Khushi asked for the lift when she reached the building, but it was already busy. Hence, she jumped the staircases with her teammates, holding the revolver.

She rang the bell of Flat No. 403 of Ashiana Apartments but nobody opened the door, which pi**ed her off and she immediately broke the door with the help of Shirke.

They found Sam everywhere, in every room but he was no where to be found, "I know you are at home, Sam...oops Lalit Dubey"

Lalit Dubey skimmed out from the store-room where he was hiding. Khushi hit him hard at his face with her fist, "You f**king bas**rd! Do you have any idea, to whom you've lied?"

"I am so-sorry!," He stuttered.

Khushi shrieked at him loud, "Apologise to the late innocent girl," at which he retorted back, "She wasn't an innocent girl," and gasp hard.

Khushi pinned the revolver on his chin when he continued, "I was deeply in love with her but she... she was in love with that Arnav Singh Raizada, and I hate that about her"

"And that's why you raped her corpse?," She disgusted at him.

He clenched his jaw, "Haan! Use pana hi mera maqsad hai, zinda ya murda," the tears rolled down out.

"You are disgusting, you moron!," She tighten her hold at his chin and ordered Shirke, "Shirke! Naik! Arrest him"

Naik handcuffed Lalit and threw him in the lock up.

Khushi was in deep thoughts about the insanity of the neighbour-cum-ex of Sheetal Mukerji, when a DCP approached him.

DCP Khan applauded her, "This case is really complicated, we have very less time to search for the murderer"

"I know how to search for the murderer," she bombarded when DCP Khan asked, "You've told me this several times, I think this case should be in some other hands"

"But this is the last sir! Please give me one more chance I have searched a lot," Khushi requested him.

DCP Khan thought for a while, "Okay I am giving you one more chance, if you wouldn't be succeeded then I will give this case to some other hands"

"You wouldn't be regretted!," She replied.
