Part 2

Next day at Shah house:-

It's 8'o clock in the morning and it's another busy for those in the Shah house. All were very busy with their work. Inder was reading Bussiness Line as usual. He had invested a lot of money in the shares. His empire was vast,he made lot of money out of these shares. All his profits went into the shares he invested. He was shrewed businessman but when it to his family business was nothing to him,especially when it comes to his daughter Prachi. Upstairs ,the room was dark even though the sun rays rather up causing heat,the curtains had obstructed the rays inside. The AC was full,the comforter has fully covered the bed not allowing the air and light inside. The room was calm till the cell rings. "hello" comes the voice of the girl, "mein nahi aa sakti,papa ki permission tho leni padhegi ok bye mujhe dher ho rahi hai"(I can't come,I should take dad's permission,I'm getting late,bye). She throws the comforter and runs into the washroom. Half 'n 'hour later, "aagayi hamari princess,PL breakfast laga"(here comes our princess,PL start the breakfast),Inder shouts seeing Prachi coming down. "Papa aaj Neev ki ghar mein party hai ,main jaasakti waha pe aaj shaam"(dad today there's party in Neev's house can I go there today evening),asks with nervouness in her voice. "Ok'''",before he could complete the sentence, "par mujhe'''''.",before she could ask or say something Inder signs a check of Rs 30,000 and hands over it. "Thanks papa",she hugs and "you're the best dad in the world"says Prachi unaware of his dark side.
This was Inder's and Prachi's,father and daughter relation. Prachi never trusts anybody as she trusts her father. She was unware of her father's character outside the house,in his business,but for her, he was one the best person. She was proud of her father thinking that he could do anything for her,even he could leave the business if it came in between the two. But Inder Shah was totally different,from Prachi's thought. He doesn't have any sentiments and emotions,his business is everything for him. Every member in the family knows his real side,but no one ever dared to tell them to her as they did not want to hurt her feelings towards her father.
On the other side Milind had arrived to his house. It was small penthouse fully well furnished. Milind had hated the big mansions and all. Being single he opted for a pentahouse which could accomadate two persons comfortably. He opened the door and saw that the house was neat and cleaned. He left the house as dumpyard before he went to his office the previous day. He knew that his sister would have cleaned the house. He saw that everything was placed in it's place, he saw an aspirin tablet and water kept on the table ready,so he can take it as soon as he came there. His head was spinning badly,he thought he needs some sleep. So he goes upstairs,being lazy to remove his dress he just jumps on the bed and falls asleep. Few minutes later his cell rings. Without seeing who was calling,he picks up, "ahh baata kya baat hai"(ahh tell me what's the matter)revealing the irrtatingness in his voice, "shaam ko hai na zarror pahuncuunga"(it's in the evening no I'll come). He just throws the cell on the bed and goes to sleep.
It was evening ,the Shergill house was decorated and was ready for the party. Neev Shergill was throwing a party for his friends to celebrate his homecoming from London with his wife Ayesha Shergill. They were married recently,six months ago and were settled in London. Neev was Prachi's childhood friend,they were friends since both joined the school. Eveeryone including Neev's and Ayesha's special and personal friends were invited to the party. Prachi had arrived to the party with her elder brother Alaap as Inder had never sent his daughter any where all alone. Even Milind had arrived the party but rather late.
That day he was not in the mood for attending the party. He had to attend due to his only best friend Ayesha,he had promised her. She was his only friend he had ever made. They had became friends that day he with his family shifted to the chawl. She had helped him all through his difficulties. When he shifted to Delhi ,he still kept contacts with her. It was after her marriage he had shifted back to Mumbai. He met her in London thrice during his business trip. There he was acquinted with Neev and both became friends during that meetings. Now he was no mood to meet either of them. So he stood in the corner of the room and was watching the proceedings of the party. He saw Ayesha well adjusted to the high society life,playing as an active hostess. He felt something on his shoulder,he turned back and saw neev standing there.
"Arey,what are you doing here, come on tujhe aaj mere sabse khaas dost se milvatha hu"(come on I'll introduce you to my best friend),he pulls Milind towards the group.He calls a girl and "Milind ye Prachi,Prachi Shah, inder Shah ki beti",saying he introduces Prachi to Milind.
"Tho ye uss dhokhe baaz ki beti hai" ( ho,she's the daughter of the cheater) ,says Milind with anger after hearing Inder's name. Immediately Prachi snaps her finger and "don't you call my father as cheater MR,mind your tongue,don't you dare",stomps her leg on the ground angrily.Milind was fuming with anger, "waise baap.jaise beti",Neev noticed that Milind was ready to attack her at any moment. He grasps him and drags him to the corner,on the other side Ayesha holds Prachi and takes her the other corner. There was quiet disturbance regarding this fighting,everyone were trying to get back from this. The only one who was uneffected with this fight in the hall was Alaap. He was mere spectator in this room,something was working in his mind.
