6th Episode

Shailee-

Salaam-e-Ishq.... Today is a day which Angad and Kripa will never forget.

Angad and Kripa went to get coffee from the local Starbucks in NY. Its one of the most famous Coffeeshops ever.

Neha ordered an Iced Mocha Frappichino and Angad ordered a Caramel Macchiato. They were trying to find a table to sit at. They went to the Non Smoking section due to Neha's pregnancy. Neha was touched with Angad's understanding and caring gestures.

They sat down to talk. Suddenly Angad's phone began to ring.

Angad: I will be back in a sec jaan. Stay here only.

Neha: Okay jaan. Anyways, where else am I going to go? You ahve the car keys.

Angad: Hahahah Now Shush

Angad then left. Neha was left sitting all by herself waiting for Angad.

Half an hour passed by. Neha was beginning to get worried. She decided to go and check outside.

She went outside to see the biggest shock in her life. Angad was laying on the floor with blood around his face.

Neha walked towards Angad slowly. She had no expression on her face. Few tears slipped from her eyes. She fell gently on the floor and stared at Angad for a long time.

The people around her called the 911. Soon ambulance came and took Angad and Neha to the hospital. Neha wouldn't let go of Angad's hand.

The doctor, Dr. Prithvi, asked Neha about the details of the accident. Neha finally spoke.

Neha: I do not know what happened. I came out of Starbucks and then saw the love of my life on the floor with blood all over his face.

Dr. Prithvi: Don't worry Maam. We are trying our best.

Neha felt a kick. She grasped her stomach. Dr. Prithvi seemed concerned and helped Neha sit down.

Dr: What happened?

Neha: I felt my babies kick. I need to see Angad.

Dr: I am sorry but he is in the ICU right now.

Hours passed by but the red light near the ICU entrance didn't turn off. Neha slept on that hospital chair.

When Neha woke up, the red ICU light was turned off. She quickly got up. Dr. Prithvi asked her to come to his room. She sat down and asked him about Angad. he seemed disturbed.

Dr.- I am sorry Neha but Angad is in COMA. We will have to keep him in observations for some time.

Neha was shattered. It seemed like the whole world had torn apart for her.

Days passed by but Angad never woke up. Neha never lost hope. She came everyday to meet Angad. She continued her singing job so she can pay the hospital bills. She also had insurance which covered up miost of the costs.

One day while she was in Angad's hospital room, his hands started to shake. His legs were moving. His eyes slowly opened. He was muttering somthing.

Neha's happiness had no limits until Angad said the following words:

Who are you??

Neha was confused and started to cry.

Neha: Angad, I am your Neha. Your wife, the mother of your unborn twins.

Angad: I have never seen you before. Where am I?

Neha stayed quiet. She finally said, : New York

By the time, Prithvi came in. He scaneed Angad and found some shocking news.

He told Neha: Due to the lack of oxygen in his brain, Angad has seemed to forgot his entire life. He cannot be pressurized at all, Neha. Take care, youa re pregnant.

Neha stayed quiet and walked away. She walked to Angad's room. She saw him sleeping through the windows. Tears fell out of her eyes.
