Part -3 E

The wedding rituals had began. Milind was losing patience sitting there for a long time. He hated these rituals and all, he thought that it was Inder's work who he thought had the habit of spending the money lavishly on useless things. He looks towards the stairs, he lets out a laugh and looks towards Inder. He could notice pain in his eyes, his eyes were swollen due to lack of sleep. This is what Milind wanted to see in his face years ago. But this is what he wanted, he wanted to see him after losing everything, his business and his family, he wanted to see him left all alone. With this marriage he was going to acquire a new position in the business world top 1 businessman. This is what he wanted to be, Shah company shares were going to be his the next day.

He looked towards Alaap, without him it was not possible. He looked to be very happy. For Milind it looked like Alaap was happy for the first time after a long time. Alaap waved at Milind with a smile on his face, and he shows his thumbs up, signalling that their plan was working out.

Everyone present there were staring at the stairs suddenly. Seeing this Milind also looks towards the direction of the stairs. He was stunned to see a beautiful figure coming down. He immediately turns of his head from thinking that he should control his mind as he was not interested in that beauty. He was marrying her for revenge and he don't have any intention of falling for her.

Prachi was coming down, she took a quick glance at the man who was sitting in the mandap. He would be her husband a few minutes later, she knows that she would face many difficulties after the marriage. She sees towards her father with her pleading eyes, who were still waiting for so many answers that left unquestioned. But Inder just turns away his face, he was not in the position facing his daughter. He was using as a pawn just to save his companies. On the otherside he really can't tell her the truth and break her trust.

She sat beside Milind and started staring the fire blankly. She was accepting nothing from him, she again took a glance of him. She thought that he was not bothered to look at her once. But she was unware that he was looking at her constantly from the corner of his eyes. She comes back from her thoughts and suddenly jerks seeing the mangalsutra that was held in front of her. She didn't know what to do. She felt as she want to protest it, but before she could think, she saw it was tied around her neck. Anything she could do was to was she left a lone tear from her eyes. She thought she was dreaming, she touches a forehead and sees that sindoor was there. She was married now and she was not "Prachi Shah" now but "Prachi Milind Mishra". She lost her father's identity and got a identity of a man who she does not know at all.

It was the time for her bidaai. Everyone were present there to see off prachi to her house, but the lone person who was not present there was Inder. He did not bear the sight of his child leaving him and going with a man who married just for a deal. He was in his study, facing towards the window staring blankly. He was feeling guilty for the first time. He dails a number , "hello'''..are the papers ready? K then tomorrow at 12'oclock, thank you", he disconnects the phone. Tomorrow would be the last day in his office as the chairman of the company after that he was transferring everything in the name of his new son-in-law.

Outside Alaap takes Milind aside, "I know that you married my sister in certain circumstances, but don't let her know the reasons for the marriage. We may lose her, if we tell her the truth, she's so sensitive." Milind assured him that he would take of that and see that she's happy.

After this they had reached the home. Prachi started to look around the house. It was well decorated and fell furnished house. This is were she was going to live for the rest of her life. After gurhapravesh, everyone left, Sukruthi stayed back to give Prachi company till they went into their room. She takes Prachi into the room, Prachi was surprised to see the decorations and all. The room was bit small, but looked very spacious. That was the only room upstairs, "bhaiya ko bade bade ghar pasand nahi hai par choti si ghar ko bahut ache si sajaya hai"( brother does not like big big houses,but he decorated his small house very beautifully) . But these decorations meant nothing for Milind and Prachi. "mein bhaiya ko bheji thi ho", saying this she goes down.

"bhaiya I'm locked up that room. I left some important things there. Ghar mein jagah nahi isliye." Milind was actually planning to spend his night in that room,but Sukruthi had locked up her room. He knew that she didn't like anyone using her room. He knew that she was unaware of the deals and all the reasons for marrying. "bhaiya aap jaldi uupar jayiye", she waved him goodnight and left the house, happily thinking that her brother at last had settled in his life.

Upstairs in the room, Prachi sat on the bed, her hands around her legs, wondering what to do next. She did not know how to face him. Nervousness started creeping her slowly, thinking of him. She heard his footsteps. Her heart started beating violently fast'''''''''''''''''''''.
