Chapter 39

Kripa runs after him she then remembers that she brought melted chocolate with her so she went to get that, she then looks for Angad and sees him with his back to her, she creeps behind him and splashes the melted chocolate on him, she lughs out loud

 

K- Yeh mera badla tha

A- Kaun sa badla

K- What do you mean kaunsa. Angad tumne abhi abhi mujh par cake pehka aur tumhari awaaz ko kya hua

A- Main Angad nahin hoon, main lakshya hoon

K- Huh! Lakshya

L- Haan main, bhabhi jee mujhe aap se yeh umeed bilkul nahin thi

 

Lakshya looks through the picnic bag and finds some milk he throws the milk at Kripa but Kripa ducks and the  milk hits Kt. Kt stands up with a very angry look.

 

Kt- Yeh sab kya ho raha hai. Lakshya yeh tho ek din tha jahan hum sab saath nibhana chaathe the aur phir yeh sab...

L- Kt...come on hum sirf maaza leh rahe the

Kt- Mujhe koi farak nahin parta hai. Main tumse nazar hoon

L- Hey! Angad aur Kripa...

Kt- Mujhe un dono se koi shikayat nahin hai, at least tum aab tho samajdhar ho jao

 

After that incident they all go to their own homes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kripa and Angad are in their bedroom, Kripa looks worried, Angad nudges her

 

A - kya soch rahi ho?

K - pata nahin KT ka gussah tanda hua ki nahin, voh Lakshya se bohat naraz thi

A - fikar mat karo, main Lakshya ko janta hoon, voh usse zuroor mana le ga

K - pura yakeen hai ke Lakshya usse mana le ga?

A - definately, aakir dost kiska hai?

K - very funny

 

Just then the phone rings, Angad answers, its Lakshya

 

A - hey Lakshya, hum abhi abhi tumhari baat kar rahe the, KT kaisi? kya voh ab bhi tumse naraz hai?

L - haan voh ab bhi naraz hai aur samaj mein nahin ah raha ke main kya karoon ke uska gussah chale jaye

A - kuch bhi kar, usse phool do, teddy bear do, uske liye kuch surprise plan kar lo

L - surprise?

A - haan, ek kaam kar, tum ek restaurant book kar lo.....and I mean the whole restaurant aur KT ke saath vahan chale jao

L - haan that's a good idea but KT mujhse baat nahin kar rahi mere saath kaise aayegi?

A - teek hai fhir Kripa usse bula legi, Kripa usko bol degi ke voh uske saath kahin jaana chahti hai aur voh usse restaurant mein le aayegi jahan tum ho

L - brilliant, thanks a lot Angad

A - its no problem

 

Angad hangs up, he goes to Kripa and explains the plan to her, Kripa agrees, she calls KT

 

K - hello KT, kaisi ho?

Kt - teek hoon

K - suno, meri ek dost ne mujhe ek restaurant mein bulaya hai lekin main vahan akeli nahin jaana chathi....tum mere saath chale gi vahan?

Kt - lekin main vahan aakar kya karoon gi?

K - please tum chalo na

Kt - teek hai, what time?

K - main tumse 7PM pick up karloon gi

Kt - ok main tayar rahoon gi

 

Kripa hangs up and goes to Angad

 

K - voh maan gayi

A - great! main Lakshya ko bata tha hoon

 

Angad lets Lakshya know, later Kripa goes to pick up KT and they go to the restaurant, they get out of the car when Kripa's phone rings, she looks at the caller ID and sees Angad's name flashing

 

K - KT, voh Angad ka phone hai, tum ek kaam karo, tum andhar chali jao, main us se baat karke aati hoon

Kt - teek hai

 

KT goes inside, Kripa waits for her to go in to the restaurant before turning around and getting in the car and driving off, meanwhile inside a waiter comes to KT

 

W - kya aap Mrs Khanna ke saath aayi ho?

Kt - jee

W - aap mere saath chaliye

Kt - ok

 

KT follows the waiter in to the main hall, she sees its dark but before she can ask the waiter anything he leaves, she turns around wondering where Kripa is when  a spotlight shines on her, she looks up and sees another spotlight shining on Lakshya, she gets angry and turns around to leave when she hears music, she turns around as Lakshya starts singing Soniyo from Raaz - The Mystery Continues.

 

 

 

 

 

(Lakshya walks towards KT, she still looks angry, Lakshya holds his ears and gets on his knees)

 

 

 

 

(Lakshya stands up, he walks towards KT and holds his hand out, he looks at her pleadingly and finally she puts her hand in his and both dance together, KT starts to sing)

 

 

 

(both sing and dance)
