted in red)

Ridhima ran away into the lcoker room

Armaan and prachi didn't know that ridhima was there

In the locker (it was almost the end of the day) (ridhima avoided armaan at all coast and armaan tried to talk to her but she never gave him the chance)

Rahul and muskaan came in and this time on fighting (wow  a shock right)
then atul and anji came and then riddz

Atul: hey guys

All: hey atul

Anjali: guys prachi aur armaan kaha hai????????????

Ridhima got really sad and angry

Ridhima: honge ek dussre ke saath!!!!!! (angry)

Muskaan: haan maybe

Just the armaan and prachi came in (arm in arm walking)
ridhima saw then like that and felt like commiting a murder

Prachi: hey guys

All:hey......... (except riddz)

Armaan: prachi mere cuttie now plzzzzzzzzzz leave my arm

Prachi: ok fine (and kissed armaan on the cheeks)

Ridhima got really jeolous and she left he locker room

Rahul: arrreee yeh ridhima ko kya hua

Armaan: yeah same here, mein abhi atta hoon OK

Armaan left the locker room and went to find ridhima, he searched every wrad but she was no where so the last place was the hospitals roof

On the terrace armaan ran up there

Armaan: RIDHIMAAAAAAAA

Ridhima turned around, it was really dark

Armaan: ridhima are u OK

Armaan ran to her and took hold of her by her shoulders but ridhima jerked away

Ridhima: DON'T TOUCH ME ARMAAN (angry)

Armaan: ridhima are u ok jaan

Ridhima: DON'T U DARE EVER CALL ME JAAN EVER AGAIN

Armaan: riddz are u OK

Ridhima: ME OK!!!!!!!!! NO WAY ARMAAN, WHY DON'T U ASK UR CUTTIE U LVOE HER NA!!!!! SO WHY ARE U HERE

Armaan: ridhima what are u talking about

Ridhima : LIKE U DON'T KNOW, ARMAAN I CAN'T BELIEVE U, U ALREADY HAVE A GRILFRIND AND U LOVE HER, SO WHY U ASKED ME OUT

Armaan: (confused) ridhima....

Armaan slaped her as hard as he could he couldn't handle it anymore

Armaan: NO RIDHIMA I HATE U, U NEVER LISTENED TO MY EXPLAINATION WELL I DON'T EVEN GIVE A DAMN NOW, IT'S ALLLLL OVER ALL OVER

Ridhima: YEAH ARMAAN UR RIGHT IT IS OVER FOR GOOOD

Armaan: FINE RIDHIMA BYEEEE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Armaan left the terrace in tears and ridhima stood there with tears in her eyes
