PART-6 Anurag Ne Mujhe Jaan Se Marne Ki Koshish Ki

Prerna walked towards Ved and Mishka saying,"Sorry guys, Mujhe Zara adarsh bahu hone ka drama karna tha.". Prerna saw Ved staring at Mohini with an amused grin,"Ved?Tu Kya dekh Raha hai?".she asked."I think hume bomb squad walon ko bula Lena chahiye kyunki gusse se Teri saas kabhi bhi phat sakti hai",Ved replied laughing."Shut up Yaar!"Prerna admonished him stifling her laughter and glancing at Mohini.He was right.With flushed cheeks and a red nose Mohini looked almost murderous.She must be itching to scold me, Prerna thought."Well,",she said looking back at her friends,"Jab Tak yeh bomb phatega tab Tak main yaha se chali jaungi so I am safe",she said smiling.But her smile didn't reach her eyes, which both Ved and Mishka noticed.They exchanged a look before Mishka asked,"What do you mean? I thought ke ab tum aur Anurag-". Prerna cut her off,"Nahi Mishka ab main aur Anurag saath nahi rahenge main aaj raat ki party ke baad yaha se chali jaungi aur Maine Shekhar bhaiya se keh Diya hai mere liye ek achha divorce lawyer dhundne ko.". Mishka was about to say something when Ved beat her to it,"To Anurag ne Kya kaha?",he asked."Usne Mujhe rok ne ki koshish par main nahi maani.Toh phir usne try karna chhor diya."she replied.Ved looked surprised,"Kya itni aasaani se?"Ved asked surprised."At least usne iss bar try to Kiya."she laughed humorlessly.Her friends didn't need any explanation they knew Anurag ending their relationship instead of confiding in her about Komolika's blackmail still hurt her."Anyway, main upar ja rahi hoon mere dinner aur medicine ka time ho Raha hai."saying this Prerna left.Watching her leave Mishka said,"I can't believe yeh wahi Anurag Basu hai jisne Prerna ke liye Komolika ko maarne ki koshish ki."
"I can't believe yeh wahi Anurag Basu hai jisne Prerna ke liye Mujhe Jaan se maarne ki koshish ki."Ved responded equally baffled.
